When in for repair on 27 of March. Photos attached. They gave me two different estimates of filers, etc. The first was for 1000+, then I went to pick up my vehicle, and they said 400 for simple service and repair due to the 200 deductible on service repair on six year extended warranty without air filters etc. Then spoke to another individual and it was 889 dollars with air filters etc. When all repairs were done they did not rotate one tire stating it was hazard but I paid the same price the took off 8 dollars. No one contacted me about the tyre being a hazard and needing replacement. Charged me 881. I assumed they did not replace tyres but after speaking to friends informed yes they do replace tyres. Contacted supervisor Hector informed him I was never contacted for replacement of the tyre, then gave me estimate 250 to 400 dollars over the phone but willing rectify the issue. Also, they added 3 miles to my vehicle. He said they can use the vehicle to check for harazzed 3-5 miles allowed. The tyre had a huge gash they blamed me for, untrue. My son who is training to be mechanic rides with me and checks vehicle daily because we sometimes cats under our vehicle, the gash was never present so I was promised lowest comparison price lowest being 171 and with service 203. Then Hector informs me they do not carry that brand it would 191 dollars lowest price but over the phone informed 250 to 400. Never returning to this shop again. I do trust them check your miles and also did not reset the oil back to 100 per cent, left it at 53 per cent which gave me doubts the oil change was ever done.

Five stars all the way! My experience with Los Angeles CDJR was exceptional, thanks to Lily. I ve been here twice and it s been a great experience with no major service repairs, just standard maintenance.On Saturday s you just have to line up and don t need an appointment if you have a scheduled maintenance. The waiting room is pretty good, massive and it has complimentary coffee. The location is massive and has a lot of cars for sale and the West Coast Customs upstairs.This is definitely the best jeep dealer/service center because it s so close & the free coffee is solid.***update***Latest service December 2023Henry was very helpful and he provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.My biggest gripe was having to leave my vehicle for a minimum 3 business days(with appointment) for a diagnostic, which ended up being just a battery change of the main and auxiliary(covered under warranty).I could understand overnight but that s too many days without a car for me. If it wasn t for the wait it would be a five star review because Henry was awesome.

I advise you to choose between these two cars / Charge or ChallengerI think this year's model is the last gasoline model.And I think it's the greatest model from Dog.Then all electric cars will lose the pleasure of power.And the roar of the roads, it will disappearI hope life gives me a chance to buy one of these.Cars even after decadesThis model will remain an icon and a precious jewel in the future.

Man, when I say Frankie is the best consultant you could ever deal with, it s no joke. This is the 2nd time he s gone above and beyond to help this single father get into his desired ride with ease. I special ordered my dream Jeep Gladiator with Frankie Valdez and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. He was very upfront with his pricing during the order process. I am happy to report that the price I was offered did not change by a cent. Frankie went above and beyond by sending me a video of the vehicle when it first arrived to the dealership and even ordered me food while I waited for my carwash to be finished! Frankie even helped me ordered my lift kit which I just installed and the truck is looking amazing. Thanks Frankie, I'll be calling when they release the 392 Gladiator.

This is the WORST car dealership I've ever dealt with (which, as you may guess, is no small achievement). First they BLATANTLY LIED to me about a part being recalled, and said it would arrive in 2 weeks. One month later, they said Jeep was only releasing one part per week, and there were 19 people ahead of me. So 4+ months. I can't drive over 50mph without the car violently shaking. The attitudes of the staff are so unprofessional as to warrant firing them all. In short, if you're trying to find honesty in a car dealership, avoid this place like the plague.

Worst service of any dealership I ve ever been to. My service advisor, Gabriel, failed to provide me with the proper paperwork from recalls needed to register my car costing me fees and a wasted trip across town to AAA. I spoke to him when dropping off the car and again reminded him over the phone about the need for these documents. Gabriel also said the yearly oil change service was completed but the check engine light appeared the day after I picked up the car. It was there 4 days so there was plenty of time. When I spoke to Gabriel about these issues he didn t take any responsibility and blamed everyone else including me for his mistakes. He was completely unhelpful and definitely does not respect or value his customers. After not returning my call for two days I had to call the main line and have Sandra, a lovely and helpful lady working there, personally track him down to call me back for an update about my car. I left a message for a manager but so far no response.

Come on people. Have touch up paint in stock. One shouldn't have to wait weeks to have touch-up paint for their vehicle ordered by the parts department. Inventory cost reduction at the expense of customer service is not worth the math of disappointing customers. I ended up going to a wholesale body shop paint supplier right after visiting Los Angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They are able to create the paint within 5 minutes and sell it to me for half the price.

It was a great experience getting a car here, my sales person was Kenji Getz and if you are looking to get someone who can provide you with an extremely positive attitude while getting your new car, he is the person you are looking for. It was one of the best experiences I ve had in a a car dealer, no pressure, fair numbers and a very positive vibe from the whole staff. I m definitely coming back and recommending to my family and friends.

I took my car to this dealership to get an oil change and a diagnostic. Unfortunately I was quoted several issues that were not within my budget so I chose to take it to a different repair shop. Once I arrived I learned that a hose had been unplugged and that the spark plugs that the dealer said I needed to replace we re not due to be replaced until my car hits over 100k miles and I was barely at 75k. I learned that the dealer was attempting to charge me for things that weren t wrong with my car. Please choose wisely and your car elsewhere.

Hard to tell if it is incompetence or a shady businessI traded in a vehicle at this dealer because they had a low mileage, hard to find, version of a vehicle that I wanted. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Here are the facts of my experience with this dealer:1. The vehicle I traded in was more expensive, which required the dealer to cut me a check, for approximately $16,000. I was told they would need the title in their name before they could cut me a check. Fine. About 3 weeks after I traded in the vehicle, I started asking for an update on my check. Over a period of about 2 weeks, I had to contact 5 different people within the dealership, working my way up from my salesperson, through three people in finance, before a manager finally started to deal with the issue when I attempted (unsuccessfully) to get through to the General Manager. Everyone I contacted was either completely unresponsive or would just ghost me after they made a promise that was clearly incorrect, such as the check will be on Thursday (which it wasn t) or I ll have the check overnighted to your home (also a lie).2. Apparently certified pre-owned means very little at this dealer. I told them the car I traded in had been sitting for a while and the battery was not holding a charge. None the less, they sold the car without putting in a new battery. When I spoke with the manager, he told me the person who bought the car was complaining about the battery. Shocker!3. The car that I purchased from this dealer also started having problems about 6 weeks after I purchased it. I have already had to bring it in for a check engine light, and now it also has a dead battery.4. When I called the service department to try to schedule an appointment to bring in my new to me car for the check engine light, I was told the car would sit for 3 days before it would be seen. When I asked whether they re understaffed, I was told they are fully staffed. Needless to say, I brought my car to a different dealer, who had a tech working on it the same day.5. When I checked my Certified Pre-Owned warrantee, I discovered that the mileage they put on the contract was approximately 1,000 miles less than the actual mileage when I drove it off the lot. Yes, it matters, because that warrantee is for 3,000 miles or 3 months, so by listing the mileage incorrectly they shortened my warrantee.6. Finally, when I was car shopping, I went to two other CDJR dealers in Orange County. The first appraised the vehicle I was trading in and entered it into the CDJR system. I know this because the second dealer I went to was able to immediately pull up the appraisal and even showed it to me. Now, it is possible that OC and LA county dealers don t exchange information. But, when I got to LA CDJR and they started the negation, with a ridiculous low-ball offer, I told them the car had already been appraised by their colleagues. They pretended they didn t have it and said they had no knowledge of an appraisal.

Today I went in for a recall and received some of the worse customer service and disrespect as a customer from the service department. I was talked to and treated as child. This is my 2nd time having a bad encounter in the service department. I was told that they would need my car for 3 days to check something out and when I asked if I would get a loaner vehicle I was rudely told no and that I should make a way for my vehicle to be avail or to go to enterprise across the street. It s not what you say . ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! Idk who helped me because I heard different names but my paper work says Carlos but I heard the name Frankie as well!! I m just sick and tired of being treated like royalty to get you in these cars and once you re in them the service is horrible!!! This is my 2nd jeep & will be my last! I will give credit to Halton that did come out and atleast address me with some respect.
