My family and I have been using this repair shop for years and cannot imagine ever going anywhere else to have any of our cars worked on. My car is always fixed with no issues in a timely manner, and the crew there is a pleasure to deal with. This place is professional, fair, honest, and know what they are doing when it comes to cars. It is nice to know that I can bring my car here and know I will get an honest assessment, which is rare in this industry. I recently got into an accident, and as usual, they had my car fixed in a week and dealth with the other parties insurance on my behalf without me having to be involved or stressed by it. When I picked up my car, it was all fixed and even washed before I got there. Thanks so much, Metro Collision Center. You guys are the best!

Danny and his team are the best. He is very transparent and the work his team does impeccable. My car was washed and detailed, inside and out, upon pick up. That level of dedication and service is lost these days. It's like Danny gave me a brand new car!

What can I say? Danny and his crew are hands down the BEST. I was in a rear-end collision that banged my car up VERY badly.Due to some difficulties in dealing with the insurance companies, Danny was VERY patient and charitable about holding my car at his shop until it was all cleared up.To say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND about this is the greatest understatement of the century. I'm telling you, few other places would have done that.I gave Danny carte blanche to fix up my car - which he was really excited to do. I wanted something amazing in the pink family, and he helped me to choose the perfect color.Danny and his crew did work FAR BEYOND the work needed from the collision. He fixed some dents and scratches on the panels, completely redid my bumper, added new amazing lights to the back and front of the car, FULL flawless paint job down to the last detail, and restored my car to a condition better than when I brought it in.He also did this within my budget, which was pushing it, but he worked a miracle and made this happen.Look, my situation was very extenuating, yours may not be. What I can tell you is that whatever it is... THIS IS YOUR GUY. The magnitude of above and beyond he went for me has me making sure to SING his praises literally to everyone, and everywhere. If he can do for you what he did for me, meaning give me an end result beyond what I could even imagine, then I'm telling you, you'll never need another auto body guy again.Thank you SOOOO much Danny! My vette is the hottest in town.

Danny and Vadim were a pleasure to work with. The car looks fantastic following two doors significantly tented from a car collision. After we decided not to have the car repaired due to their outrageous prices, we were still charged $1200 cash for 3 days of "storage fees". If we had chosen to pay by card it would have been $1500. Total rip off. Will never do business with them again.

Decent but ultimately inconsistent service. I called hoping to get a rough estimate on how much a rear view mirror fix would cost (passenger side fell off and could easily be glued back on) and whoever answered the phone rudely stated that 'he never gives estimates over the phone' yet over the summer, I was definitely quoted an amount to have my car repaired.. over the phone. Really annoying after giving this repair shop A LOT of money to fix my car in the summer and they couldn't be bothered to at least give me an estimate? Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere.

If I could give it negative stars I would. We were held hostage to get our car back. We left car for a quote which took them 3 days and when we said we wanted a second opinion, they would not give us our car back without paying them $500 for storage. We NEVER ask or AUTHORIZE STORAGE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This company is a big scam, they say that they fixed your car and a month later it breaks down, come to find out it was them who did not fix it properly. Then want to charge, SCAM Artist
