I had bought my car in for repairs on the 29 of November, 2013. to MARS auto repair. Originally, they fixed my water pump and my coolant. The next day my car was still running hot. I called the auto shop and they took my car in for inspection. Next, I was told my head gasket was the problem. After agreeing that the total of repair and labor would be $1,000 dollars, I let toTony ( the auto shop owner )work on my car. I was told the estimated time for the car being fixed would only take a week. After not receiving any calls about my car after the week was up, I went to the auto shop personally and asked them what was the hold up. They said it would be ready in a few days. Eventually, the days turned into weeks. I tried calling the auto shop they rarely answered, and when I would ask about my car; none of the mechanics knew anything about it.Finally, December 27, 2013, I received my car that night. That morning (December 28,2013 ) when I looked closely inside of my car and there were ashes of some sort along with a small bag. It seemed to me like It could have been a weed bag. I also found finger nail clippings with the nail clippers still in my back seat. There was also food paper wrapping inside the car. When I called the auto shop to report it and the mechanic told me there was another mechanic here at the lot maybe it was him. I asked them, "How did this mechanic get into my car if he never authorized to work on my car?" I told the mechanic, " No one should be in the inside of my car unless their starting it; my car only had mechanical problems!" The mechanic soon hung up the phone, and did not bother calling me back. I spent $1,000 dollar to get my car fixed, that took nearly a month to fix and when I finally received my car , I found out their was people hanging out in my car doing "IM NOT SURE WHAT!!!!!" They never even apologized for anything. Never again will I bring my car to this auto shop!!! They are dishonest.

How about I would like to contact the previous owner. I worked there for many years. Years before it was a body shop, it was called ponchos. I don't know if he is still the owner or if he has his contact.q tal me gustaria contactarme con el due�o anterior yo trabaje ahi por muchos a�os ase a�os antes era un body shop se llamaba ponchos no se si todavia es el due�o o si tiene su contacto
