I definitely do not recommend it. The overweight staff working inside is a complete fraud. They want you to pay for everything at the maximum price, and also Uber Lyft asks for a separate fee for car inspection for a single car. such fraudsters

I do not write reviews unless they are 5 stars therefore I do not write very many.On the road with my family and I got a flat. Carl at the front desk was very attentive. He got my car in, inspected the tire, and as it turned out I needed a new one. The entire experience took less than an hour.Tire prices are tire prices. Nothing we can do about that.The service itself was top notch. The office was clean, even the restrooms. It was unfortunate that I got a flat wile on a mini vacation , but it was a blessing being near this particular tire shop.Thanks so much!

Just tires with a bad attitude at a very expensive rate. I got a flat tire this morning on the way to a very important meeting. I pulled up to the nearest tire shop, the man at the front counter heard about my tire damage $47.50 for a patch. Yikes! I normally go to LA tires, it s not in a nice location, they don t have front counter representatives, they don t have coffee, but a patch costs $10, I add a tip with $10 because they re always staffed with a lot of mechanics which gives you quick cordial service, Just Tires only had one mechanic, they had more front counter reps than mechanics with very little tact or cordial communication, they seemed bothered when I asked about an estimated timeframe, their coffee machine was broken, they only had New tires at very expensive rates, and their greeting and checkout attitudes was awful. I ended up getting a spare tire replacement for $25. The time it took I could have called triple a for a free tire replacement at the same time that it took Just Tires. Mind you LA Tires also has both used and new tire selections. When I attempted to give feedback to the girl at the front she said can t you tell I m sick, I m not gonna argue with you back and forth, and the other guy didn t give you bad customer service, this is just how you feel you don t have to like everywhere you go do just give me a signature here. It s not that I feel, it s that I know good customer service especially for high rates, and yes I feel too, and I felt, ugh I felt, well it was not a good feeling let s say that, so that s why it s a one star. Think of this review as an opportunity for improvement. Hope you feel better girl.

I walked in for a new set of tires back in the summer. The model I wanted was in stock. Got an alignment done at the same time. Service was quick and easy.

Had AAA jump my car before work. I booked an appointment at 6 pm to get my battery changed. Hoped I have enough energy in it to start later. Called AAA again when it didn't start. Went to Just Tires after 2nd jump.Walked in the door. Hello, I'm here for a battery change. I have an appointment for 6 pm." We don't have no battery. "I made an appointment." You made an appointment for a battery check. We don't have no battery. We gotta order it, and we close at 7."Ah, okay. Thanks."So I called AAA to have them come change my battery. 3 AAA service calls and 350 for the battery change. And, the only thing I'm upset about is the response from and service at Just Tires. This place shouldn't even be open for business.

BEWARE!!!!!I got a nail in my tire and took my car to Just Tires on 8425 Beverly Blvd. The front desk was friendly but this place had no intention to repair my flat. They kept my car for 3 hours and then called me to tell me it was not repairable. Their only motivation was to sell me a new tire. My tire had less than 3,000 miles and the nail was in the center of the tire. The cost of a new tire is over $500.00, I don't have a money tree and that is a huge cost. I then took the car to an independently owned tire shop and they repaired flat. I was told by the AAA tow truck driver that Just Tires never repairs flats, they only try to sell new tires. I have attached a picture of the nail in the tire. If you have a flat tire, take it to an independent tire shop.

Not normally the type to write reviews but really had a bad experience here. I own a bmw 2 series and personally work on cars. I was in Beverly area when my tire went flat due to a staple on/near the sidewall. I was barely able to get to this tire place as they were the closest and only one open in the evening on a Sunday. I was told the tire couldn t be fixed which i kind of understood so I continued on with the process of getting one tire replaced. I have Michelin pilot sport 4s tires on my car and needed to get the same kind . online, the tire is 225$ on tire rack. They stated it was specialty tire and would have to get shipped the employee estimated me 623$. Now I made the decision to continue as if I didn t I would ve had to tow my car back home and then tow it once more to another shop all while paying for Ubers and transportation to do so (I don t have a spare). I was clearly the target for what honestly felt like a scam at that point and the employees made no effort to make sense of all these extra expenses. I picked up my car the next day feeling defeated, annoyed and confused but at least I was back on the road right. Because of the expenses I only paid for 1 tire, shortly after I chose to replace my other rear tire because I didn t want the wear to be uneven. I was able to find a different shop that had me out the door paying 324$ for the exact same service and tire almost half the price. I don t know if all Just Tires are like this, but this one is seriously a bad business GO ANYWHERE ELSE (0 stars).

I see a lot of negative reviews here but not this one -- I had a flat tire last night, brought the car into the shop this morning, and Dasiah behind the counter made sure everything was good to go within an hour. Perfect service.

They quoted me $460 for a Bridgestone Alenza 235/55/r19 105t on 11/9/23. Costco quoted me $285 for the same wheel. It s $305 at American Tire Co.They also charge the most for tire patch jobs in the area. It s free at ATC, $20 for non-members at Costco, $50 at Just Tires on Beverly.

Chose this place cause it was close to my work, despite bad reviews. I was running late (because flat tire) so I just dropped the car off and had to go clock in. They call me saying there is a "nail in the sidewall of the tire, it isn't repairable. Do you want to buy a new tire?" I felt sketched out and also wanted to see for myself, so I picked up the car on my break and took it to another place. Does this look like the sidewall to anyone else? Liars, don't go here.

This place is a joke. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I walked in the door, and the lady at the desk just stared at me as if i was stupid for walking in. Finally she acknowledged me as asked what i needed. I said all i need is a patch job and she says its goi g to be 45 fo 1 hour wait. For a simple patch job??? And they she says btw its 45 dollars. Robbery. I drove down the street, and some guy did the job in 15 min for 20 dollars. Go figure.

Brand new tire got a flat. This store fixed the tire while we shopped at the Beverly Connection. No problems. Low price.

Stopped by Just-Tires because of a nail puncture. Just-Tires said no can do, tire is to old, new tire $160. Funny because just this morning I had them rotated at the dealer and they assured me I was good to go. $30 elsewhere and I m rolling again.This is what happens when you incentivized sales instead of paying your employees a decent wage. Never again.

I m not sure why but everyone at this location is extremely mean. If you don t believe me just walk in and ask any person a simple question or try to get them to help you. They will look at you like they want to fight you. The tall goofy Mexican guy is the worst one of all. Don t get me wrong, though they are all equally mean. The short, Hispanic man is the only one that s not mean but he seems to be intimidated by everyone else that works there. Weird vibes

Scam City. I took my car in there to get a tire with a nail in it fixed and was told that the tires they sell are of such poor quality that they MUST be replaced after 5 years for my own safety. So, since my tire was older than that, though still in excellent shape due to low mileage, they refused to help me. This is either a scam to increase tire salespersons commisions, or their products are too inferior to buy. I took it down the street to another store and got it fixed in 20 minutes for $25.

BEWARE !!August 31, 2022. 8:00 amPoor customer service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT. My wife went to have a low tire checked, but they do not have a good disposition to serve the customer, they did not check the tire and simply said that it had to be exchanged for a new one that they themselves sell. We didn't believe their diagnosis and we went to another place where first of all IF they checked the tire initially and detected the nail, in addition they checked it very well and gave us the news that the tire was good and the problem was only of a puncture. For the above I want to publish this experience, these people who attended us at Just Tires on Beverly Boulevard only want to sell tires to those of us who go there, they do not check the problem first to provide a good diagnosis, they do not serve customers well, they make fun of those we do not know, bad disposition. They do it badly!!

Worst tire shop ever got a flat two days ago they didn t want to patch the tire so I had to get a new tire for $350 for one tire, I drive the next day to see my tire pressure from that same tire was low took it to another independent shop and they forgot to install a new value on the tire. I see the tire today and when they balanced the tire the metal balance tiles are sticking out of the rim. Never going to this shop again.

Very negative experience! Scheduled an appointment for tire installation. I showed up on time and they told me to come back be cause they don t have enough technicians. They say they always to first come first serve. And the appointment means nothing. What s is the point of having an appointment system if it never works. Would not recommend this place if you expect a smooth and timely service.

Highly recommended. Robert at the Beverly Blvd location goes way above and beyond. I was annoyed at the unexpected cost of replacing all four tires, and wanted to save as much as I could. He was very accommodating and patient, matched prices from a competitor, spent time explaining the cost to me, and even filled out the rebate form for me for the tires I bought. This guy gives seriously good customer service. And everyone else there was really friendly too. This is my go-to place now.

A very unfriendly team, the man in the glasses did not say hello and arrogantly replied that it was impossible to pull the nail out of the tire, they insisted on buying a new wheel. Man from front desk started talking rudely to move the car, so I was going to do this after I got the baby, because I needed to change his diaper I say give me a minute, and he began to rudely say to do it right now.

I went in today to get the tire pressure checked on my car (fearful it would be another nail). Tammy and Carlos were so helpful. Tammy said, come right in! .Carlos checked all my tires and even my spare and he didn t need to do all that work!He made sure that I didn t leave until the problem was solved. Love this location and the amazing craftsmanship and customer service!This is what great customer service looks like and feels like!Thank you, Tammy and Carlos for all that you do!

Went there for a car inspection. There were no customers other then me,2 mechanics the guy in the front desk on his cell phone told me 2 hours wait .I think being polite in front desk will help this business!

Caught a huge nail, in the evening on 10/11/21. Came in at 8am, they opened on time, which is always a Plus! I was greeted by Brian G. Told him my issue with a tire Rear Passenger. He was on it and fortunately, no cost since I have the warranty plan. . Definitely, worth it. Get the plan when you purchase tires from these guys, you just never know when you will need it. Brian G., will make sure that you're all squared away.

Very happy with my experience at Just Tires. I bought 4 new tires 6 months ago and had a flat tire recently. I was out of town and had to buy a new tire because it was unfixable. I brought the flat tire back to Just Tires to find out what went wrong, see if the other tires were good and I wanted to get a refund. The manager, Robert, was very nice and helpful. He knows a lot about tires but hadn't seen anything like this before. I gave him a puzzle to solve! He gladly gave me a refund for the tire. Customer service plus!! Highly recommended!

Took flat tire in to get repaired and staff was extremely professional and helpful. They took care of the immediate issue and repaired the tire, then installed it and put away my spare tire, along with all the parts. There were a handful of other customers and we were talking and they were all happy with the service. I don't write reviews, but given the quality of work in a semi-emergency matter, and the staff being professional, friendly and quality people - I felt compelled to compliment them and to highly, highly recommend them for any tire issues!

Changing my review and rating to 5 stars. Originally I had a bad experience at the front desk but I understand better now what happened and after a reschedule everything was installed and professionally accomplished. They redeemed themselves well.

I was sent here after talking on the phone with Goodyear about a tire I needed replaced for a car I do not own but was helping out a friend that was out of state. I gave them all of my friends credit card information over the phone and they ordered the tire to this shop. They failed to tell me that this shop has a policy that only the card owner can drop off the car. Luckily I had a photo of his ID and showed them and they let me drop it off anyway. I was so upset because something that should have taken 5 mins ending up being an ordeal because they didn t inform me of this shops policy s so I called and let them know that I would have picked a different shop if that was the case and they should have told me when they sent me there and they agreed to give me a refund of the service charge. I just want to write this review to let others know if you are helping out a friend, to choose a different shop.

Saved me so much time and money. Go to this place early in the morning and they will have you out of there quick. If you go in the afternoon they will be busy, but super grateful for their work.
