Ruben and his team at Magic Touch are incredible. Their hospitality, honesty, and thoroughness is invaluable in a city where car service is as regular as a haircut. If you live in kid city, k town, or even Culver City, this could be your 'forever' mechanic.

Where do I start. I have been coming to MTA for 10 years and my brother 20 years. Ruben is one of the most coolest, kindest auto mechanic/owner that I have ever known. I have full and complete trust in their work and I have never had to take my car back for any shoddy work. Efficient and knowledgeable and he returns calls, gives great estimates and Always take good care of me. Old school service and I appreciate that so much. Thank you Ruben and Simon for all that you have done on my Honda. Will be seeing y'all soon!

Extremely grateful for all the work they did on my 03 Expedition. Freindly shop that charges very fair prices. They put in a new AC compressor and charged the system... now works great! Had it done in 1 day! Also said they found other issues w/ the system that they didn't charge extra for. Highly recommend this shop!!!

I'm new to this coast and needed to find a new mechanic as good as my go-to guy for the past 20 years. After a fairly exhaustive search of reviews, I selected Magic Touch, and had the pleasure of working with Simon. Not only was he extremely helpful in getting my car looked at quickly, he saved me from needless repair costs and parts that I didn't need. Honesty and service excellence is damn near impossible to find these days, but it can be found here for sure. Look no further!

The guys are all great at Magic Touch. It is always best to call ahead and check with Ruben or John when you can take your car in. They use brand named parts, they are extremely thorough and will always let you know if anything needs doing, the cost and when you have to have it done. They have kept my car going for years. As Ruben has pointed out, they are way cheaper than a car payment. I would highly recommend them and they are great fun.

First mechanic experience since moving to LA. The radiator cracked in my 2007 Jeep Commander. Spoke with Ruben last night, who gave me a very good price on the repair, and offered to order the radiator that night so that it would arrive by the time I drop the truck off the following morning.I dropped it off at 830am and his techs had the repair done by 1:30 that afternoon. Lightning fast turnaround, and the mechanics did an excellent job, cleaning the engine bay of coolant and everything. Definitely taking my business to him in the future.

I found this place by looking at other reviews and I am glad I found them! Everyone who works there is very friendly and responsive. The mechanic was honest and upfront with me and I in no way felt pressured to spend more than I needed to. He got my car back to me as quickly as he said he would! Overall very positive experience. For reference I have a 2001 BMW

The best service I have ever received from a mechanic! We are from Australia and traveling around the USA. He was able to fit us in right away and gave us an honest diagnosis for an affordable price. I couldn't recommend them enough - they were fantastic!

Who can you trust in LA with your car? MAGIC TOUCH! I've been going to the folks at Magic Touch Automotive for 35 years. (they were called something else before) They are responsible, reliable on time, and HONEST! They have kept my cars going all these years with true care. I love these guys, honestly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for about 10 years or so, and would recommend it for anyone in the area. This is a father and son business. Great guys, honest, and nice to work with for auto needs.Although I don't have an old car, they do a lot of work on vintage cars, and Ford Bronco/International Scouts, so there are also a lot of interesting vehicles to check out.

Trustworthy!! It seems that getting scammed with an auto shop is all to common. You go in to get a new set of windshield wipers and you walk out with new tires and a transmission!! Well, you need not worry with MAGIC TOUCH!! You are in good hands with mechanics that know their craft and can explain what is going on with your vehicle. Be at ease. They will get you back on the road safely and securely.

I m sure they are a fine bodyshop. My issue is that they park multiple vehicles in front of our house for a week at a time.We live 4 blocks away. I m guessing they are their customer s vehicles. Why would they do that? I would not approve of my car being stored in the street while they are supposed to be fixing it.I ve asked them to stop several times over the last year, they don t care. Thanks guys, real neighborly.

Fantastic repairs even for older vehicles that might not require state-of-the-art parts. John will get your car running as well as it can for as little money as possible. Highest possible recommendation.
