Omar Jr and Sr have been so helpful with repairs to my van. Very clear communication about what work needs to be done and how they do it, even showed me how bad the old parts were. Easily explained any other questions I had as well. Highly recommend

Thank you to Omar Sr. & Jr. For helping me into some new tires for my daughter's Mercedes, these men stayed late to help me prepare for tomorrow to get my daughter's car back on the road! I called around to other shops but they beat everyone's prices! I am so glad I remembered that this was the shop my late husband always turned to!

Omar and his team were extremely helpful, honest, transparent, patient, and more than anything they were professional and easy to talk to. I value and appreciate the work and time they put into fixing my car. They always made sure the work was done in a timely manner, and had excellent communication if things didn't go as expected. Omar went above and beyond his job! Often dropping my car off at my job or offering me a ride to work ( such an amazing human being). I've taken my car to them multiple times throughout the year. On all occasions I left a happy and satisfied customer. Its hard being a female and finding a honest auto shop, I rest a little easier knowing I can count on Omar and his crew. I'm so blessed to have them! Thanks guys for putting my car issues to rest.... I really really appreciate you!

**update: Return customer here, back for a surprise transmission rebuild in my 2015 Honda Fit. Thankful to have one of the best all-around mechanics in town just across the street! My transmission failed while parked a few blocks from the shop. I exchanged several phone calls with the owners to coordinate drop off with the tow truck. Once AAA arrived, my car was in safe hands and I didn t need to do a single thing until it was fixed. The shop graciously prioritized my emergency repair, despite it being Christmas week! They even stored it securely in their garage over the holiday weekend. Final cost was generously fair, communication was frequent and thorough, and my car is now running good as new again. Thanks guys! I will be back. **Needed fresh tires for my 2015 Honda Fit, so I thought I d try the shop across the street from me. Can t beat the convenience. Omar, the owner, was very accommodating and his employees did good work. I appreciated his honesty and transparency regarding tire availability, particularly with supply chain issues due to Covid. I got the tires I needed at a great price, and the work was done within the hour. I will be back for my next maintenance!

I've had a slow leak in a rear tire for the past 6 months. Within 20 minutes of arriving at Northeast Auto & Tire, Omar (Jr.) had removed the tire, located the tiny nail that had been causing the leak, patched it up, and sent me on my way. Amazing service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have had a great experience with and would highly recommend Northeast Auto & Tire. They communicate well and provide honest services at a very reasonable price. Their tire guy is amazing at what he does. The first time I came to them for services (without appointment) he intstantly diagnosed the problem, changed the tire, and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. I recently had more work done on my car and Omar checked in a few days later to ensure everything is running fine. Great people and great service!

Brought in my 335i for overall maintenance and the quality of work, attention to detail, and price are all top notch! Real hands on, personal care here, and very reasonably priced. It feels great to find an auto shop with people who are honest, professional, and actually care about what they do. Would recommend to anyone.

Great mechanics. Talk you through everything they will do, no hidden fees. Cars don't leave the shop until the owner test drives them and they meet his personal criteria.Will definitely go back.Call ahead or schedule an appointment online. We take our cars here for everything as small as a tire change to transmission issues. Very reliable and trustworthy. They get jobs done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this auto shop location and will continue to bring my cars here for years to come.

The staff here are excellent. They are polite, humble, and very knowledgeable. Every time my wife and I get our cars serviced here we leave happy. You are treated like family and the prices are extremely competitive.

I recently got my license and first car not too long ago. I had to change my tires and get an oil change and I was super nervous because I don t have any idea. However, they talked me through the steps and showed me how much money they were saving for me; it was a very reassuring process.

Awesome service by the nicest people - Omar and Omar Jr. fixed my flat tire in no time at all and charged a very reasonable price. Local businesses are really hurting right now, even essential ones like this one, so please stop by if you have an auto needs.

My car tire blew out on the freeway nearby. Came in with my spare and they got that new affordable tire on in a jiffy. They have lots of other car services and I'll be definitely coming back.
