The nicest car mechanics and staff I ve ever worked with! They are honest and kind in what they recommend, and I ve never felt once like they were trying to add on extra or pull one over on me. The girl who works in the front specifically is the sweetest! She and the whole teammake me feel more confident in knowing what s going on with my car. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Raul is amazing! He actually listened to me and respecting my time. The rest of the team are super friendly as well. The inside is clean and it's very welcoming. I will continue to get all my car service and repairs done here at this location.

Giovanni provided top-notch service fixing my turn signal. He was not only quick and efficient but also incredibly friendly. From his warm welcome to the speedy repair, the experience was excellent. Called in to see if they changed tail lights and from the phone call to the service Smuthe was extremely helpful! Greeted with a smile when I came in, which I really appreciated considering I went in super close to opening time. She was informative but also efficient in helping me. The gentleman who was with her was very kind as well. Thanks for the service!

I showed up when it was pretty busy, but even though it was busy, the employees here were all very friendly, knowledgeable, fast+efficient, and helpful. I just got my oil changed, and they went above and beyond (vacuumed, washed the windshield, filled tires, checked lights, checked brakes, etcetera). I'm definitely going to recommend this place to others; Thank you for the wonderful service!!!

Clean shop professional staff great waiting room with free coffee. I do like that they were very thorough on the inspection and brought up a couple things I did not know about. Would highly suggest if you can get to this location so far this is the best that I found in Los Angeles!

Got there 4:30pm left at 7:30pm and all I needed was an oil change.Completely ridiculous. Last time I was here it was done in 45 minutes.They were trying to sell lots of service and other stuff to the drvers and if you have all day it's fine.

I called ahead of time and was told there was a 45 minute wait, so I expected to be there awhile. But I didn t expect to be there two hours.I went there to get an oil change and get air in my tires and use a coupon. They only ended up doing 1/3. The coupon couldn t be used due to a special I was getting and even though I reminded them several times and they claimed to have put air in, they didn t.I visited Jiffy Lube to consolidate trips and save money; I failed to do either as I spent more than I would have elsewhere and saved absolutely no time doing it.12/17 edit: I emailed the address that Jiffy Lube responded with five days ago and have gotten no response. More food for thought for when you consider whether to give this place your business.

Thank you Dimson! when i was traveling up northwards to family within Monterey I came across the shop on short notice with the verge of new years eve upon us. traveling through the roads of LA, my car came to a flat with no help of the check engine light illuminating as well. Following this, Dimson contrasted my situation with illumination of issues regarding my ride. in the end, oil was changed and a new tire was set in place! through the speed and efficiency of Dimson i arrived to my family in one piece! Thanks again Dimson, Igy!

Was told it would be a 15 minute wait I was forced to wait over an hour and then they said they could not work on my car. Do not come to Jiffy Lube go to a real mechanic.
