One of our customers were involved in an accident, and I needed my vehicle repaired immediately. I came across New Image Auto Solutions and suddenly felt like I was in the right place. Not only did they have afforable prices, but their customer service was impeccable. When I called to make sure that my vehicle would be repaired sooner than later, Izzy answered every question with professional courtesy and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He managed to repair my vehicle in a shorter time than I had expected and when I saw it again, it looked brand new! The level of detail that went into this repair exceeded my expectations. - New Image Auto Solutions has now become permanently entrenched as my go-to body shop. This is the best auto repair shop you re ever going to find. My husband and I have been going to Izzy and New Image for over a decade now whenever our cars need work done. This latest time when I dropped off my car (Kia Rio) we talked about the work that needed to be done, and when I get the car back, Izzy went above and beyond! He fixed the body damage to my driver side, and my door latch and my gas door which I completely forgot to bring up! If you are searching for a reliable, responsive auto repair shop, look no further! My messages were always responded to within a day, and my car with all that work that needed done, was returned to me in less than 3 weeks, washed, waxed and with a detailed interior! Can you take your car to New Image if you need new tires? YES, you can! They do it all! Body work, new tires, mechanical work. In addition to all that expertise under one roof, they treat their customers more than fairly and with respect. I count myself fortunate to know I can take my car into Izzy whenever I may need to. I was a victim of a hit and run accident over a year ago, and i was told the side panel damage was not worth fixing by other body shops. When someone hit me again with no insurance I went in just to get the bumper fixed, and Izzy insisted that he could fix the side panel that I didn t anticipate to ever be fixed due to the cost estimates from other body shops. He gave me a very fair price estimate that no one could beat and I cannot be more happier with the quality of results! Izzy truly cares about making his customer s happy, and I can tell he s a perfectionist. He goes above and beyond, and is someone you can trust! I hope that more people can give these guys more business Bc they really deserve it, and you won t be disappointed!

I chose New Image because when I walk my dogs past, there are always High End Cars being worked on. That says alot. I am NORE than happy! Izzy is The Man, he's a Blessing and a God Send. Linda handles the office, and she's great. AND... their pricing is MUCH MORE than reasonable.btw: when I picked up my 03 Lexus, they had a Maybach on the lot.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Short review: Best price, honest, ethical, nicest owner Izzy, provides best customer service with integrity and treats you like fam.Long review: Before going to Izzy, I actually shopped around and visited a couple of auto body shops. They gave me estimates that varied by several hundreds of dollars. Izzy gave me the lowest price to fix my car.Not only that. He is outright honest, and follows through with his employee s work! Upon coming to pick up my car, I noticed there was a little section on my bumper that needed to be fix. Izzy was so apologetic and gave me a huge discount because I had to wait 30 minutes, AND get this, he even offered me his car just in case I had to run errands during the 30 minutes. Who does that?! Izzy, of course! Talk about treating customers like family with honesty, respect, and integrity. Linda, his helper, is VERY SWEET too and provides the best customer service. She was always available via text message / phone calls and kept me updated about my car via texts. She also followed through even after my car was fixed to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work that was done to my car. I am 100% happy with their work on my bumper.I will forever go to his auto body shop for future needs and recommend him to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down the best shop in so cal!!! My car is a show car and my baby so when I got in an accident not just anybody was going to work on it. I asked several people who are car enthusiasts like myself and New Image came highly recommended. I am so happy that I decided to go to them, the workmanship and attention to detail Izzy and his staff put into your vehicle sets the bar to which none can compare. Nobody else will ever touch one of my vehicles again. Thank tot for fixing my baby and making her even more beautiful then before, your awesome!!!

Best body shop I've been. They fix expensive cars, so it was obvious that my Tesla came perfect. But it is the price that makes this place my favorite. #dontthrowawayyourmoney end go to this place!!!

Izzy and his team are literally the best. They fixed a dent in the front of my truck and it looked like it was never there plus they were so accommodating with my pickup time! I ll send all my friends here! Highly recommend

Someone side swiped my leased car and I needed a collision shop that would be able to fix my car. I stopped by New Image and Linda and Izzy took care of me. They helped with my car rental and made the pick up and drop off process seamless. They made me feel comfortable and were also transparent about what needed to be repaired, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. This body shop goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction! This is the 3rd time I ve had my car get worked on at New Image and it won t be the last! Linda is amazing with keeping me up to date on my vehicle s status. AMAZING service! I recommend this body shop to everyone. I messed my car up before work one morning and was in a panic. One, I've never been to a body shop before this. Two, my friend gave me a list of shops and this is the first one I chose to go to. Izzy was amazing and super helpful. He was super patient with me and made sure I knew exactly was going on and laid out all of my options. My car was in the shop for about ten days and I called to check-in and Izzy even recommended that I was able to show up to see the progress. When I got my car back I was really really happy and the part that needed to be fixed looked brand new! I appreciate the fact that this is a family owned business as well. If you need a good body shop, I 100% recommend visiting Izzy at New Image Auto Solutions!

Exceptional service. My car's front bumper, grille, and hood were damaged in a car accident. This is the second time I come to this autoshop, and they once again did a fantastic job. My car looks great!! The customer service is unique; Izzy and Linda are professional, knowledgeable, transperant, and very communicative. Due to work, call updates didn't work for me. Linda kept me up-to-date on updates through text messages making it easier for me to get updates. It is evident that Izzy, Linda, and their team genuinely care about their customers and following through with marvelous work. DOES YOUR CAR NEED FIXING? I'm usually hesitant to fully trust body shops as I've experienced shady body shops before. A good friend of mine referred me here and the people here have completely changed my mind after my visit. Izzy and Linda are truly amazing. Communication and honesty are key and they both nailed it. Linda made sure I had the proper paperwork and was thorough with the process. Izzy is an outstanding guy, who is honest and only wants the best for you. They go above and beyond, making sure you're taken care of. What really sets them apart is their service - they treat you like you're part of the family. To top everything off, Izzy offered to purchase my car above the highest bidding offer. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be referring my friends to you guys!

This Body shop is awesome very great auto body company, My girlfriend and I have been bringing our vehicles to LINDA & IZZY for the past 5years and they are just great sweet honest people!!! If you are taking your vehicle to another shop stop what you are doing and come here NOW you will not regret it !! AMAZING SERVICE!!! My car had severe body damage due to a hit and run. A friend of mine recommended that I take it to New Image Auto Solutions. If I can give them ten stars I would. The owner Izzy, and his team were honest and professional. He was so up-front about the service he could provide and he was able to work with my limited budget. When I picked up my car a few days later it was gleaming like a brand new vehicle. I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Honestly, I would not take my car anywhere else except for New Image Auto Solutions.

Izzy and his team were amazing to work with from day one! Linda, his receptionist, was very communicative and helpful through the entire process. My stress was immediately relieved when I came to the shop. Izzy knew exactly what needed to be done right away. My brand new car (2017 Honda HRV) had been vandalized the night before and it required the entire right side to be sanded, repainted and some parts replaced! A big job that took over two weeks. He knew how to deal with the insurance company and assured me it would be good as new... and he did not disappoint! I picked up my car and marveled again in its beauty. Every scratch, dent and whatever material that exploded on my car was gone! Good as new and better than ever. He even had his guys detail and wax my car before turning the keys over. Izzy was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be happier with the service and hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to him for all my car repairs and detail work and will recommend the shop to all of my friends!Thank you Izzy and Lisa!

Great service!! I m a college student which made having to get my car fixed so financially scary but they worked with me on a great price and did an AMAZING job on my car it looks brand new and I am so happy. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Repeat customer! Izzy is the B E S T! Brought my car in for damage to my front bumper. Had a custom color so it took longer than anticipated for the repair, however Izzy was more than accommodating. He got me a rental for my extended use, at no additional cost to me. He also got my car detailed to perfection and honestly it looks like a brand new car! He is a charm, customer service is outstanding and I could not be more happier with the results.

I had a really great experience with this shop! Someone hit my car while parked and the entire rear door had to be replaced! I had the car towed to new image on the weekend and they were super patient as I went back and forth between having the other driver pay cash to ultimately going through insurance. No attempts at rip off storage fees or anything!They really went above and beyond both in terms of service and the work on my car. They offered helpful advice about some weird stuff the other party was claiming about his insurance and were quick to respond to anything my claims adjuster needed. Plus the car looks amazing, like brand new!Thanks to everyone at new image for making this experience stress free, especially during a pandemic!Service: Body & Trim

Izzy and his crew are the best!!! I ve had a dent at rear bumper and some scratches as well , Izzy did fast an estimate and gave me affordable price, I was very exited when I saw the result everything was perfect paint and install!!! I highly recommend this body shop to everyone!!!!!

The owner Izzy treated us like kings and was able to deliver on everything he promised. My 2015 Lexus RX350 was badly damage and scratched up and within 4 days later like magic it looked brand new. The prices of this body shop is very fair and quality of work is amazing. I highly recommend Image Solutions for all your auto needs.

Izzy is awesome he treats you like your family and make you feel like your car going to be well taken care of. He doesn't act like other body shops that just think you as just a person to get them richer. Izzy always goes above and beyond thats why he takes a little longer with your car, but trust me it worth the wait. Please don't rush him it take time to do good work. When I got my car back it looked just like when i first bought it from the dealership. If you need your car to be done right then please go here.

Having dealt with body shops for almost 40 years, the two most important things are honesty and quality. I came to these guys because my go to guy retired. Every aspect of my experience - from price to the work was outstanding, period. Izzy and Tyson are super honest, they got my work done exactly on time and the quality was excellent.
