Today 4/11/2024 I finally have my car back (stored in the garage for a few years) and I need some service, the chat option is the worst, my question of " I want service" never got a response, I waited for about 5 minutes, then I called 888 number for service department and no answer for about 16 minutes... Hanged up, and called the 213 number, same, for about 8 minutes, with just this, I will be taking my car to another Kia dealer. If it were a -star, I will select it.I am glad that I have read many of this reviews.... I will call another dealer to take my car.

I've been coming here for years and have held off on writing a review because I think a part of me hopes this place would be better. It hasn't.Below is a list of some of the things I have experienced over the years coming here:* A few years ago, I was given the paperwork for the wrong vehicle and paid for it. I believed I was equally at fault with the advisor, but the manager tells me he'd give me free service next time. I show up a few months later for my oil change and the same manager wants to renege on his word.* A different time I showed up to get my oil changed around 9-10AM. Usually they're done within 2 hours so I planned to meet a friend for lunch at 1. I did not make it to lunch as I did not receive my car until 3PM. I'm also sure I caught a cold from the advisor who was sick and coughing/sneezing at their desk.* I showed up for a 7:20AM appointment and did not get to leave until 8AM. No I was not late, I live 10 minutes away and was actually early.* I took my car in sometime last year to get the A/C looked at because it was blowing hot air. I don't recall being particularly happy with the experience, but my A/C was fixed so I didn't mind. Guess who's car is blowing warm air less than a year later?I think my tipping point was this past week: I was going to go back in this past week due to a recall and figured I would ask to have them look at the A/C again. They don't do diagnostics on weekends, only weekdays. The night before something just clicked: I need an early morning appointment which will probably eat a bigger chunk of time than it should. And I'll have to give more money to fix an issue that shouldn't be happening less than a year later.TL;DR: Go anywhere else, you'd be hard pressed to find somewhere worse.

It s hard to get help here. You make appointments to get a simple oil change and they make you wait for an hour after your appointment. You have to keep reminding them of your appointment for them to attend you. Another instance, I got my car recently stolen so I came for the recall and they couldn t help me with reprogramming my key remote to my car again. They said they would need to charge me $100-$200 just to reprogram my key remote to my car. Poor customer service.

I took 2022 kia forte September 18 to repair ignition and passenger side window damaged by thief. They kept my car until October 31. My insurance paid $4500 . 2 weeks later window doesn t roll up and down. I took it back to them to check it they said thief tried to open car they want insurance to pay. My car never has been touched by thieves after repaired.I took it to different auto repair they said was not properly installed in the first place. I paid $60 they fixed it. Please do not this place you will be disappointed. They are deceiver

This has got to be the absolute worst place to get service. It takes them essentially the whole day to get a simple diagnostic done. Then don t even call you to let you know it s ready. Leading to you sitting for hours until you get fed up and go hassle them for your car back. Very lax unprofessional attitude all around. Seriously made me reconsider my purchase as a whole.

First time waited 8 hrs to just check my latch and had to make an appointment to get it replaced . Appointment at 7:30am. And almost 1pm and nothing. Worse kia service.

Arrived at 8:30am to get a simple service that took 4-5 hours. The person who helped me was Manuel Miramontes he is very unprofessional and dishonest, he never checked back with me about my vehicle status while I remained in the lobby waiting. He also had an attitude as I followed up about my car kindly. I am never coming to this location again!!! This place doesn't value their customers, and they're not here to retain any of the customers.

I agree with most of the reviews- this place, sadly, is poorly managed. It has no customer service. It only took once for me to stop coming. Avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible service!! Our 2019 Kia soul had 2 recalls. When my partner and I arrived (with appointment) we were told that the recalls were software updates that would each take 25 minutes. Waited 3 HOURS! After no one would say anything my partner went up to ask about his car to be told that it's been ready for awhile. He enters the car to find an employees coffee cup inside the car and coffee spilled all over the driver and passenger seats, floor mats and the driver and passenger doors. When asking for a manager he was told that there are no managers on site. Do NOT bring your car to this Kia. You will regret it. It's very clear that the employees are incompetent and unprofessional.WE DIDN'T BRING OUR CAR TO HAVE SOME EMPLOYEE EAT HIS BREAKFAST IN OUR CAR. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

BEWARE! My Optima SXL was damaged a couple months back. I came in for an oil change and when I came to pick it up, it was parked outside on the meters and I didn t think anything of it so I got in my car and I left. Didn t use it until the following day and that s when I noticed my front bumper was cracked on the left side in front of the tire. It looks like it was done by a curb probably backing up or going off the driveway wrong. I immediately went back and asked to see the paper work that lists the damage to the car prior to them working on it as I know I didn t have this when I brought it in. They hadn t listed it so they asked me to wait in the waiting room while the reviewed footage. After 2 hours, I get called in and they show my car pulling in to get serviced when I brought it in and there was clearly no damage. Then, they showed me a far away video of my car being pulled out from the alley to be parked on the street and I could slightly notice the damage but they kept denying it and gave me an email to write to the supervisor. While showing me footage of my car multiple employees made remarks to each other about how ridiculous is was of me to think my car was damaged by them. The one showing me the footage even said your car was a lot cleaner yesterday as if I had driven it a lot in that day. My car was dusty the same way I had brought it in the day prior, the cameras they use are just low resolution and it works to their benefit so they can deny when they re responsible for damages. I emailed Martha Gudino and I detailed everything that happened but I couldn t even get a response from her. This is the worst dealership experience and I ve seen taken my business to Kia of Alhambra where they know how to treat their customers right.

Brought my car in for schedule service and tire rotation. Was told everything was done to car but when I picked it up. Driving home I realize the tires had not been rotated. Are they even servicing your car or just checking boxes and saying they did ?

Always an issue with them. I ve had to take my car in 4 times in 2 months. I went in today and once I was there they went to check to se Eid they even had the parts they needed for a repair. I was then told they didn t have the parts and needed to order them. Why would they set up my appointment without checking to see if they had the parts. Last time they did this and they had my car for a week

I should have read the reviews before coming. These guys are the worst. Gave bad directions, parking gut said I can park out front then another staff actually yelled at me. They messed up with my order. Very frustrating experience. If you can go somewhere else, I would.

Brutal service. The lady at the parts desk is incredibly incompetent and disrespectful, has no business being in this field. I can t emphasis this enough be up prepared to wait a long time for them to tell you they don t have anything in stock.They have nothing in stock. My only advice is don t make a mistake like me and buy a Kia or buy parts elsewhere.

My appointment 2:30 until at 3:00 until 3:00 a lady at her desk talking about her favorite desserts with the cleaning person and us waiting for attention, the waiting room without air conditioning and they still took us out to be cleaned for 20 minutes with no place to be, when entering the waiting room with a very strong smell of chlorine lousy service, they let other customers park at the entrance door and it is difficult to enter with your car it hurts such a prestigious company and that the service is so bad

I took my car to get an oil change and something told me to check my oil and discovered that it was empty only had not even a quarter of oil in it I don t know what the technicians are doing there or are they being lazy or they just trying to mess up cars so they could get an upsell this is ridiculous and I called to speak with a manager and nobody else reach out to me I need answers now and also I had a bad experience before the damage my hood did you end up writing a check that is unacceptable and I still haven t heard from management or corporate

The service here is the worst. After multiple calls getting transferred to the wrong place and no one seemingly knowing who to answer simple questions about service they just told me the service department mysteriously just closedd early. Do yourself a favor abd avoid thos place at all costs

To bad I can't put 0 star, never answer The phone and when they do they put you on hold,after 25 minutes they hang up!!SMFH!!just horrible place,I just go there when I get the special price for $34,99,and they still wanna charge me over $70,(oil change)even though I gave them the flyer for the special and they still get it,wrong they are to busy checking there cell phones what a shame of people,Trash!!(THIS PLACE NEEDS A REAL MANAGER).

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS PLACE.... TOO MY CAR AND NO UPDATE ON IT AT ALL.. NEEDED MY CAR AND WAS LEFT AND TO CALL AT ANY TIME AND CLOSED.. SO I GOT IT TILL THE NEXT DAY... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
