Such a great experience! At Auto Zone the place is packed and the few staff overwhelmed, here, they have great products, it s clean and organized and the guys at the desk are kind and very helpful. My recommendation, go here for your auto parts. You ll be happy you did.

Stop by the shop last week to figure out if I needed a new battery for my car. Mahan took the time to test and attempt to recharge my current battery before giving me a good deal on a new one and swapping it all out. I appreciate the help Mahan. Couldn t be happier with my experience at this location. Will definitely be returning.

Their customer service was really good, friendly and attentive; but that was last year. Recently their customer service has been passable. Today I go in grab some stuff wait in line and ask for a part to be looked up. John says yea, I ll looked it up then proceeds to answer the phone as I tell him that I am going to look at the tools while he looks it up. When I return, to my surprise, he s assisting another client looking up the part that they need. As I wait, maybe it ll be quick I think, he passively brushes me to the side; extremely rude to begin with. Then I politely ask, weren t you helping me , he says, I m helping both of you ; another extremely rude thing to do. Then instead of accepting he made a mistake he blames me and begins saying that he thought I was leaving the store and that he was helping me look for the part; if he was looking up the part it would ve been on the screen when I returned. I made it clear that I was unhappy with his service and that I was going to complain to his manager about it. When I asked his name he responded with have a good day , I had to ask him several times before he reluctantly told me. John gave me the worst customer service I have ever had. This was my go-to store in the community, but now I am going to take my business elsewhere and I am going to tell my friends not to go here as well. What John did was unacceptable and I sincerely hope that management provides him the training necessary to work with customers. Until then, I will not be returning to this store

I went because I needed car parts, but they were out of stock. After placing the order, it arrived the next day and was able to pick up quickly. Later, I found out that the same part is sold for about $50 cheaper on the Internet. However, the delivery time is about a week, so if it is an urgent part, it would be better to order it here.

Great place! The guys here are always helpful and polite. I enjoy buying here I've walked in nappy and I've walked in well dressed and I've always been treated the same.... With respect! My go to place when buying auto parts! Keep up the great customer service!

I have to say that I m thankful that my car decided to brake down in front of O Reilly, looking at the silver lining. Justin E. was kind, trustworthy and truly cared to help me. I m forever thankful for his patience, understanding and sense of urgency. I noticed also how other employees helped customers in general and they truly cared for all individual situations and needs. Whoever is in charge of this store, has done an amazing job with hiring quality people. I totally recommend O Reilly in Eagle Rock.

Called the store yesterday morning And was put on hold immediately. Was on hold my entire drive which was 15 minutes. Once I arrived I saw that there was 4 employees in sight and no one was answering the phone. Once I got in the store and hung up the ringing noise stopped and none of the employees seemed to care. They also do not provide any assistance with any part installation. I would stick to Autozone next time. Better customer service and they do assist with installation.

Called the store and spoke with Daisy. Really outstanding service. Polite and respectful. I will call this store for all of my auto parts needs from now on.Update:This past week, Victor helped me out at the counter. Really great guy.

Love the staff at this shop! One of main reasons I go there to buy my automotive crap is because of the high level of customer service this location has. Very knowledgeable and quick to get you what you need. I highly recommend this place.

Made a 12pm appointment 2 replace one headlight, took almost an hour to start working on it. Was late for my job. Store staff n men's bathroom were presentable.

Disappointing customer service. One male employee was unnecessarily rude and kept me waiting for paint products behind locked glass doors. Poor customer service and attitude. Walked out and went to AutoZone instead. Was in and out no problem at AutoZone.

They will have any part for any car that you might need, but service is always slow as they are understaffed. Prices are good tho..
