They did well. My catalytic converter got stolen and estimated that they where going to have the part in April. No way in hell was I going to wait that long so I found the converter and brought the part to them. They had my car ready in less than a week.Communication was pretty solid. They let me know what happened, what needed to be replaced, etc. No car wash, but they were pretty busy. It is what it is.It's a good mom and pop shop. Also, amazing customer service from the front desk lady. She always has a smile whenever you see her.They recommended me a great catalytic converter cage, unfortunately they don't do that but without this shop, I wouldn't have been able to protect my converter, so thanks!

Someone recommended I take my BMW to NAS Car Collision after I was left frustrated and disappointed with the outrageous rates several other body shops quoted me. Ramin was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped point out what parts of my car actually needed repair vs replacing parts. I could tell he was incredibly honest and more than fair. I knew my car was in good hands and after having just picked it up, I'm more than impressed with their quality of work. Feels like a brand new car. Great price, great quality, and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

All of you reading this put together are not as neurotic as I am about my vehicle. And so it began with an accident, and then an unfortunate loss of a family member in a different state. I entrusted my vehicle to the care of Ron, Candie and Rolando at N.A.S. These three made it very easy for me to drop off the car so that I could get to LAX and focus on those things that matter most. I was back in town after a few weeks and I can tell you hands down that my vehicle was brought to me with every detail squared away. I could NOT be any happier with the quality of the work and service that I received at N.A.S. Collision Center. Most of all, during that difficult time, Candie who handles the calls and coordination up front---she was a super sweetheart. A few years ago, our car was broken into and NAS did a wonderful job repairing the damages. Fast forward, our battery (which they replaced) went bad but was still covered under warranty through Toyota. I tried to get a replacement myself through Toyota but they gave us an incredibly hard time and I expressed my frustration to Ron at NAS. He said they have a good relationship with Culver City Toyota (where they sourced the OEM battery) and would send someone to handle the replacement. Ron and his team went above and beyond for something that they truly could have left in my hands. I didn t expect them to personally bring the battery to Toyota and handle the exchange, but they did just that. I can t tell you how much it helped me out because Toyota was giving me such a hard time. They used their leverage with Toyota to help out a customer and that means a lot. Get work done here! This is an update from my previous review. Someone hit my car while parked so I needed another body shop repair. Since I had such a great experience previously, I brought this vehicle back to NAS for the repairs. The service and quality of work has not changed. Still top notch and my car was ready when they said it would be, despite having a not so common vehicle with parts that are not readily available. Definitely will continue coming here if needed again in the future.Can't say enough great things about this place. Took my wife's car here after an accident off of a recommendation from my brother who had worked with them in the past. When we got our car back it looked brand new. The work was quality and everyone went out of their way to take great care of us. The owner himself was on top of everything from the day we walked in and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing work on their car.

My car got into an accident the team at NAS Car collision center was highly knowledgeable and equipped with providing phenomenal service. Henery the adjuster and supervisor was so attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable during the process of repairs of my vehicle. He is honest and reliable and pushes his team with inner standards of integrity and to perform with high quality service. My corner panel was demolished after the repairs it looked brand new and my car was detailed so finely as well my leather and car was spot free and sparkling. Great family owned business, my car looks as good as new! They are reliable and worked with me on the price and the timeline of getting my car back ASAP, which was very important to me. I also saw their lot was filled with high end vehicles so whether you have a nice car or are working with a budget I am confident this is the place for you. I am now a loyal customer and would 100% reccomend.I had bumps and deep scratches that they took care of with precision. Litterally cannot see anything wrong with the car. High end service for an unbeatable price.

I got into an accident several weeks back, and Ron at NAS Collision literally saved me. It was a three-day holiday weekend around noon when I got into my accident, and being a holiday weekend. I was having issues getting my car towed to a body shop. My car was not drivable, but there I was driving around looking for collision centers compatible with my insurance. I tried several places, and by 2pm I was getting very nervous. I called NAS Collision just minutes before they closed, and Ron was so nice to have taken my car in and driven me to one of the only car rentals that still had a car available that holiday weekend. The repairs were quick and easy, and Ron even worked with my budget so that I got my car back in pristine condition at an affordable rate.Car parts are in short supply and shipments are delayed. COVID-19 caused labor and material shortages, manufacturing and shipping delays. However, NAS Collision did a great job at getting my car back to me quickly in spite of the delays - I'd definitely go back to them if I ever need my car worked on again!

My experience with NAS became top tier due to Ron, who made a difficult experience very pleasant. He was more than accommodating and ensured I left with the best service. If it weren't for Ron and his gracious secretary I would not have rated my review 5-star.

I cannot recommend this business enough! Someone hit my passenger side mirror and destroyed it! it was a hit and run. i could not drive the car to my house as it was unsafe. I called Ron at NAS and he immediately got me a tow truck. I arrived at the shop and was greeted warmly and with compassion. They arranged for a rent a car, and gave me a reasonable and honest estimate on what it would cost to repair my car. I am so appreciative of their honesty, especially in this day and age. I recommend this business highly! Keep up the great work NAS! :)

They really did an awesome job with fixing hail damage to my vehicle. The work was done expediently and professionally; they even washed my car when they were done. The office staff is helpful, kind and proactively communicative. I hope to not need their services again any time soon, but was thankful to have access to them when I needed 'em.Geico has agents on site here, and they were similarly wonderful.

Ron, I can't thank you enough for fixing my 2017 Corvette Stingray. You presented a high quality job with extreme attention to the detail like it just came out of the showroom floor. You are running a 5 star business with exceptional service, professional settings, knowledgeable and second to none friendly staff. Candy your knowledge, pleasant smile, prompt attention to customers, answering phone calls and level of service goes above and beyond. It shows that you truly care for your job and customers. Very professional and quick service. Trustable and friendly owner and staff. They did a great job on my car in a reasonable time. It was pleasant to work with this shop since they took care of all details and turned out my damages car like a brand new and the charges were really fair for such great job and 5 star service. This is a top rate auto collision center.My insurance sent me to Harry's Auto Collision to get appraised and refused to get my car serviced there. They were rude and short tempered. I immediately took my car somewhere else and I ended up at N.A.S. Car Collision Center.They took my car with no extraneous effort on my part. They assisted with dealing with my insurance company and even let me pay for a separate part in cash with a VERY fair price. It was about 50 dollars cheaper than the same part at Harry's.The office staff was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for better service. I have picked up my car since and it seems to be flawless. I am incredibly pleased with this fantastic business and I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

NAS Car Collision Center deserves 10 Yelp stars, not just five. Ron, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient in handling car accident cases. I had not been in an accident in almost 20 years, and without his guidance, I would have needed to handle the situation myself without subject matter expertise. He was with me every step of the way and provided recommendations to follow that I did not get from my insurance company, which included having the dealership assess my vehicle, since I felt the accident was a result of vehicle malfunction. He promised to take care of everything with the vehicle repair and insurance company, including the coordination of towing my car from the dealership to the collision center for repair. He even arranged for the rental car to be returned. I received platinum service for what would have otherwise been an added burden to my schedule. The value you will get from working with NAS Car Collision Center is in the long standing relationship Ron and his staff have with the adjusters, their understanding of the claims process, and connections they have with all the stakeholders in the collision business, including the rental car companies and qualified repair staff. They run a comprehensive service that takes the burden off your shoulders in managing the aftermath of an accident. Ron and his staff will support you as a client 110%. If I could give the guys at NAS 10 stars I would. They have been nothing short of amazing after my accident. I did nothing but sit back and let Ron deal with my insurance and the other person's insurance also. Overall, the experience was great, Ron was extremely attentive and responsive when I reached out and they took care of all my needs. Very trusted and excellent work. If anyone needs a great body shop, go to NAS!!!! 5+ stars!!! Thank you Ron and NAS crew.

Ron was very quick and professional in getting an estimate to me regarding the repairs needed for my vehicle. I have been taking my cars to this body shop for many years now and I am totally and completely satisfied with the craftsmanship of the repairs, the fairness of the staff and the prompt and speediness of this shop. I have taken my cars to other places before and after i was introduced to this shop and i immediately regretted doing so because no other body shop in the Los Angeles area is as efficient and professional as this one. Truly one of the best!

I've been going to Nascar for my entire family's body-work needs for over 6 years and will never take my car anywhere else. Ramin, the owner, has been in business for over 20 years and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt; he ensures that the process of collision repair is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Facts: the estimate that Ron gave me was on average 10% lower than 3 local shops and 20% lower than a nearby competitor. The work was done on time, and "showroom" is how I would best describe their work. Ron and the rest really seem like good, straight up people. I have no need to look elsewhere in the future.

Had to take my truck there (insurance claim to take pictures)not to see them or for an estimate. And although I was not their customer the gentleman behind the service counter was kind, offered me coffee and kept checking on me. That's customer service!
