I m a new registered owner of a Mercedes, I called DT L.A Mercedes customer service and asked to see how I can register the vehicle to my name so I may start tracking my Maintenance service on the Mercedes app. I was transferred to Sales, I told him what I need and instead of helping me he transferred my call to the automated message system.Attention Mercedes Sales Manager, please retrain your staff, they are clueless. I called Torrance Mercedes and they advise me within seconds of my call.

Sales man Amin or amid is very unprofessional. I called for information about a g63 super rude .i guess he has a bad month or doesn t hit his monthly target. Relax I m looking to buy not waste your time!Don t go here he should get fired!

Went in today to check out the E 300 with sport package. This was the first dealership I went to for this particular purchase. We were greeted by Eduardo who helped us so much in showing the car and getting a deal. Gary (the manager) went out of his way to get us a very fair deal and quickly. Very grateful and would highly recommend!

Tino in the service dept is by far the best part about dealing with the service team. He s helped my wife and I out for years now and it s a big reason why we continue to own Mercedes. Proper customer service is hard to find these days which makes it that much more refreshing when working with him. Couldn t recommend more.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE (read to bottom for potentially life threatening experience). I left my vehicle with Barry Murphy, my service advisor. I happened to know the issue with the vehicle but Barry told me they would still need to do a diagnostic. Fair. The diagnostic cost $300 and would go towards the repair if I decided to do it there. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday and asked for an update on the vehicle before the weekend (Thursday or Friday). Of course that didn t happen, so I called Monday morning and Barry told me the results of the diagnostic with a quote of nearly $6k! I had to ask like 5 times for a written estimate with a breakdown of parts and labor. When they finally sent it I called a few other dealerships in the area to get a few cost comparisons. Turns out other dealerships were in the $2-3.5k range MORE THAN $2k LESS THAN MERCEDES BENZ OF LA had quoted. I found another dealership to take my vehicle to where I ended up saving $3,000, but the story doesn t end there. When I arrived to the other dealership they popped the hood and informed me there was a part missing! Luckily the part that was missing from under the hood wasn t integral to the operation of the vehicle, but this easily could have been a lethal situation. I called Mercedes Benz of LA and they acknowledge having the part claiming it was a mistake, but I cant help wonder if it was a punitive action taken because I made the decision to take the vehicle to another mechanic. Both Barry and service manager Scott Hodges were entirely unapologetic for the potentially lethal mistake. I tried to speak with service director Tim Endo regarding the experience but he never returned my messages. This was by far the worst service I ve ever experienced. If you value you your money, your time, or your life, DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOE SERVICE.

Poor service. Manager makes you wait for a very long time to get your car towed from their poor service. Transmission working perfect but when test drived after sevice got messed-up. Go to other places, you ll probably be treated better.

After a lifetime of hardwork and financial discipline, we were finally ready for our first Mercedes Benz. Rafa Gonzales made it so easy and fast to get our "baby" home. We were treated to The best customer service anywhere. Abir in the Finance department is a true professional and an awesome human being. My family and myself were treated like royalty. Ridiculous. For being an employee of Lithia, I would of hoped for something to work out getting a car through this dealer but obviously they just ruined my car buying experience AND MY credit by making almost 20 hard inquiries. Almost like they don t care. I talked to Art and all he mentioned was that he gave my file to the sales manager as if that makes it any better. At this point, the approval to get a car financed is not worth the hassle of having your information handed out to different banks at a time.

The showroom was half-empty yet busy. Despite the visible presence of a staff member named Ayman, who toured the dealership a few times without engaging with customers, we experienced a noticeable delay in service. Eventually, we were assisted by another salesperson, but our experience was marred by the initial lack of engagement and the disappointing news that the vehicle we were interested in was not in stock. Observing Ayman's lack of interaction while waiting added to our frustration. Unfortunately, due to the stock issue, we left without making a purchase. Hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience at the dealership.

Love our new benz and I have to add that Eduardo is awesome and top notch. Made the purchase of our new GLE super easy and transparent.We have never been to a dealership that is as top notch and outstanding as Mercedes downtown Los AngelesEveryone there from the reception desk Moe and all the sales reps that we crossed paths with including our sales rep EDUARDO we re outstanding, impressive and very very very professional.We will not be going anywhere else to buy any cars besides this place.They really took care of us and made us feel at home.They trained their team well and everyone is happy.Highly recommend this dealership and Eduardo . When. You buy a car there you will see exactly what I m talking about. They re beyond terrific

I want to caution everyone considering buying a car from this dealership. Avoid dealing with salesperson Ata. We visited to choose between two trims, but Ata left us near the car for 15 minutes, returned saying he didn't have the keys, and refused to show the car after learning we had a car broker. When asked to speak with manager George, the interaction was disrespectful. I strongly advise against this dealership, especially dealing with Ata and George. Consider working with car brokers for better deals and respectful treatment. This is a review highlighting a disappointing experience with their service.

Don't, even when u think to get a car from there DON'T. The service department is horrible. I leased a "what supposed to be a great car " there. The amount of money that I spent on maintenance to the car was crazy. I purchased tires insurance but I have been lied many times that the tired were replaced or fixed just to have to be back at the dealership over and over. At the end, by the time the lease ended the car died and to fix it, it would have cost 11k. It seat at the dealership for 2 months without them doing anything but they charged me FULL payments for all those months. Whatever u do don't get the car from this dealership.

I was planning to trade in my 2023 s580 for an EV ESQ AMG regardless if i can get the car today but no one came to greet me or ask any questions. I will take my business to Newport Beach Dealership. I just had some spare time before heading off to the Lakers game. You lost my business from now on!

Impressed overall by this location!Christopher helped us locate the correct configuration GLC 300. When we got to the dealer to pickup the vehicle he was able to get us in and out in under 60 minutes!Car was already washed and finance papers were prepared in advance making this transaction a breeze.

Great experience with Bryan Romero and his teamI called the dealership about a car and had a very transparent conversation about the condition and price of the car.We agreed on a price before hand, and the two days later, someone else made a higher offer. It was actually a friend of mine who didn't know I was purchasing the car. Vince honored our deal and overall I've been super pleased with the whole process.I highly Bryan Romero. Please do not do business here, they lie and practice shady business tactics. I called to order a part for my CLS 63 AMG and they told me a week in advance that my part was ready at the dealership. I then proceeded to show up on a Friday, drove 1 hr to get here and all for them to tell me the part was still not there for pickup when I called the day before and asked and they told me it was there and ready for pickup. I left with no part, that I had alredy paid for and lost all confidence with MB of Downtown LA and will never do Business with Mercedes Benz of downtown LA.

The car purchasing process was made really easy and i got exactly what I wanted. Shoutout to Bryan Romero! Also the service department is amazing. I dropped my car off yesterday for a tire leak and they replaced my rear tires within a few hours (mind you I didn't even have an appointment). Marlon and Jerry are great and easy people to work with. Thank you very much guys!

This place is filled with thieves. They promise you a ton but when the time comes to honor it they refuse and just deny everything. You buy a whole lot of plans but they refuse to service your car using them by giving you fake reasons and excuses. They also want you to replace your brakes and tires when they're not even HALF worn. Don't believe anything they tell you. The service quality is also atrocious. No one ever knows anything and is always confused, the service agents and even the manager are extremely rude, the car sits in the shop for weeks with nothing being done to it and they just forget about it unless you call them yourself every day. They never call you with updates, half of the things they're supposed to do get missed, and you'll never get a loaner. Even though they have a ton of loaners available, they just tell you that they don't to save money and sometimes even refuse an Uber because "your location is too far". I got all the way to the general manager of the dealership, who also promised a bazillion things, none of which came true, and he just disappeared and started to avoid my calls. Truly, the fish rots from the head down. I ended up switching to Mercedes of Arcadia and ALL of my problems went away! Don't ever come to MB of DTLA, save yourself a lot of nerves, time, and money. Mercedes Benz of Arcadia dealership is pure GOLD and you'll be extremely happy with their service. Just ask for John and you'll really feel like you own a Mercedes!

This dealership has the worse service in southern CA. I dropped my car there on December 21 and they were supposed to get back to me after Christmas Day. I had no choice, so I accepted. No one called me at all! No text, no email nothing! Finally I called them on Jan 2nd. Guess what, no one has checked my car!! They said the tech has been busy.I had to call and talk to the manager. No manager was available. I was so frustrated and kept calling them till it got finally fixed on Jan. 3.When I went to pick up my car, my service advisor was not there! All others were busy or pretended to be busy! It took me 15 minutes to find someone to help me pay and take my car.This is a disgrace for Mercedes dealership. I will never go back there and do not recommend any one to go there and get this awful service.Hopefully my voice will be elevated to the dealership manager and change the way they do business.Shahram VahdatJan 3, 2023

I was looking to order a E450 All Terrain and Art Magsayo was fantastic in helping me find and order what I wanted. He did not pressure me to purchase what was in stock at the dealership and was very accomodating in making cars available to me to sit in and test drive.When I requested to custom order a car because I didn't see anything I wanted on dealership lots, Art was extremely helpful in placing the order for me and advising me on what options I should keep or leave out. He was transparent about the cost of the car and in the end, I feel like I got a good price on a car that was built to what I wanted.If I was looking for another Mercedes, I would definitely contact Art again.

This was by far the best MB dealership experience. I bought 5 Mercedes in past 15 years and this dealership offers the courtesy, transparency and the professionalism, unlike other MB dealerships in LA/OC county. Michael J is the VIP there. I will be coming back for my next purchase for sure.

Mercedes makes great cars, but people make the difference between a good ownership experience and a great one. The trustworthy professionals at MBLA provide excellent customer service, elevating the ownership experience to a higher level. Ordered a part and paid for overnight shipping, someone called to discuss the part (clearly not knowing what they are talking about) I instructed the person to get me that part# or a new part# if it has been revised or just refund me. I emailed them two times just to make sure and those emails have been ignored. Several hours later I get a shipping notification. The next day, the part arrived not packaged well, the original mb box was crushed. After opening the box it was the wrong part, not even for my car. In trying to resolve the issue, I unfortunately had to talk to David Ruiz, who promised me one thing after trying to convince me that I need a completely different part after I simply wanted to replace the exact part I took out of my car with the same part or with the newer updated part for whatever reason the staff at this dealership isn't able to help me with this request. They also advertise this part as in stock but it turns out it's on back order, I guess they just want people to get false hope and lose money as I am still waiting for a response regarding my return/refund. They recharged me for the difference in the cost of the part. Please don't do any online business with this parts department. They WILL cause major delays in the process and are terrible in communicating after they take your money. Feel free to reach out to me for additional information.

Took my car in at 8am Ivan took about 40 minutes to come and greet us, I had to get out and look for him, I was hoping to get my car the same day but no! They kept it all day and I got my car the next day smh. I picked it up drove off and my car kept going to the side we took it back and they blamed it on how old the car was with out knowing my car was 6 months old smh not only that they wouldn t check my car and they mentioned getting it aligned for 400$very unprofessional!! Never have I experienced this at a high end dealership, won t be going back!

On the 3 occasions I ve been here; regardless of who I dealt with I ve not once felt welcomed, valued, or treated as a potential customer. Unless you re wearing your designer items as a badge of status, you re treated as wasted time & invaluable to who you re dealing with. I was ready to come in and lock in terms on one of the most expensive cars on the lot, but as someone who pays close attention to their customer experience, especially when making high ticket purchases, I left & can guarantee I won t spend a dollar here.
