I recently brought up and issue with MotoClub SM and their response to my needs was impressive. A key factor in this positive experience has been the personal involvement of Victor, the owner. His initiative to reach out and address issues was both commendable and effective. The quickness in response was fantastic. The team was attentive and handled my BMW motorcycle's maintenance issue with professionalism and care. The clear communication and detailed attention to the service process were reassuring.Victor's personal commitment to resolving previous issues and improving service quality deserves special recognition. It s a testament to the value of responsive and responsible leadership in a service-oriented business.MotoClub Santa Monica has great service and customer engagement. Thank you Victor and team.

"I've purchased numerous bikes from various dealerships across SoCal, but Moto Club Santa Monica has quickly become my top choice. My recent experience buying an Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory was truly exceptional. Victor, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did he provide me with a great deal on the bike, but he also offered a fair amount for my trade-in. What stood out the most was Victor's tailored approach and flexibility, accommodating my schedule and demonstrating extensive knowledge about the product he was selling. It's rare to encounter such personalized and attentive service in the motorcycle sales industry, and Moto Club Santa Monica delivered just that.Additionally, after shopping around extensively, I can confidently say that they offered the best deal within a 250-mile radius. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next purchase with Moto Club Santa Monica. Highly recommended for anyone in the market for a new motorcycle!

I ve purchased several Motorcycles from Vic. Every single time he hit a home run. Most recent projects were my RSV4 Track Bike and My Tuono, Both these projects Turned out to be excellent end results. Victor does what he promises, His service team and technicians are top-notch. I had to leave him 10 reviews I would. Vic and his team are super professional and I wouldn t go anywhere else to purchase a motorcycle. Fantastic place. Trevor, Chris, and Shae always take great care of my bikes. Had numerous bikes through their shop and the quality, price, and turn around time is unparalleled in LA. Will be the only place I bring bikes too for the foreseeable future.

Amazing price, amazing service, such a great warm environment when I first stepped in. Trevor is a great salesman who made the shopping experience as a first time rider (Bought a 2020 Ninja 650 KRT ABS) and there was no rush or any push. Amazing experience 10/10

I typically get my Triumph Bonneville serviced at Thousand Oaks Powersports, and decided to give Moto Club a shot this year.Moto Club is cheaper, but they seemed overall less knowledgable about Triumphs. Additionally, I was never informed that the service department moved from Venice to Culver City so I initially showed up at the wrong place.Additionally, I found Chris to be somewhat gruff and unfriendly. Perhaps he was extra busy that day.

I took a gamble and drove from San Bernadino to visit moto club. It was worth the drive, they have the parts the knowledge the want to talk shop. Most motorcycle shops feel like the people working there don't really ride, well not these folks they know what works for youre bike and what doesn't no matter the brand. Shae is just awesome but really everyone there is a great person to deal with highly recommended if you ride to stop by

I've had work done here before but wanted to drop a line regarding Chris and the service team! My BMW ended up dying nearby and Chris was able to provide a contact for a tow as well as fit my bike in to get seen by the mechanic that same day.Granted, the bike seems to have some problems that need resolving, but the fact they were able to squeeze it in to their schedule, have a battery on hand that was already charged, and do all of this while hosting a Aprilia Launch party for the new bike? Pretty awesome job you guys. Keep it up.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Recently I bought the newly anticipated Aprilia RS660 from Moto Club Santa Monica after putting down a deposit in order to guarantee myself one for track season winter 2021. When the bike arrived the owner Victor reached out to me and we set up a window of time for me to come in at my convenience to complete the purchase. Before getting together Victor got my drivers license and other information and had everything ready to go when I arrived so we could just focus on the bike and me getting on the road. The purchase experience was extremely painless and actually enjoyable!!! I felt like I got the best service I could imagine. I am 55 and bought a lot of vehicles but never had an experience where I felt like the service continued after the money exchanged hands. It s a great feeling when the owner of the shop takes time to make sure you are happy with your purchase and run you through the nuances of the machine. Thanks Victor and the crew loving the ride.

I was in the middle of a trip... and needed to get my first warranty 600ml service done on my Aprilia Tuareg. I showed up without calling on a Tuesday, and Chris was absolutely stellar and fit me right into the shop schedule. Without hesitation. I was in and out in 3 hours, with the full service done. Chris and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would use them again in a second if I didn't live so far away, and I will definitely consider them for my next bike purchase. They had a great selection of bikes and gear.

If you are looking for peace of mine and a pleasant experience this is your dealer. When purchasing a motorcycle, the last thing you want is to fight and negotiate unnecessary dealer fees. Not with MotoClubSantaMonica. There is nothing to negotiate, as there are no unnecessary costs added to your purchase. Bike price plus the bare minimum labor cost for a brand new motorcycle set up and you are good to go. I speak from experience of spending hours in dealerships to negotiate thousands of dollars of unreasonable dealer fees. Here, it was as simple as a few minutes conversation with Victor and boom, I had my brand new RS660 on order. Getting parts has also become a quick and simple process. Shae, which is in charge of inventory, has done an amazing job providing order lead times and availability. If you can t find your part here, chances are you won t find it elsewhere. Chris will also be there to assist you with any question you have and he will go out of his way to make it right. The service department is great. Mechanics are selected carefully here and they know what they re doing. Sure it can get busy. But I d rather have my bike in the shop for an extra week and know that it will be taken care of, rather than get my bike in a couple days from a mechanic that rushed to complete it, in order to bring in additional labor hours from other customers. Understand that this is a popular bike shop and can get busy. And I prefer that. I don t want a slow shop that is desperate to make a sale or lure you into upgrades and service department. Be patient and you will get top notch customer service.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Oil change

Contacted them a couple weeks ago concerning installing a front tire on my motorcycle wheel. Went in yesterday without calling ahead to have this done. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by a member of staff, they put me in the system and asked if I planned on hanging around for it as they felt like they could have it back fo me in 15 or so minutes. I said that would be great. It was quite the best experience I could ask for from a shop swapping a tire. In and out with great conversation between while the swap was happening in the back. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

Great Customer Service & Knowledgeable Staff! I purchased my pre-owned Ducati from Victor and was very pleased with the overall process. I've also taken other bikes their for service and their Tech-Team is on point. Thank you MotoClub di Santa Monica for providing everything we need as riders; including Track Days which are great for building the community and learning to become a stronger rider!

What a great experience! Chris at SM Moto Club got some new tires mounted up on my BMW 1250 GS before a trip. Next day I realized my rear brake was leaking from the bleed screw and needed a full flush with the abs unit. He fit me in the next day even though he was fully booked up. Very affordable work and great communication. Thanks again Chris and the team at SM Moto Club, will definitely be back!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

As a recent Tuono purchaser (unfortunately from different dealer) I have done some digging into accessories, service etc. While in the area today I figured I had to stop in as I have read great things about Moto Club. In any event, Trevor welcomed me and my 13 year son. Trevor answered all of my questions, shared advice, best practices etc. He even took the time to compare a couple of different exhausts that I have considered. Great overall experience. Even though I live in the OC I will be scheduling all of my future services here. Great staff, including the young lady at the counter. Well done

Chris is such a G, really had a positive experience with him even tho he was the only guy behind the counter juggling more than a few things at once.Even remembered what year my bike was from our phone chat hours earlier. Definitely a cool place to check out.Was able to come in, swap my battery out and get back on the road in record time. Thanks guys.

I purchased a 2013 Diavel with a handful of mods from Victor and his shop he was selling on consignment. The man seems to have his hands on everything going on in the shop. Make an appointment and he ll give you his undivided attention to follow through. He s answered every question I ve had promptly as a new Ducati owner and the shop can handle all of my service. Looking forward to bringing more business to Moto Club. Thanks, Victor!

These guys are awesome. They have done warranty work for my 21 tuono v4 twice now. The most recent time Aprilia tried to deny it, but Chris told them it needed to be done and they approved on the 2nd try. Victor is great as well. Really appreciate the support and the work is Always top notch. Highly recommended.

I towed my 2014 FZ-09 to Moto Club to replace a cracked oil crankcase and install new Rizoma Turn Signals. Deva was very helpful with ordering the parts and managing the repair. Thank you!

Took the bike in for the first service which went well and the staff were friendly but at the same time seemed uninterested to help resolve the overheating issue I have been experiencing. I was told the bike needs to keep moving but anyone can see how that is difficult during rush hour traffic on my commutes to work and places I ride to, it's baffling how a motorcycle can be sold but overheat so quickly in traffic and shut off on you. I was basically told goodluck and was sent on my way, I was hoping to really like this place and make it a place to go for all my needs but it seems like my business is not wanted there.

Ordered a bike online (literally the lowest price in the country) and had it shipped to IL. Victor was responsive and the shop installed all of my additional parts perfectly. Hauling company isn't really on top of their tracking but Moto Club has nothing to do with that. Ended up getting the bike before I even got the paperwork for the bike. Victor sent the paperwork overnight and I was out riding the next day. Was able to get in a lot of great riding thanks to these guys. Will definitely work with them again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. Don t buy from these guys unless you want to beat around the bush for several months just to find out they sold your bike to someone else. Worse purchase experience in my life.Casper. Aprilia notified me my bike arrived weeks ago. I've had multiple miscommunications by your sales team, thinking I was the customer who had the damaged bike through shipment. Turns out he made a mistake and I was actually the person he was replacing the customer's damaged bike with. Smh that's the only way I know about this, and confirming with Aprilia that my bike indeed came shortly after that incident with the other customer.
