Hi, I got a new tire for my car from here a week ago, which turned out to be very bad. Within a week, bubbles started appearing on it. When I came to them, they refused to return the tire, saying that you have dont have recipe because they don t give any recipt because they do cashI recommend to all off you don t come here

I called to ask how much to fix a flat tire over the phone. The man that answered me in Spanish said $40 . Wow! Am I being overcharged or what? Pricey service! It's ridiculous , when other shops charge $10.

Worst service ever. I went for a flat tire, they convince us that will be better to change both front tires, we trusted them and just teh day after and only 20 miles far away, one of their 'new' tires is loosing air! When I checked I saw that they sold us a tire repaired in an area what shouldn't be repaired and didn't last more than 24 hours. DO NOT TRUST them.Service: Tires

Worst shop I ever been to. Who takes cash only? Smh. Made me walk 2 blocks to get cash. That s the least. $40 for a tire patch??? Thirsty people!!! Never in my life coming to this place!!

Guy hangs up on you. Hours day til 7pm. I arrived at 5:15 pm and the guys says, oh, we close early today. Very rudely. I d never recommend this place to anyone.

This guy Have is store time closing at 7 but leave and hour early with his old wife it a old couple they trying rip off a lot of people trying sell used tires for 70$-100$ new tires price cause he so greedy I hope this places goes down or his greediness something happens to him. Best choice if your stuck near here anyone their a autozone 12 minutes away go their get a 39.99 air compressor for the tire get the tire air up right their and then in front of the autozone and patch yourself they sell patches for 12.99 or if you want save more money head to Walmart as soon as you get some air in your car when you get the air compressor because shops they not their to help they their to make money when they see you in need of helpService: Tires

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy wanted a tip for taking off my tire and trying to sell me tires at exorbitant rates or charge me $40 for tire patch. I wanted neither. But I decided to give him a few bucks.. I didn't have change so gave him a $10 that he said he would break to give me change so that I can tip whatever I wanted. He only gave me back $5 and gave himself a $5 tip. I asked for one more dollar back but he wouldn't give it. I came to get an estimate for tire patch. Apparently will cost you $5. Should have just left. Will I ever come back? No mames! Shady business here. Maybe some people are honest here. But it just takes one bad egg to ruin the whole place.Service: Tires

Unfortunate experience. My in laws have been coming here for decades. I went two years ago for new tires. Came today for a tire problem but the guy made but two different prices on the spot both that were HIGHER than the big chain stores that come with warranties and good customer service. I was asking questions to decide between 2 new tires or all 4. Before I could say no thank you the older employee basically told me to leave. He told everyone not to help me. He had a huge attitude. I shopped around and found much better deals with new tires, warranty, appointment, air conditioning in the lobby, that have a lobby I don t think we ll be visiting again. Often mom and pop places are good to support but not this place. Not anymore.

The lady who looked like a penguin came out and immediately said I needed four tires with out even looking at the tires. The guy sold me a tire double the price of a used tire and said he is the Hollywood tires stating that I m on his stomping grounds. He didn t even let me see threads on the tire and tried to quickly put it on with out me seeing it. Be careful, They are scammers. And the tow truck company got their backs.

My tire blew out as I was exiting the freeway near the tire shop. I called the tire shop for help and a guy ran right over. He helped me get my car to the shop and he changed my tire asap. Everyone in the shop was so helpful and welcoming. I ended up getting 2 new tires and gaining a new place to get work done on my cars.

Carwash is the best!! This guys know how to get it done. It takes about an hour or so but they do a great job.

Local tire shop, only accepted cash, which was inconvenient. But mostly, they were rude AF. Next time my tire gives out, I ll walk.

I called for an estimate to fix a nail in my tire. They said not able to quote over phone. I asked if it is going to be below $100 and he said, "Ya, way below that". When my son took the car there, the guy wanted $100 he said because that was what he told me on the phone. My son then asked another mechanic in the shop and this guy said $25. The first guy was really mad and scolded the 2nd guy and told my son $30. Businesses with actual shop/store should think long term because your customers are most likely those who live nearby, ie. potential long term customers and also good referrers.My son has to have his car for a long trip to start his work tomorrow. Also, today is Sunday so we do not have many options. If it is not because of these reasons, we would not use their service. Fortunately, we read Google reviews and one reviewer said she got charged $30 for flat tire repair and commented that was over-priced. Other reviews also mentioned over-priced and rudeness. So we were somewhat "prepared". After the tire was fixed, my son conversed in Spanish to the first guy that it should be $25, and he did return the extra $5. Not too bad after all. Shop Lady has a horrible attitude and IS money hungry. We called the shop and got an estimate over the phone, then we told her we were on the way. We got here ,we tell her we are the ones that were just on the phone and reminded her on the price she had said. When they placed the tires , she hiked the price and when I told her that was not what we agreed on. She told her men to take the tires. Placed my old tires without air and told me to leave. That's messed up!! I came here for a service and got an estimate before. Why not hold your end of the deal. , Would definitely NOT recommend this shop. !! They hike up the prices. !

I would never get another tier here! Their overpriced. They didn t have even the sense to check the other tiers and see if they were low or needed air. I only went here because my usual tier spot is closed on Sunday but next time I will just wait!Service: TiresService: Tires

I am extremely disappointed and upset that I got ripped off. Both of my battery terminals needed to be replaced and they said it was going to cost me $40. The next day my battery dies and the AAA technician said that only one terminal was replaced and it wasn't even an original part. He also said I was over charged because that usually costs around $20. He was also upset that mechanics rip off women, it's unethical and unfair.I've been reading the reviews for this place and it seems this is not the first time people get ripped off. So sad that some mechanics aren't decent people and still lie to get a buck. I'm very dissatisfiedService: Battery

We as a family business are great other places charge cheaper but don't do the job right. When other tire shops patch tires they don't patch them they plug them. We take our time and patch from the inside making sure that it is properly patched. Our prices are reasonable, that and our used tires are 80% good and they will last you 4 to 5 years and we make sure you leave with a safe tire and rim.

$30 to patch a tire? My 1st thought was I shudda bought the patch kit from HBfreight for $5. I shudda known the place was probably overpriced when there weren't any customers. Save your money and go down the street to Pepe's.

Former customer. Seems each employee makes up his own prices. Was charged two different prices for tire change on separate occasions, within 3 weeks of each visit.

These people are pathetic and are not of service to the community. I pulled up to air a tire, I was told it would be $5.00 because they did nothing for free. Pepe's tire shop gladly helped me, at no charge.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to get 2 tires mounted, the guy right off was upset that I took tires and didn't buy from him. Went there because I thought it would be less than where I bought them but he wanted $20 per tire. Kept going on about the price then wanted to sell me a used rim for 120. Found a shop on Figueroa $10 per tire 5 mins no lectures or bad attitudeService: Tires

These guys have no shame. Me and my uncle went to this shopTo get his master cylinder replaced i told them what to do so I left my 72 yr old uncle they ripped him off everything except the master cylinder got replaced . They charged $500. I don't recommend these scumbags

This is for the CAR WASH:Outside looks great but I always have to ask them to clean the inside better. Seems like they don t really clean that well inside aside from cleaning the center console/dashboard area and vacuuming. I always see obvious dirty areas that weren t cleaned on doors, seats and hatch/trunk area

I have brought two different sets of wheels to them and they have worked magic to fix the bends in them. The first time I went I was looking for a place and couldn t find many that do wheel repair. There is a company that will make a new wheel for you to repair it but that costs a couple grand. For one to two wheels. But anyway if you need some repair they will take care of you. And the most recent set I brought are work euroline wheels.

Best shop !!!!my tire blew on the highway and triple aaa driver knew of them and tookMe there they were 10 minutes from closing and they were kind enough to squeeze me in to get on the road again, the place is clean ,there are shady area to sit and wait and the manager and his staff are kind and great. Really appreciate them.

good service... kindness... friendly... they explain to you detail by detail the fault of your car.... they help you with the parts you need and they show you everything that they are fixing to your car. .. they help you by telling you what you have to do to keep your car is in good condition... definitely recommended... Thank you
