Chris and his amazing friendly team got us in and out of there within 30 minutes for an oil change. Adrian approached our vehicle when we arrived and directed us on where to go. Service is a big thing for me and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! They also let us know of other maintenance issues we needed to take care of as well.

Do not give them your business. Profits over everything is the motto here and that means you getting ripped off. They will do something as simple as put air in your tire and then ask you for 150 dollars and threaten you if you don t pay. Hate them

First time I went, they told me they lost the tool to change the oil for my Subaru. I called ahead next time and decided to give it another try. Second time I went, they destroyed the drain plug when changing my oil by using the wrong tool to remove and I had to pay to replace it the next time. Would not recommend.

Today' visit - I was the only person who said, "thank you," and the Jiffy Lube representative responded, "Uuuhh hmmm." Receiving pleasant customer service is important. The service was fast.

I have been to this Jiffy Lube location many times for oil changes, and altogether I consistently get quick, high quality service from everybody there. Prices are not over the top. They are not extremely pushy regarding add-on services and definitely seem reasonable for an auto body shop. Sat in lobby for 20 minutes before the guy came out to sell me on most expensive oil change and wouldn't accept my coupon despite slowing him it. Wouldn't honor it at his location. Put my car back together and let me drive out without service. Boo!! What a waste of time.

$78 just for labor here. $17/qt synthetic oil. I needed 1qt since my own oil i brought was only a 5qt container. Inflation has hit everything I guess. They were quick to get the job done. Other Jiffy Lube locations checked my other car fluids and let me know what to look out for in near future not this place. But I was in a rush to get this done so I went ahead with it.

This is preferred Jiffy Lube location. Every single time I go the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I know my car is in good hands and I leave satisfied with my service. Wanted to get an oil maintenance. I arrived there around 3:30pm. No cars, no customers at this time and then some guy said they can t do it bc their technician went for Lunch and will come back in 30-40 min.. You guys don t really know how to do business nowadays. I will never come back

Tried getting an oil change since they're in the neighborhood and I always use Jiffy. They tried quoting me $140 for an oil change (synthetic) when my car needs conventional. I ended up leaving because the most I've paid was $50. Not sure where these high prices are coming from. Do not get scammed!

The employees overall were kind and efficient but Jose went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, walk me through transmission fluids, etc. He mentioned that he had recently transferred to this location and he single-handedly makes me want want to return here. He was so professional and amazing - if he s not already the manager then he deserves to be. Great individual and great experience there.Service: Oil change

Last week i visit this place all the employees are wonderfull and respectuful except the man said's he's the manager KEVIN The manager is unprofessional, he is disrespectful and racist with the employees, especially with the young man who does the oil changes. He treated him rudely. I think that the employee commission would not tolerate the treatment that this manager gives to the employees. I hoppe this man Kevin can take some human resources lessons and he learn be greatful with the empleyees ...

While I was working nearby, they began blaring music and refused to turn it down when asked. They instead played dumb like it wasn't their music. I'll never return again for any reason.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My family is in the car business so I very well-versed in cost of parts, labor, and understand the fear and frustration people feel when looking for car maintenance. This Jiffy Lube location is AMAZING! They are nice, professional and exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure if they could help with my issue so the friendly manager name Danny told me to stop by over the phone. They remembered me when I eventually showed up a few days later. Patrick was also very cool and helpful. Long story short, I was able to get my car fixed and saved over $400 (I was quoted crazy high numbers from other auto service centers). Keep in mind, not all Jiffy Lubes are equal, but this one definitely gets my stamp of approval!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

First time I went here I was told I needed breaks and rotors paid over $600 for them.Oil change $135 , had a nail in my tire over the summer guy wanted to charge me $40 to pull it out. Last and final time I went to this scam place I was told I need break pads and rotors again got a second opinion from another place and he said both my front and back pads are fine and so are the rotors. I m starting to wonder did I need rotors or pads the first time around especially when my car is brand new. Never will go here again. Scammers

AMAZING SERVICE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE!I came here dreading to get an oil change, because the process is always so long and tiring. But today, thanks to Marcos, Daniel, and their crew, they made sure I was very well taken care of. It was seamless how fast it took for them to complete it! Not really the most attentive place.They failed to put back on my drain plug and I noticed as soon as I left that something was wrong. I immediately came back and they made me wait 90 min I might as well have done it myself. But they gave me a $100 gift card.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Luis welcomed me right away with great enthusiasm and a smile on his face. They inspected a complex issue on my 2008 Toyota and gave me a few options on how to proceed, along with their educated opinion on which solution to move forward with. This location does not price gouge you, they stick to the issue and will not try to sell you things you don t need. They could have tried to dig into my pockets but instead they gave me a free inspection. Thank you! I will be back for oil change services in the future.

They tried to rip me off by switching guys I ended up talking to 3 different people who gave me a good price, then a higher price, then a ridiculous high price. Last time I went they charged me fair (55) this time it was going to be more than double (120) the price and for a less quality oil. They try to work on your car quickly before they give you the price, I went today and my hood was open and they were getting started before I even signed anything or agreed to terms. I only hope they didnt remove any oil and didnt tell, because im still shopping around for quality and price. I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

I understand they have appointments first and need to take them first, but common courtesy goes a long way. I stood outside my car for the better part of an hour just waiting to be spoken to. Very unprofessional attitude. One technician offered me a discount for making me wait, then gave me to another tech who decided to try to tack on a $18 charge to fill my coolant... Real classy guys. I don't care that you guys are so close to my work, it should have taken 10-15 mins max to take in my info and take the car. And nobody has a name tag so I can't complain to anybody about anybody. Real sneaky business practices coming out of this franchise. I'm taking my business elsewhere next time. (I should only give 1 star)
