this shop doesnt has all parts ready for the vehicle also if you leave your vehicle he charges you everytime for parts not included and charges for items not fixed and he says that take your vehicle and you leave your vehicle there for suppose he does the fixing and next day says he doesnt has all the parts complete because he forgot to order it so he's not organized with with work and lies to much that your vehicle ready in next day he never has parts ready

After looking around at other shops for prices & warranties.. I chose Julios Shop. His prices beat others, i explained to him exactly what i wanted and he made it happen for a great price! Very pleased with his services! I was in & out of his shop in an hour. Thank you Julio

So far we have had only positive experiences with Julio. We bought a stereo for the F150 from Julio and he installed it while we waited and it included a microphone so that we could make phone calls hands free. Since then, he has installed my amp and subwoofer and upgraded all of the necessary wiring all for a very reasonable price. Then we asked him to install a rear view mirror backup camera and a forward camera for our front spoiler. He also made sure that we knew how to use all of the equipment and his work was flawless and professional. My first experience with Julio was many many years ago, when I brought my 1985 Nissan 720 to buy and have a cheap car stereo put in...I ended up with a bluetooth CD, usb car stereo fully installed which I still have today...I won't go to anyone else...and I have to drive all the way from Camarillo! So worth the drive!

I'm giving Julio a well deserved 5 stars!! He is a man of his word and prices can't be beat!! He done exactly what he said he would do installed my radio during lunch in under a half hour! Definitely going back for future services!!Keep up the Great work Julio!!

This review is not for work done on my vehicle but for the unprofessionalism of customer service experience here. About a week ago I went in for an estimate and the guy who helped me gave me a date and time to drop the vehicle off for repairs. Well I even called the day before to confirm our appointment and everything was set to go. I made arrangements for the day to be without a vehicle and I was there very early for my appointment. They were not even open. I called the number many times and waited about 45 minutes and no one showed up or answered. I was very disappointed and upset because I work more than 40 hours a week and go to school so I made it a point to schedule the day around the repairs and had to scramble to find another shop as this repair had to be done ASAP. Very disappointed in their service and their lack of Professionalism. They lost a potential long term customer in me

A terrible service was never able to fix my car, they only charged me and from then on they took it away using pure excuses and never solved the problem...!!!Un servicio p�simo jam�s me pudo arreglar mi carro solo me cobr� y a partir de a� en puras escusas se la llev� y nunca resolvio el problema.....!!!
