Amazing customer service, and exceptional work. On separate occasions I've have my car serviced, and a flat tire replaced. Both experiences were not only honest dealings, but extremely gratifying also. With everything so commercial these days it's becoming harder and harder to find family owned businesses. As example of outstanding service: on one occasion they closed at 6, but the owner stayed after hours so I was able to pick up my car that evening. I work on the west side so I was very grateful I wouldn't have to Uber to work the following morning. Keep it local !

WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB!I just left my house to head to work and the car alerts me that I have a flat tire. I quickly went to the nearest gas station. The attendant at the station pointed me in the right direction and said to try "Jass Automotive" (right across the way). I was greeted by a nice man named "Al" and he immediately assessed that there was a nail in my tire. He said it would only take about 15 minutes to repair. After only 5 minutes, he repaired my flat tire and filled the other tires with air. I was very much impressed with his professionalism and speedy service. I made it to work just in time.
