                      I've come to this shop throughout the years but i have finally had enough of this guys attitude. His customer service is terrible and it just seems like he is irritated by everything. Its hard to ask questions or get any kind of clarity from this guy. Its like the hurry up and buy auto shop.                       Terrible. Listen. On any given day have you EVER logged in and see me leave a review?No? First time? That make SENSE. Because I never do.But there is a rare time when someone service is SO trash, so literally below today's standards of service. That you HAVE GOT to come on the internet and let people know that you've been robbed.Now why do I say robbed?Because I payed him for a diagnostic.He then told me to come back tommorow..(After he took the money of course.)Showed up the next day. Within 2 minutes he's YELLING at me because I went to AutoZone and he's a "Certified Technician" and I'm eating his time by sharing what research I did to see if what the error was.......You know since THE DAY BEFORE HE SENT ME AWAY because he was "Too busy" to check the check engine light I just paid $80 to be CHECKED.In fact. He not only never called me back. I had to WALK back to his shop and upon seeing me he was like "oh" as if my car wasn't sitting there with the hood up.He says "You think $80 is too much for a diagnostic?"You should be lucky I didn't go to Acura. (I have a 99 btw) He even was rude to my girlfriend. So bonus points for that at the "who's the most trash awards"These and a few other skills that are lacking are all reasons to STAY as FAR away from this place as you possibly can. He's not helpful. He's not very skilled and I pretty much paid $80 for a checking check that was free at AutoZone.TLDR: Lived In ATL CT VA LA. By far the WORST experience with a "certified  mechanic" I have EVER had.                       If owner has ran test for smog check and you are not aware that he has already ran the test, then talks to you about a deal so you can pass it. Take your chance on pass or fail.
