Went today for an oil change. I got a coupon discount and was in right away. Very quick - and very impressed by the service that was given to the incoming phone calls. They also notified me of the additional service needs the computer codes of my car was recommending. Good service.

Great service! Had no wait time, Jesse was incredibly helpful and kind. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it asap. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning for any of my car needs!

I came in for an oil change without an appointment. Kelly, happily fit me in. I told her I preferred full synthetic. Expecting it to cost at least $100. She gave me $10 off coupon, so sweet. For anyone looking for a car care place on the westside, I would highly recommend this Midas location! I ve primarily just had my oil changes done here, but I have only experienced great service. Usually they are able to get me scheduled for same day or next day service, and I ve never waited more than an hour. All the associates I ve interacted with are friendly and helpful, Jesse especially. As a female I know finding a place to have your car worked on without feeling taking advantage of or demeaned can be a challenge, but again I ve only had positive experiences at this Midas location and would recommend!

This Midas shop was recommended by a friend several years ago, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of service. Oil changes, tire issues and other maintenance issues have all been handled professionally and expertly. Kudos to Jesse, the store manager for overseeing the good work. Two thumbs up!

I highly recommend Midas as the staff went above and beyond to help me; their customer service was excellent! I came to Midas with a slow leak in one of my tires; the tire was almost flat. The service team took the time with me to personally examine all 4 tires and answer all of my questions. I made the decision to order all 4 new tires, which would be delivered to Midas the next day. The team replaced all 4 tires as well as balanced and aligned them. The team is honest and I trust their recommendations. I finally feel safe driving my car as I know the tires are in excellent condition. I highly recommend Midas for all service issues, not just tires!

I could clearly tell the customer support really cares me and tried their best to do solid things to make me feel pleasant with their business.Given above, I have updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars to reflect their customer support team s efforts and dedication.The original post is still kept below to be fully transparent. - original post I have been a consistent customer of this auto mechanical shop for approximately four years, availing services such as oil changes, spark plug replacements, and various maintainence activity. Over time, the quality of service at this establishment has notably declined.Most recently, I encountered an issue with my car's ignition key, which necessitated a $300 charge for resolution. Their approach to addressing the problem involved two steps: cleaning the key and keyhole using a pick, followed by the application of lubricating oil. After this intervention, they assured me that the issue had been significantly improved, and I drove my vehicle back home.However, within a span of 72 hours, the identical problem reoccurred. Once again, I found myself unable to rotate the ignition key or extract it from the key cylinder. To me, I spent $300 just to "delay" the problem by 72 hours.Regrettably, based on the unsatisfactory resolution of the key issue, I am compelled to rate this establishment with two stars.

I recently visited Mide's Tire Shop and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jesse. From start to finish, Jesse's service was nothing short of exceptional. His expertise and attention to detail were evident as he helped me find the perfect tires for my vehicle. Not only did he go above and beyond in ensuring I received top-notch service, but he also took the time to explain the different options available, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mide's Tire Shop, and Jesse's outstanding assistance truly made my experience unforgettable.

Jesse made my life so much easier! He patched my tire, plug with patch. I thought I'd have to call AAA to put it back on. But Jesse put it on, made sure the pressure was perfect and put the spare back in trunk. He did all this work for $40. He was a very nice guy. That counts too!I'll be back.

Beware of Scam TacticsMy recent visit to this Midas location was nothing short of fraud. It's painfully obvious that their primary concern is not delivering honest service but rather engaging in questionable practices.A good friend of mine had recently gone in for a routine oil change, only to be advised to replace his tires despite them being relatively new. I heeded the warning but decided to give them a chance, primarily due to a tempting $29 coupon for an oil change. Little did I know, this decision would lead to a terrible experience.When I arrived I presented the mechanic with my $29 oil change coupon, to which he offered a tire rotation for an additional $20. Seemed like a reasonable deal, so I accepted. However, when the time came to settle the bill, I found myself waiting over 20 minutes as Jessie, the manager, finally attended to me after doing nothing during this time. To my shock, the total had skyrocketed to $109, far beyond what I had anticipated. It simply didn't add up.I questioned the discrepancy, only to be told that they had used a synthetic blend, which apparently justified the increased cost. I pointed out that I never requested the synthetic blend, and the coupon was intended for synthetic oil. Only after asking for a breakdown did Jessie reluctantly deduct $20 from their initial quote. He didn't even add the $29.00 coupon anywhere on the receipt.Such blatant dishonesty is unacceptable. I have no intentions of ever returning to Midas again, and I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with them. Your trust and hard-earned money would be better invested elsewhere.

I needed a tire patched and Costco wanted to keep my car for 8 hours (!!!) manager Jesse fixed iit right away and got $5 cheaper than my neighborhood place. Thanks guys!

Mr. TY helped me last week. Great young mechanic that is very quick to attend to your needs and very observant. Good personality the business needs more people like this. Overpriced and poor service! I arrived there on Thursday to get replacement brakes, I had asked if they could check my battery, to which they told me it was fine. On Friday my car wouldnt start due to a dead battery! I was charged a total of $1034.95 (includes tax) for an oil change, two rear brake rotors & pads, 1 left hub bearing, and I was charged $60 for a rear lug nut replacement.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I want to express my disappointment with this Midas shop. I came across a deal online on the official Midas website that offered a $20 discount for full synthetic oil changes. However, my experience at this particular location was far from satisfactory. When I brought my Evoque to the shop and presented the promo code, the manager outright refused to honor the discount, citing that my car was not inexpensive. I reminded him that it's illegal not to honor promotional offers posted on their own website, to which he responded that my car was too expensive and that he was tired of dealing with my inquiries, even though it was my first time calling them.Hoping for a better experience, I decided to give them another chance and brought in my 2020 Dodge Charger. The manager noticed my assistant waiting but chose to spend a full 20 minutes on the phone, ignoring my employee. Once again, when we provided the Midas website promo code, he refused to apply it, stating that he didn't want our business. Since we were pressed for time, we reluctantly agreed to pay the full price for the oil change. While the work was being done, the manager disappeared for nearly an hour, leaving my assistant waiting. Even the mechanic couldn't accept payment, and my helper had to endure an additional hour-long wait for the manager's return.This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Not only were their prices higher than other chains, but their refusal to honor their own online offers and the disrespectful attitude of the manager make this a place I won't return to. That's why I'm giving this location a well-deserved 2-star rating.

Best auto repair experience ever! In a time when a good auto shop is hard to find I ran into Jesse at Midas he was very knowledgable and honest his prioity is getting your car back on the road safe runing at its best. "I recently had my car's oil change done at Midas, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.The staff was not only professional but also very friendly and attentive to my needs. What truly impressed me was the excellent job they did on my car, and the best part was the fantastic discounts I received. I felt like I got great value for my money. Excellent service and price point. Manager SAM answered all my questions for my 60,000 mile service check. Reminded me I had a coupon for the oil change.! Went over the paperwork from the last time I was there, about 6,000 miles ago And asked me how my Toyota Camry was doing.And was considerate, great positive attitude: 5 *stars* And the owner happened to be in the shop while I was there and also ask if I and another customer needed anything else and how he could help us. Rare and good service all around from this business. Highly recommended.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Save yourself gas and go to the one off Manchester. These guys are rude and unprofessional. Tried taking my tundra here and they wouldn t give me the time of day. I will be calling to make a formal complaint because of how rude these employees are!

Sam was outstanding in terms of knowledge and customer service. The other people working were also extremely helpful and friendly.We have been here two times this year with our infinity. Once for brakes and once for a belt replacement. We will definitely be regular customers with both cars.
