Five stars for Jiffy Lube employee Chris. Such a positive experience! Chris has superior customer service skills, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor. Chris also has a professional, knowledgeable and considerate approach regarding additional services to be completed. Overall, a commendable experience. Thank you Chris for a wonderful oil change.

Expensive oil change. It was over $200 for conventional oil. Valvoline is cheaper and it was about $80 for the synthetic oil. Jiffy lube takes forever. To get an oil change, it took about 3 hours. Roughly half that time was just waiting to drive my vehicle into the service area.

Extremely slow, careless, super relaxed workers, they dont care at all about your time! They will NOT say that they have you re vehicle oil filter in stock! They just make you wait until that filter will be delivered in next hour until you wait! Very fishy tactic! Not saying that you have $20 off because youre order synthetic oil replacement. Wasted more than an hour until its done! Its a joke place! The guy was moving as old movie slow motion actor. Any other oil changing location will spend 20+ minutes! These people not worst you re time! Liars. Careless. Not recommended! Overrated! Too expensive! $180 for oil change?? Really??? Go somewhere else! Ewww!! Shame on you lazy dudes!Update: � you re review on the pricing ? I mean what? Its not about pricing dude, its about you re lying and time wasting for you re customers! You re workers are crazy slow and field manager is lying about oil filters availability! Any other place will be better than your franchising spoiled placed! Booo!! Liars!

The staff at this jiffy live are always willing to go above and beyond. They are a neighborhood staple and they provide amazing customer service. I highly recommend this location. Highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I totally appreciate the technician bringing to my attention that I would be needing tires soon and showing me what to look for when checking my tires. That s so very nice of him to take the time to do that!

Google somehow just guided me to update my review five years ago to include comments. I don t mind adding the following: it is a Shady place!! They tried super hard to rob you! I was only here for oil change. They kept my cars for three hours and then came told me all tires and brakes need full replacement. (I have my car just examined a few months ago and examinations later with other shops years after all said it is in great condition).

$0.00 Charge. -My car suddenly turned off about 25' from the location. I pushed it to the front, right before entering the drive way. (I'm 4' 11") lol! I called Jiffy Lube for help & Chris came out! Not only was he curious as to what was wrong he tested my car car and simply wanted to let me know the codes so I can truly fix it. What a wonderful soul, he was so human vs annoyed or ready to just let me go. He was an incredibly professional.Thank you Chris for making me feel part of a caring community.(Thank you to the lady who answered the phone & the other guy using Chris shirt so I thought it was 2 Chris's. But no, there is only 1.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Went for a simple oil change and not only did they charge me an arm and a leg but THEY LEFT THE TRANSMISSION CAP OFF and all the transmission fluid leaked out and I had transmission problems for two weeks. I went to a trustworthy mechanic thinking I d have to spend a ton of money on fixing my transmission. He showed me the cap was off and filled my transmission. When my wife complained to Jiffy Lube they said they wanted to see a note from the mechanic first. You want to see a note from the mechanic that he screwed in the cap? Are you serious?Regardless, never use this place it sucks both service and work wise!

Horrible customer service . I waited 50 minutes before someone told me to wait inside and they ll pull my car up, but I wasn t asked what service I was getting. I still waited another 10 minutes (now outside my car) before a lady asked if I was getting a oil change. During this time two cars came and received service before me and one car behind me was moved to another line, yet no one came to me. The same lady then told another worker that she thought he knew we been waiting. When I told the lady how long we were waiting, she didn t explain why or what the situation was behind us waiting. This is not my first time coming to jiffy live or even this location. Please speak with your employees about customer service.Service: Oil change

These guys are a total fraud! I went in to get an oil change and they told me I needed brakes. Little did they know that I know a thing or two about cars. They told me that I have two to three millimeters left. So I aksed them how many millimeters are new brake pads and they told me 4-6. So I replied letting them know that I still have anywhere from 33% 75% left. Today, my friend who does my brakes took my brakes off and they were literally barely broken in still even though I am almost due for another oil change. Also, everytime I get my oil change done here, there is always a leak during the last 1000 miles before my next oil change is due. This never happens, however, when my friend changes my oil. Lastly, instead of checking my air filter properly, they unscrewed parts on the other side of the clips and did not screw them back on! I had a code pop up and all I had to do was screw the loose screws back in. Baffled at how this can even happen. This is egregious. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube again! Complete liars paired with bad oil changes and shoddy care of your car while it is in their hands. HORRIBLE!Service: Oil change

They ruined my engine on a new car. They didn't screw the cap on & oil drained out while I was out of town - confirmed by mechanic. I came back and drove the car & it stopped working. They won't take responsibility for the damage & I am taking them to small claims court.Do not go here. Pay the extra 30 and go to real car professionals that stand by their work. REPEAT: DO. NOT. GO. TO. JIFFY. LUBE.Terrible people, terrible company. New car ruined, 13K in damages & won't even return a phone call.Service: Oil change

I came here for an oil change since my normal place is no longer and was here for over an hour. Ok that happens sometimes. My biggest issue is that I have been having problem after problem since and now find out there was no oil put back into my car. Great, quick service! The associates explain everything well, but do not pressure you to get extra services for your car. I've had to return to get air in my tires between oil changes. They are always friendly and accommodating.

After my change of oil they forgot to put the tap back on fortunately nothing happen to my car. After a mistake they were very good at fixing it and were very helpful giving me a solution.

I was went in the mid of this afternoon at about 4pm. Anticipated about an hour wait, but they finished my service in about 35mins! I got my oil changed, brakes checked, fluid levels filled, radiator serviced, and brake fluid replenished! I am good to go! Thanks Jiffy lube! A little more than I anticipated paying, but rather be safer than sorry since my precious cargo usually rides in there too! Staff are all nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy this one and the shop on Olympic.

$74.99 for a high mileage oil change before a $15 coupon. $24.99 for tire rotation. I went early on a weekend morning, staff is courteous, professional, and efficient. Got in and out in 40 minutes - I almost did those things myself but it would have been my whole morning.

It used to be a place with fair prices, but not anymore, I paid 159 dlls for oil change, I brought my own oil and filter, they said if I used theirs it would make no difference, that was in Overland and National Blvds Jiffy.If you're planning to go there thinking of saving some money, please don't go.

Usually I don't write reviews, however the service provided at this location, on 09/11/18, 7:38 AM, Invoice 448614, by the employee Ashton B. is deserved to be mentioned! I've been changing my car's oil with them for the past 2 years or so, and I always got satisfied with their service, always an honest prognosis on the car, friendly people. So I got there early in my last visit as you can tell, I didn't say a word, but I had to leave quickly, so the service was super fast, maybe 20, 25 min, and when I picked up my car, I gladly noticed it was vacuumed also, my car was dirty! Mannn I was surprised and super happy, so I had to go back to the office to thank Ashton again. Those people have customer's skills! Thank the manager, thank you guys. keep the good work!

I give 2 stars cuz front lady was nice and friendly. Mechanic was super unfriendly, and looked even mad no reason. The oil change was expensive it cost 55$ oil plus labor 85$ and with the tax total was 150$. I just did it anyway cuz I didn t have time to visit other place, but I won t probably come back again haha.

Go to your Dealership. Skip the steps because you'll end up there anyway. My car was in sever danger after getting my oil changed here. Not worth your time or your money. Stay Away! Read below for details.After leaving from my service my Check Engine light came on. I was havingzero issues with my car before coming in for this oil change. I immediately went back to the store. The gentlemen ran a check on the car and a code came up, but none of the associates seemed to have any idea what the code actually meant. In an attempt to make things better, they turned the light off. When I drove away the check engine light cameright back on. At this time I called the Chevy Dealership to make an appointment.I went in to the the dealership on Monday and they informed me that whoever had last done the oil change failed to fully secure the oil cap causing sever oil spills all over the engine. The code that was found was P0171 and in the diagnostic it turned out that the oil cap off the camshaft cover. They had to clean my entire engine as well as replace the oil that was lost from the lack luster oil change I received.I am so disappointed with this experience. No, that's an understatement- The truth is, I'm at a loss because when I went back to your store today I spoke with the manager and I was told there was no way for it to be resolved, and then they refused to take responsibility for the actions that caused this damage to my car as well as asignificant loss of my time.I've gone to Jiffy Lube for as long as I've been a car owner and I have NEVER ran into this issue. I have come to expect great customer service and great work on my car from Jiffy Lube and this experience is ruining it all for me.As an owner of a store I would hope that you care enough about your business to admit when you are wrong and to make things right. I ended up spending 6 hours of my time (time I had to take off of work unpaid) at the dealership as well as $145 for the services they performed.None of this should have happened and you need to make this right.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE WITH YOUR CAR FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!This location, Ashton B. to be specific, ruined my engine.I got my oil change December 17th before heading out of town for the holidays. I parked my car, left California and returned end of January. When I was driving my car it began to make weird noises then stopped working. I had it towed to a mechanic who let me know 1) there was no oil in my car and 2) my engine is ruined and 3) the oil drain plug was left loose. 44 miles were put on the car from December 17th to when the car stopped working and was towed to a mechanic.Jiffy Lube has been ignoring my calls, texts, not giving me any insurance information and now I need to take them to court.They're not a good business. They are negligent at what they claim to have expertise in. Do not go to Jiffy Lube, pay $10-20 more and sleep better at night.The funny thing was I remember the day I got the oil change, I was texting my mom because it was going on a 50 minute wait with only 1 other car at the place being like "should I be concerned?? Here for oil change. They saw me a female and tried to take advantage of that. A guy said Unfortunately your car only have one option they offered me a plan, which was $150 for oil change. So I left and went to another local shop who only charged me 30+.

The gentlemen here are so friendly and kind! They fixed my tire pressure for free, and even though I came for an oil change, they showed me where to check for the need on my car, and we found out I didn t need one after all. I had my oil changed here. One of the technicians told me that my front differential on my jeep was leaking and they could fix it for $300. Took it to another garage and they said that someone had loosened the plug on the differential, which is almost impossible to happen on its own. Mechanic just tightened the plug and send me away.Service: Oil change
