I was on the hunt for an oil change as well as some other services due to a maintenance message that popped up on my dash board. Also my tire pressure light had been on for a while as well.I was feeling a bit discouraged after leaving a dealership and being quoted an extremely high price on top of bad service. I called around and I was actually on my way to another company I spoke with over the phone when I passed by Just Tires.I thought to myself let me just go in and get a quote. They were helping someone outside when I drove up but once they came in I asked about their oil changes. They had a price sheet with everything that was included and other packages to compare. This was really really helpful for me. I'm a visual person I need to see it all written out to know exactly what I am getting.They also had a deal of 20 dollars off! That was more then the other places I was heading too. I mentioned the lights that were on and the worked informed me they would inspect everything.The worker was well mannered, considerate and listened to what my needs were and the concerns I was expressing. Their establishment was very clean, even the bathrooms!!! The bathrooms were very well kept. They put on a movie while I waited (Super Mario Bros, it was actually really really good!) I spent maybe an hour and a half there but the time went by so fast.While waiting the service guy came over and showed me how dirty my filters were and quoted me the prices they were both very reasonable. He mentioned one of the filters I did not need to get it replaced right away but during my next oil change. I didn't feel pressured or that he was trying ro get over on me. He seemed very genuine and really trying to help. I appreciate that so much!He also told me about my brake errors fluid flush and something else but also said I could wait a little longer but not to long. I asked him to give me an estimate of the total cost and I was really happy with everything so I just went ahead and got everything done that was needed.I was in and out within a timely manner, Their establishment was clean and tidy, I watched a movie, and their customer service was great! I am beyond grateful thank you and I will definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

A tire was low on air. Brought it into Just Tires to see if they could fix it. Got a song and dance from the rep and he kept going on about cracks and then told me he couldn't repair it and walked off. Oh, you seem nice! :/sarcasm:I took a to a nearby service station and as it turned out, all it needed was air and they stated the tire was fine otherwise.This is was the first and last time I'll ever consider Just Tires as an option for anything related to tires.

Classic bait and switch. I booked an appointment online for an oil change and when I get there magically they ran out of that type of oil yet have the more expensive oil available at an upcharge. My feeling is if you ran out of the oil out of common courtesy to the customer either don't let him make the appointment for that particular oil or just do the upgrade. Anything short of that is clearly suspicious.

Got a set of Cooper Endeavors w/ installation yesterday for my cousin's Corolla. The employee who helped us was professional and helpful. We also got the additional warranty. Despite being a Costco member, I went with JT since the price was about $50 cheaper. Costco offers a five-year warranty at no additional cost. JT offers a 3-year warranty for $80. Only time will tell if they'll honor it if something happens.

My recent experience with Just Tires was absolutely terrible. The staff proved to be dishonest and untrustworthy. When I brought my flat tire to them, they claimed it couldn't be repaired and insisted that I had no choice but to buy new tires from them.Feeling suspicious of their assessment, I decided to get a second opinion from another tire shop. To my surprise, the other shop was able to promptly patch my tire for a mere $25. It was clear that Just Tires was trying to take advantage of me.Their lack of honesty and their attempt to railroad me into an unnecessary purchase left me furious. I expected better service and integrity from a reputable tire shop like Just Tires. Sadly, they failed to meet even the most basic customer expectations.Although the staff seemed polite, their dishonesty overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this experience. I will never consider going back to Just Tires for any tire-related needs, and I advise others to steer clear of this place.In conclusion, Just Tires' staff proved to be crooked, and their actions were nothing short of deceitful. I strongly recommend finding an honest and trustworthy tire shop that genuinely cares about their customers' needs.

They tried to lie about my brakes, said they where at 5% when they where actually at 50%. These guys are not worth the risk. Only use for emergency single tire patch.

Don t come here for anything, they don t fix tires they don t change them unless you buy from them, terrible customer service service and rude workers

I had a completely flat tire and came here at 5:30 pm and it says they are open till 6 pm. No one was here totally closed. Now I have to pay a tow truck driver plus a tire. I can t stand places that say they are open till a certain time then leave early. 10 min? Ok fine. But it s over a half hour Till they close! I will never come here. Hamati tires in van nuys is cheaper and they are open till 10 or 11 pm! It s worth the shlep especially because they will be open!

Watched the employee lose two customers ahead of me for not only being rude and unhelpful, but quoting them almost twice what they paid within the same year. Then the same thing happened to us. Nothing changed about the service, asked for the same tire, but quoted $200 over the original price we paid less than a year ago. The guy said it was new management and policy but the manager couldn t respond when we approached with the complaint. Save your money, time, and energy and go somewhere else. These dudes just care about money and prey on people who don t know how much tires and repairs actually cost.

I had an appointment yesterday for an inspection for 3pm but I couldn t make it so I called in the morning to ask if I could reschedule around 4pm or the next day. The one who answered the phone was abrupt and just said, Just come in. I was like, Really? At 4pm? And he repeated, yes, just go.So I went there thinking they re very accommodating. But when I got there shortly after 4pm, the man on the desk said they don t do inspections after 4pm. Only 8am-4pm. When I told them I was told to come, he just told me, Who told you that? I was here the whole day and I didn t say that. All very rudely. I was so flustered that I just said that s very weird and he just looked at me like I m crazy. I just left.I ve been going to Just Tires stores for years and it s the first time I encountered such rudeness. Please do better.

Horrible customer service! Called ahead and asked if they can check tire pressure, they said yes. I come and the guy is super rude and tells us to park, so we do. He then goes to sit and keep drinking his coffee with another employee. 15 minutes later my husband gets off to go ask again and that same bearded guy gives attitude and dirty looks. Finally the nice young man Manuel took over and helped us out. Maybe because it was a free service we were treated this way but that s definitely not how you make customers. Hope the owner gets more employees like Manuel.

GIO had me in an out and efficiently greeted me with amazing customer service. It s not often you go into a tire shop and everything is organized and well maintained. The store was immaculate!

We turned up with a nail in the tire. They had a look and said it s fixable but they only replace tires.Very honest and highly recommend them. Will be going back to them for full set of tires.

Came in first thing in the morning with an emergency tire leak. The manager was the one who helped me took it upon himself to change my tire for me so I could get I and out quickly. Was VERY pleased and happy with the service here. They really took care of me and helped me move past this stressful start to me day.

Mauricio helped us at the front he was so helpful and kind. Emmanuelle was the one who serviced the car for us and did a thorough job! Had a great experience at the shop and I am usually skeptical going into car places!

I took my car in for a basic tire repair the other day. After about 30 minutes, they said they didn't have the parts they need, even though my car is a pretty standard make & model, and told me to give them a call in a few days later.A few days later, I give them a call and politely ask if they're ready yet, and they just hang up on me. Try calling back, they hang up again. Really bizarre lack of customer service, and I'm not sure what's going on here. The guys seemed nice enough when I was at the shop, but all they did for me was waste my time.

Had a great experience here. There was a bolt in my tire and it was super low all of the employees here were incredibly kind and patient and did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts like many repair shops do. They were able to refill and patch up my tire for $30 :)

Not real tire pros. Only sales people. They are trying to have me buy a new tire instead of removing a nail. I used tire be a mechanic and I know when people know what they are doing or when they are trying to scam you. This place are scammers.

I can't believe how much I love this place. First, I go in about a year ago, my tire is losing air, they show me my tread, which was worn down to almost nothing, they recommend a new set of tires, recommend what kind, based on my car, and I go in and have them rotated every 6 months and it takes about 15 minutes! The tires turned out to be perfect for my type of car and I drive a lot and the tread is still way over 70% still there.Recently, I started losing air again, so, I went in. They found a nail, repaired it, rotated my tires and I was out of there in about 25 minutes. The best part was they made sure the repair was covered under warranty. I cannot say enough how reliable, intelligent and trust worthy these guys really are. A rare find.

Came in for tire rotation but was told I need to replace my brakes. The guys working there must ve thought I was dumb. They told me it would be almost $500 to replace my front brakes. I went to another tire shop and was told that my brakes aren t as bad as they lead me to believe. I ll be contacting corporate.

Had a great experience here today, went In with a flat tire and they were able to repair and get the tire fixed in less than a few hours. Staff was kind knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better and easier experience.

Great experience! I went there thinking I had a large screw in my tire and would need to purchase a new one. Arthur was able to remove the screw, check all my tires for screws and nails, check the pressure, add the air needed and got me in and out in less than 10 mins. I'll definitely be back. Great customer service.

I brought in my car and they tried upselling me on everything. Told me that my brakes had 15% life left and needed to be replaced for $300. I took the car to another mechanic and he showed me how the brakes were fine and had more than half their life left.I went back for a simple oil change on my other vehicle and after it was done i got 2 completely different responses from them about why my coupon couldn't be honored. I told them that I was upset and they blamed it on corporate.Not an acceptable customer service experience.

applied to just tires 3 times, the first time I had to glue the wheel, it usually takes a very hour in other places or less, the second time I came with the same problem, they again could not help me, they say leave the car for 1-2 days, which ? Seriously ? Now I came to do tire rotation, it takes 20 minutes to rearrange the wheels, they again say leave the car for 1 day and we will do it, complete nonsense, I do not recommend coming there. lazy people work here, they don't want to do anything if it's not profitable for them, if you don't buy tires from them

I took a tire with a screw in the middle of the tread and asked to have it repaired. The young man who came out looked at it said it couldn't be repaired. Tire had about half tread life left and wasn't damaged, but he wanted to sell me a new tire. I knew better, as I'd worked for years at a tire store in my youth. I took my time to American Tire and they fixed it. Dont go to JUST TIRES on Highland!!!

Just Tires on Highland really came through for me when I had an emergency.When visiting my mom at her house, in Hancock Park, I was shocked when my front passenger side tire completely blew out (ie, the sidewall literally just POPPED (loudly) when my tire just brushed up against the curb by mistake when parking...i was going like 2 mph, but apparently that s enough to cause the tire sidewall to just burst right open!).Anyway, I called AAA to come help me put on my spare for me...but when the AAA tow truck arrived, and we opened the tire cover inside the hatchback of my Cadillac XT5 SUV, I was shocked to see that THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE AT ALL! The tow truck driver told me that this is very common nowadays, as car companies are trying to improve mileage by reducing weight any way they can, and he said that most GM vehicles (and those from other manufacturers too) don t get a spare tire when you buy them new off the lot (I guess you can add one as an potion ).Fortunately for me, the tow truck driver knew the area, and mentioned a couple tire stores nearby, as well as a Cadillac dealer. I had heard of Just Tires before, and they had a good reputation, and they we re just under a mile away...so I called them to see if they had the tire I needed in stock (which they did, and they quoted me the price right over the phone without any hesitation or attempts to get me to buy anything more). I asked the AAA driver if he thought the price was OK, and he confirmed it was actually a VERY good price (and about 30% less than what the dealer would charge me).AAA then towed me to the the Just Tires Store on Highland. The guys there were super friendly, and they were able to replace my blown tire in just a few minutes. I opted to get both front tires replaced, since the other side had some wear in it, and I wanted them to match for safety/performance reasons. Just Tires gave me a great price on both tires, including installation, and I couldn t be happier with how quick they did it all.They offer other services here too, including oil changes, alignment, etc., and while they asked me if I wanted any of those services as well, there was no pressure and no attempt to up sell me services that I didn t want (something that I hate, and I appreciate very much that these guys didn t try to put pressure on me...that s good customer service, and makes me want to come back when I do need oil or an alignment tune up!)The short amount if time I had to wait (10-15 minutes at most) I spent in their air conditioned customer lounge....where they nice comfy leather chairs, ice cold bottles of water, and even coffee if you want (all for free). The lounge, and the entire facility, was exceptionally clean and well maintained (something I normally wouldn t associate with a tire shop).Overall, I highly recommend this facility...Although I didn t get any of their other services (oil change, filters, alignments, etc.) I would definitely come here to get those services, and I would recommend them for that too.I give this store a well-earned 5-stars for courtesy, good prices and comfortable environment.
