human being . I bring my cars to his car shop for anything (fixing, annual service ) since 7y. I met him when my car was stolen and found . He fixed it . I am Italian and I just moved in LA so he was so kind to give me advice on selling my old car and buying a new one in LA. The price/job quality is incredible !, super affordable . The waiting time to get your car back is very short. His team is exceptional, super prepared , nice and always ready to help quickly if you are in the rush. I feel home when I go to Kens Collision .He is a friend and I highly recommend him and his car shop. You cannot find a better place like this in La to fix your car .Last thing if you need him , he is always available even if he is busy or on vacation. Hard worker!

I came in this last Thursday to have a fog light replaced. It was my first time there and Jose assisted me right when I walked in. A warm welcome and a clean and organized office. I can tell the professionalism was strong here. I would highly recommended. Thank you Jose for the great communication. I will be back here again for any other needs. Great team and great way they run this business.

Kens did an amazing job on my car !! Complete paint job ! Car looks brand new again ! Customer service here is their top priority! Chris was amazing ! Ken's time and again proves itself the absolute best in the Southland. Not only is the work exceptional, reliable, fair, and with attention to detail, the team is above the bar professionally and always kind.They also have a nice outdoor seating area you can wait in.Have had four different needs from Ken's in the last decade and each was a fantastic experience.Highly recommended. I never leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Incredible service! Worked with Cris who was awesome. Super efficient, great communication and competitive pricing. My car was dinted and scraped and now it looks like new with no sign of damage. This place is the best. Thanks guys

Ken s did it again! So happy with Ken and the amazing team he has under him. They repaired the damage on my hood and it looks brilliant! You can t even tell. Took my car to Ken's Collision. Had bought my vehicle and in less than 12 hours was keyed on the driver side door. Ken took it in gave me a great rate, quick turnaround and a professional quality job. My car looks like new. If that's not good enough his team was extremely professional courteous and exceptional in every way. I strongly recommend Kens just based on my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great team. Got a bmw bumper sprayed for cheap and installed myself. Took it back once installed for a buffer and to remove paint drips. Colour match was perfect and fast turn around

I had a fender bender and Ken s collision did an amazing job. They worked with my insurance AAA and even though I didn t have coverage that covered a rental car, they gave me one free! The car looks brand new and they even touched up some minor scratches that weren t covered again free! I couldn t be happier and recommend them 100%. Also they fully detailed my car which really needed it. They went above and beyond. Best customer service I ve ever had. Thank you Chris and Jos�!

This shop is amazing! Best customer service in town. I was involved in a car accident and got recommended by a friend.First, the quality of work is better than a dealership. They repaired the car, kept providing me updates and gave me a ride to my house. WHen I picked up my car I was shocked as it looked good as new!!!They detailed the entire car and made it look so good. He even fixed a few scratches I had and said don't worry about itThese guys are so honest and their craftsmanship is excellent. This place is a hidden gem! After being rear ended I wanted the best service for my car. I came to Ken's collision and they have been my go to since. Staff is very welcoming and kind! While I had the car at the shop I decided now would be the best time to get the car wrapped. I came back when the car was almost done with repairs and after consulting with Ken about wanting a wrap, he stated an actual paint job would be better than a wrap. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, discussed with his painter Efer the color I wanted, Efer took one look at the picture (Thursday) provided a color sample Friday. Had my car painted Monday and I drove away on a Wednesday with my car fixed and a fresh new coat of paint!!!!Because they do such a great job, provide quality services, and invest their time in their clients, they have been my go to !I've also brought my car in to get my rim fixed and they had it ready to go the same day! They're truly the best at what they do !Service: Body & Trim

When I arrived Ken immediately came out with me to check out my car and within minutes my car was checked in and I was given a loaner. Very very smooth on-boarding and everyone was very professional. You could tell the company culture was focused around customer satisfaction.I came back to pick up my car and the dent and wheel alignment on my Nissan Xterra were completely fixed and the dents were 100% removed. Ken personally drove my car with me to check it out and we both approved it. Again as I write this review and reflect upon my experience with Ken's Collision the thing that stood out to me was their obsession on their customer. Thank you!

I took my 92-year-old dad s Toyota there because there was a terrible smell inside the cabin. I figured there was a dead mouse or rat inside the engine compartment. Ken and his crew found the problem within 2 hours. Ken was professional, quick, and didn t gouge me for his services. He was able to take the vehicle apart and found a dead rodent inside the cabin air filter system. Unfortunately this occurs during cold weather when rodents are trying to stay warm. I highly recommend Ken for his professionalism, his services, and his honesty.

My car was badly damaged when I picked up alarge piece of sheet metal on the freeway. I hadmajor damage on my front bumper and myside skirt was completely rip off. But let me tellyou Kens collision center came through theyleft my car just looking awesome. They wentabove and beyond to leave my car looking likenew. I want to thank ken and his staff foralways answering all my calls and keeping meupdated on my car and for the ones who did allthe labor!! I have been bringing my car to Ken's for six years. I refer Kens Collision to everyone and everyone I have referred now refers them as well! BEST MOST TRUSTWORTHY AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN LOS ANGELES! Birtha and Laura at front desk are the nicest people to work with and the final product is always better then when I bought the car brand new. Exceptional work, exceptional service, now when I get in an accident I don't have anxiety because I know I can just call Ken!!!

In the past five years I have taken three cars here and sent an endless number of referrals. The whole team at Ken's Collision is amazing. They truly take care of you and your car. They are one of the kindest businesses I have ever had the opportunity of working with and their repair work is perfect. Picked up my car today and it looked brand new. Thank you guys!

Seriously amazing and fantastic work. So happy I was referred here!Had a bunch of stuff on the freeway smash my front end, filed a claim with my insurance company, and was referred by a co-worker to Kens. Super smooth process, dropped of my car, they set up the rental, they dealt with my insurance company, Geico, which also is during this entire mess of covid 19 so things took an extra week as would be expected. Once the my vehicle was ready, went and picked it up, and it was like brand new outside and inside. Seriously amazing and fantastic work. I will be referring for sure anyone here. Thank you so much to everyone at Kens.

Thank you everyone at Ken s Collision for giving me the best experience with my car repair. I was dreading the process of repairing my vehicle but Ken s Collision was able to keep me at ease. I was set up with a loner vehicle until my vehicle was repaired. Made sure I left %100 satisfied with my repair. Helpful staff, Bertha, Laura and Ken. Thank you for getting me back in my car. Just dropped my car off. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a rental! Ken's the best. I've only spoken to him maybe 4 times over the phone. He ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERYTIME! And super thorough and communicative for me being in the dark about how this works. Thanks Laura and Ken and Kenny!

After searching online for THE Best collision in Los Angeles I found Kens Colliosion. They treat you like family here. From start to finish they are best in town. Initially, Chris was nice and worked out a deal making things easy. However, unfortunately after the repair I've continued to have issues and have returned 3x's. One of those issues came back. I made an appointment which was difficult and had to cancel because the schedule was inconvenient for me. Tried to get back-in during regular business hours but Chris is not replying anymore, ignoring my calls and text messages. Now I'm paying out of pocket for another person to fix my car because I'm done trying to reach him. The car should have been fixed properly the 1st time around and I shouldn't had to go back so many times.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I recently filed a complaint with the CA Bureau of Auto Repairs and just a few days ago, they determined that Ken's Collision committed fraud in the repair of my vehicle. No, this is is not a misuse of the word fraud. The BAR and my insurance company both define what Ken's did as auto repair fraud. Ken's had to pay me nearly $1,000 because they did not replace a part that they were paid to replace. Basically, they tried to get one over on a customer. Not cool.See my Yelp review of this place for more details. Google reviews only allow a limited amount of characters.
