Luis has taken an active role in helping me take care of my six speed manual 2004 G35. Recently he initiated a monthly inspection (no charge) to ensure that recent work performed has resolved an issue. Thx Luis for keeping me on the road in my super fun car!!

I work around the corner and I noticed my tire was flat. I had to go to my other job at 4pm and needed help. I was overwhelmed, panicking...AAA couldn't help and I honestly felt hopeless. I called Luis Lopez, very polite and responsive. They had my tire in stock so I slowly drove to their shop and rolled my car in. I didn't feel taken advantage of which I think is a big fear of everyone when they're in need of automotive assistance. Kind, courteous, professional service at an unbelievable fair price. Fixed my Kia k5 GT for under $180 in under 30 mins. Made it to work on time! Thanks Guys!

Luis has become my local mechanic. Honest, fast and reliably efficient. Him and his team keep track of what I need next are never pushy and run that spot like clockwork. Also worth mentioning they have an amazing marketing team (particularly the email) and I appreciate the diligence in which they expedite text message updates. Super happy with their service.

Recently had my car towed to the shop for a battery light on. Car won't start anymore. The alternator was replaced and battery was charged. The repair time was pretty fast . My relatives and friends are just thankful that Luis Automotive is a very dependable, reliable, and a trustworthy place. Been going there for about 3 years now and all I have is nothing but positive experiences and always leaving with a smile.

Very convenient. I made an appointment for general routine maintenance and to fix my alignment. They texted me updates and let me know when I could pick up my car. Estimates were clear, itemized, fair, and transparent. My car runs much better because of them!

Owner declined to help me then very rudely demanded to leave his property while I waited for a tow truck. Because of this various major damage to my rim and tire. Quoting his words I m booked solid to Clarke your tire and you can t put air I asked why not he got aggressive towards me to the point that I needed to almost defend myself. This guy is a total unprofessional business owner

My family and I have been going here for many years. Diagnosed my Mini with an unfortunately serious issue and gave me all the information and details (which the dealership didn t). I was able to give it some time to think about it and when I was ready to get it fixed they only had my car for one day (it was a lot of work) and now it s working great! I really appreciate the over the phone explanations and all of the details on the invoice as well.

Went to Lopez for the first time in a while because I had bought a new car. Finally had to bring it somewhere because I had a weird noise that felt minor but knew I had to get checked out.I dropped it off and got an answer pretty quickly and it turned out to be super simple.I paid a very fair price knowing they had to put the car on the lift and pull off wheels and dig around to find it.Definitely will be going here whenever the next thing pops up because I know I'm getting an honest answer. The only reason I bought this new car was because he told me not to fix my old one. Could have easily taken thousands from me but was honest about the practicality.

Unhelpful and rude. All I needed was for them to take off one bolt cause it was suck they wouldn't do it with trying to charge me for a tire change even tho I was going to change it myself

Luis and his staff are very efficient not to mention courteous. Previously they repaired my tire in 15 mins and the price was reasonable.Also I liked how clean the place is.This visit they did a diagnostic. Turned out I needed the sensors.. Luis, Walter and Ramiro are pretty experienced professionals. High quality service and attention to details. Clean and very well equipped shop, they follow all the manufacturers repair procedures. Five stars aren't enough to describe how awesome those guys are. Strongly recommended place to maintain your car running as new.

Luis is absolutely amazing. I had pulled into the fosters freeze parking lot so hungry after getting new tires and finding out I needed an alighnment as soon as possible. I didn t know where to go and thought I would eat lunch while I search for a place. That s when I looked across the street and saw Luis Lopez shop with a big sign that said alignment! I called from fosters found out he could do my alignment right away and with in 40 minutes I had an alignment and lunch. I don t mind hitting potholes now that I know I have a good place to go and can get a malted milkshake while I wait. Haha thanks so much Luis and I really enjoy the metal car part art around your shop it is so fun.
