Phone gets answered quick, phone receptionist was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The manager was also very nice when I stopped by, he welcomed me into the store and helped me get what I needed. The store is also larger than the autozones near it so they have a bigger selection of items. I will definitely be back for any auto needs.

The minute I walked in the store Christian who claimed he was the supervisor had a smart mouth with me. Was upset I was returning an item. The first thing he said was, what s the reason cause usually we don t rerun those at all. Off the bat was not wanting to help. I was so thrown off and confused by the statement he made because when I purchased It, the clerk made it clear I could return if it didn t work out.I reiterate his question letting him know it didn t work for my car and he gives me a stale look and tells me I m getting an attitude. He continues to try to go back and forth with me about an imaginary attitude, wasting time so I immediately ask the employee next to me if he could help me because I was not expecting to walk into this store with that experience and was not about to engage. I was extremely confused at his approach. He then answers for the employee and says well I m the supervisor so you re going to have to deal with me. I tell him that s totally and ask if he s going to return it or not, what are we doing?He then asks me if they put a phone number on my account I tell him yes and that I have an account. He then rephrases THE SAME question to which I answer yes again and he says under his breathe unbelievable .At that moment I opened google to leave this unfortunate review. To antagonize the situation further he says, I m trynna help you here. I m literally standing there confused, it was like he was trying to argue with his wife.

They put your bulb in headlight free if theres a blue moon rising at a certain place near the sun and a unicorn with wings flies by at that certain time.

I had an extremely unfortunate occurrence at this O'Reilly location. My partner stopped by to return tire chains that we did not use, due to a change in work schedules. When he went to return the chains, the staff were abrasive and accusatory- accusing him of returning them used. A female staff member even brought out other chains to compare to the ones he was returning. After not seeing much difference in the new chains and the chains we were returning, the staff members came up with a new excuse. Now they were saying that because the chains were bought at a different location (the Atwater location, less than 10 miles away) that they could not be returned at this location. This is untrue, we verified with other locations.Today, I walked in to the same store to try myself. I was treated kindly and was asked zero questions regarding the chains. They were returned without issue and I was told to have a lovely day. It is important to note that I am white and my partner is a man of color.I hope I'm wrong but I don't see any other reason than prejudice for the difference in customer service. I am beyond disappointed, I'm disgusted. The woman (perhaps manager) that was working was cold and cruel. I hope there are repercussions and education based on her misconduct.Last note: Kenny was a sweetheart. 10/10.

I like the service usually have all the parts i need if not they get them with in a couple of hours. just hope they would get a couple more service guys to help out at the registers

Courteous and professional staff.I found they had more updated and sophisticated equipment than AutoZone which only carries many products under the AutoZone brand. O Reilly had more independent (thus updated to 2023) products whereas some of AutoZone s products simply didn t fully work, for instance their power inverter.

I have yet to have a bad experience at an O'Reilly's auto parts. On this day it was pouring and I needed new windshield wipers. The gentleman that help me was really great. He replaced the wipers for me and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I asked a question based on my car however I felt as if asking a question for was a crime because when the individual answered me they had a real bad temper. It s safe to say I will never be going back.

Thank goodness these places still exist; since Pep Boys went Auto Service only, THIS is the place to get parts and accessories. They have everything you need.

The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and efficient. I wanted a certain type of windshield wiper and he also informed me that there was a special on them. You didn't have to do that it could have charge me full price since I didn't know. Further he offered to put them on for me. I love that kind of customer service. Much better than you get at most part stores.They do have a small parking lot (free) which is shared with a paint store. And it is noticeable from traffic.

Julie and David went the extra mile to help me find parts that were a task to find. David made calls and Julie was a master and knowledgeable with where to find it. I appreciate you as a Aamco Corporate Manager good people are hard to find

I am very disappointed in this place the worst costumer service I have ever had Algeria was very rude to me and apparently she likes to make fun of customers. she still had the bad behavior of flirting with my brother thinking he was my husband this is the kind of place I would never go back for a person like that

Great customer service and good prices on all your auto care part/accessories. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not alot of parking available since lot is shared with another business, but there is street parking around as well.

The guys at O'Reilly are always super helpful. You get good and honest advice rather than someone just trying to upsell something you don't need. I go to O'Reilly every time I need something for my car.

I came in to order a part and was not greeted. Angelica was busy on her cell phone. I walked to her register and said hello I'm here to look for a part, she didnt respond another gentleman said I can help you over here...then she said something in Espanol then laughed. This is my 2nd time coming here and she is very stand offish and very rude. As I'm still sitting in the parking lot writing this review, I rather drive 30 mins and spend my money elsewhere than to give it to this location.

I am somewhat disappointed because i have been regularly patronizing o reily auto parts in Western Ave between Melrose & Santa Monica and never ask any assistance that the company offers for free like battery testing, check engine code analyzer. For the first time today i bought a pair of Bosch wiper and requested the sales associate for assistance to install in my vehicle. The answer was no he cannot. End of sand story.

Eventhough I had to wait for a while, is all about customer service, person apologize about the wait and he answered the question I had.They lost one star for the wait.People ahead of me couldn't figure out exactly what they wanted.

I went in for headlight bulbs and wiper blades. Napoleon took so much of his time to help me install BOTH my car (the headlight was extremely difficult as I drive a Honda Fit) and was so patient with all of my questions and needs. I will absolutely be going back here anytime I need anything for my car. Thank you so much, Napoleon!

Napoleon was working in the Western Av location and he went so far out of his way to find the correct radiator for my Chevy Tahoe he is a great guy and I recommend O'Reilly auto parts as a great place to get your auto parts !!

Every time I went to buy part's they had it. I bought new tires for the car and I wanted to save my investment so I bought wheel locks they had different kinds and I found the ones I love.
