Went in for a dead battery, got a new one after they found some alternatives and sized up some others in stock. They also mentioned an AAA member discount so I even walked out saving money, AND with smiley service from the gents at the counter. Will definitely come back with anything else I need.

Omg things are so expensive in Napa may be is good quality they was selling a Jumper cables for $57 dollars when you can buy a Jumper starter for $65 is not fair that's why I ended up buying a Jumper starter, no cables you can see Jumper cables for 25 or 30 dollars in other stores. Very expensive!!!!

Helped with my mom battery issues. Checked it and told her it wasn't her battery but the battery terminal. Spend 10 bucks instead of the price of a new battery. They're amazing!!! Thank you to the guy there on 6/26 around 2pm on registers. He was great and very helpful. 10/10 employee.

I was once told U dont have to buy it from us NAPA go somewhere us if you dont like it. Wow. plus their stuff are expensive an they are not make in AMERICA instead CHINA ( the world know the quality of China EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY) alot of stuff from Napa store toy can get it same brand quality for much cheaper example. sockets CRAFTSMAN brand NAPA 9.99 AMAZON 4.99 with free shipping

I went to purchase a torque wrench here and told the auto parts service technician slash professional that I required a torque wrench for use in the installation of motor mounts. Being somewhat negligent and perhaps not as experienced in motor mount replacement as some other people I did not notice that he provided me a torque wrench calibrated an inch pounds instead of foot pounds. When I went to do the job and noticed that my tool measures an inch pounds and I was unable to complete the task I went back to Napa and requested that they refund me for the wrong tool and sell me the correct tool I was told by the clerk and the manager that they would not refund me exchange or give me store credit because it was missing the price tag. I had the receipt and I didn't recall there being any plastic tab affixed to the ranch and when I asked them to please show me another torque wrench so that I may see what it looks like in an effort to try and locate it they said they could not produce another torque wrench to show me and said simply that they would not give me my money back offer me store credit in exchange or refund. As you may imagine my opinion of their policies regarding customer complaints exchanges and refunds is pretty low. I will definitely be shopping at AutoZone or Pep Boys from here on out. If their goal is to lose customers it's an excellent strategy

I don't usually write these, but I am so grateful for the help I got at this store. Last Friday, it was already starting to rain and I knew I shouldn't put off buying new windshield wipers any longer. Upon entering the store, a young man quickly found me the right ones. I headed out to my car, watched a few "How to install new wiper blades" videos on YouTube, and got back out into the rain to attempt to install them. The clerk saw me struggling to figure it out [embarrassing] and came out to offer help. He quickly attached them for me and, when I thanked him and tried to tip him, he politely refused and said he was happy to help. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but I hope you see this! I work nearby and will definitely be back next time I need something car-related.

great service from Errin. i always have a great experience when coming to the shop and I feel I m in good hands when Errin is around and I trust him . If your around this store I would encourage to ask for Errin . he takes his time to explain any question and is very patient also something you don t encounter in automobile stores . it very much appreciated for always going far and beyond .

Overpriced and charge you 35% for a simple refund, go to Autozone they have way better pricing and their warranty and return policies are way better. And the person in charge Ozzie Was very unhelpful. If you do decide to go to Napa good luck and please go to a different location because all these employees are unhelpful and incompetent

Called in to see if they had 12" electronic brake assemblies for my trailer, they said yeah bring it down & we can match it up. So I drive 30 minutes in rush hour traffic on a Friday to get there and they tell me they only have 7" & 10" assembliesWay to listen to your customer and waste their time guys

I needed a tail light bulb and they had my part. I figured that I would get a new windshield wiper too. I'm happy with their service. Great! highly recommended!

Great costumer service. Offer in depth explanation of each needed part and if not found in the store they work to get you the pieces as soon as possible. They speak Spanish and English.

The guys here usually work pretty fast so you don't have to wait long. They have good sales on oil changes and cleaning products. Good place to come for your auto parts needs

Napa keeps hitting it out of for me. The right parts, with the best prices, and with my AAA discount I am on the bases coming home. The staff are they best. Fast services, and yes, the right parts .

Needed a car battery, and they have very high quality ones, with great replacement warranty. The reason for 5 stars, though, is that they hooked me up with 20% coupon, which I am very happy about!

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Bad service lousy sales clerks. Not interested in helping customers or knowledgeable about parts. Plus the parking is extremely small and constantly full. Unless you exhausted all other possibilities then maybe as a last resort try this Napa but if there's another choice go there. Napa itself does seem to have the harder to find bits and parts but avoid this Washington location.

I love all napa parts selections but half of the staff was much less knowledgeable and helpful than I am accustomed to. Found the right guy on my second visit and was very satisfied as usual. Much better than autozone or oreilly for selection and quality.
