Outstanding service and proficient staff. AMHED just sold us pur new jaguar fpace. He was patient and truly took his time with us. We got such a great deal we actually drove it off the lot with just 2.9% interest rate! I normally loathe going to high end dealerships because of the stuffy staff (i.e. like the staff at the santa monica location lol), but every single person at Jaguar LA was friendly and welcoming. Hornburg Jaguar Los Angeles is amazing! Buying my new XE Portfolio LE was an incredible experience. First the unbeatable deal was, well, untouchable by any other dealer in town. Jesse was a very helpful, informative, almost laid back, salesperson. I'm not a fan of pushy, often times sneaky sales people. Jesse was great. He even missed his dinner date to make the deal happen. There was a slight delay in the financing due to a fraud alert I had placed years back but Hamid the sales manager found a way clear it up. If you're looking for a Jaguar Hornburg LA is the place to go!

If you want LIP SERVICE, come here. All talk and no action. I purchased a 2020 RR from here and found a dent n the door. I was promised it would be repaired and 2 months later still trying to get it fixed. AVOID this place at all costs.

Great service department. I've had some poor experiences at other dealerships, so it seems fitting to write a review for a good one. Whenever I need to get my Defender serviced, I always receive a complimentary loaner, and the staff is very friendly.

Derek made the whole buying process of my new Range Rover Sport the easiest I have ever had... We live in the Central Valley so most of the process was done by phone and he communicated with me throughout and responded quickly! I had the best experience!!

By far the worst service I have ever received. I bought my car 2 years ago and have had so many problems. Not just with the car but the service at the dealership is the worst. I m not sure if it s because I m a black man but they never want to provide me with good customer service. Or any service for that matter. I let it slide for months until I couldn t take how rude an employee was being and I reported to a manager. The guy was so unprofessional that the manager apologized for him, had him apologize, and also gave me a gas card. Even with all this being done every visit after this same guy never speaks and is always giving me a side eye. Today has been just the last straw for me. I am having services done to my car, over 5000.00 dollars and they don t want to give me a loner. They can t even give me a date of when my car will be ready. Like I have never heard of anything like this. I have gotten better service from the Chevy dealership and this is suppose to be a luxury brand . I have been told the car is a lemon and have to go through the process for that. I would never recommend this dealership and I pray something is done about it.Services: Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Although I wasn t able to reach anyone by phone to verify the Parts Dept. hours before showing up, once I arrived I was promptly greeted and escorted to the appropriate area. The staff members were courteous and professional. They addressed my needs quickly and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their service. Parking around the area isn t the best but that s typical of LA. Getting out of their driveway was a little tricky but thankfully it wasn t busy so I could maneuver my way out.

This is more of a review of the brand and not the customer service. Jaguar has not been able to fix my tech issues (backup camera and GPS mostly but the service required notification turns on in error as well) after 4 attempts. I've shown their service department videos as proof as well. I should have kept my Mercedes.

4 stars because my service advisor handled a difficult situation well. My car went in for service and it took them over a week to get my car done with just a few simple issues. The communication wasn t great and no one covered down for my service advisor when he was out for one of the days. I had to chase down info when it should have flowed to me better.

Visit their Sunset Branch in LA, CA - the receptionist is not welcoming might be due to their peak business regimen / hours on a weekend where we need to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to be able to talk to one of their Sales Rep. Then upon talking to one - Richard, he needs to attend to his earlier client so we need to wait another 30 minutes to finally start our process of selection. and now with Kevin. The Branch was too small, the visitors chairs - Land Rover Area are so old and I am not really comfortable sitting on it. Although we transferred to a better area - Jaguar Side after a while which the visitors chair are acceptable but the chair can t stay longer in the same position because it s sliding here and there- it is not safe because you will lose your balance in some point so Kevin decided to transfer us to their Visitors Area for a better seats. I hoped that there s valid reason for those chairs and I hoped that they would read this review since if they have Management or Sales knowledge they will be open minded in accepting this positive criticism as we have been to other Car Dealerships (low up to the luxury). The waiting time and visitors seats needs to be improved. If not for Kevin, who is very courteous and respectful - we might go to other Car Dealership that day. The positive thing that happened, I was able to buy a car for my wife before the Mother s Day! Especial thanks to Kevin. And thanks to Hameed and Luke for helping too.. There are more things to improved on the buying experience but the comfortable chair and waiting time should be their priority. There s an old saying - If you want to achieved client s satisfaction - then appreciate your clients because if not, someone else will . Thanks..

Made the deal over the phone as I was over 100 miles away. All went as planned. Had an after sale issue on the vehicle and the GM stepped in and contacted a dealer much closer to me to resolve the issue. It was handled promptly and professionally. All in all it was a good experience and of course I love my Jag!

Surprised by all the negative reviews! I found everyone at the service center to be extremely helpful, professional, and fast. My technician Carlos, service advisor Richard, and the Enterprise rental person were all very courteous and the process was much easier than the last time I brought my car in (to a different Hornburg center). My only complaint is how far out you have to make an appointment--Had to wait 2 weeks before I could bring in my car for a check engine light.

CROOKS. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I took my car in for service for multiple issues. I have a 2020 Range Rover and it is still under warranty. I received a text message from my service advisor stating that I have to pay around $250 for them to reset fault codes and the system. This is covered under warranty yet they are trying to scam me into paying for the service. I spoke with the service manager Courtney Chasse who was rude, argumentative and didn't value customer relations whatsoever. She claimed they had to charge me because she has to pay her tech for 1 hour of work. This is ridiculous when my car is under warranty and I simply need fault codes reset, no parts or labor really required. This place lacks integrity and lies to overcharge customers in unnecessary service jobs. I filed a complaint with Land Rover North America for the unethical practice. This is my 3rd Range Rover and it will be my last due to the terrible service.

This Jaguar dealership is not a welcome addition to our community. They alienate the community by improperly closing or not closing sidewalks and acting like the driveway which crosses the sidewalk, in a neighborhood that is highly walked, biked, and otherwise used by pedestrians, is their own private drive.Today on my morning walk, I was using the sidewalk on 4th street in front of their service entrance and one of their contractors nearly hit my service dog because he would not yield the right of way to a pedestrian on a sidewalk and wasn't paying attention. Of course, their contractor - someone Jaguar has HIRED - then rolled down his window to yell at me and chastise me for, GASP, using an unblocked off sidewalk. Apparently they had blocked the sidewalk up further where they were working on the corner, but not down to the other corner so pedestrians can actually get notice before they are on top of it and have to cross. There are disabled people in this neighborhood who use this sidewalk. Jaguar doesn't seem to care.I spoke to the manager, who apologized, and then I saw the contract take some cones and block the sidewalk, again, AFTER the driveway, which still does not resolve the problem of their contractor not yielding to a pedestrian on a sidewalk.Please take your business elsewhere. The sooner this bad neighbor is out of our community, the better. I walk by this dealership every single day. Sometimes they have the sidewalk blocked, sometimes they don't. I don't believe for a second that they are following permitting rules for blocking the sidewalk, because they don't actually have signs that state the sidewalk is closed. They are just blocking it at their own prerogative, and putting community members who live and walk/ride on these streets/sidewalks at risk.Oh, and to the contractor who said I was on the phone and not paying attention: check my call logs, I was not on the phone. I had ear buds in, yes, but I was not on the phone, and I was paying attention, otherwise you would have run over my dog, because I had to pull him out of the path of your vehicle. I suppose Jaguar should be synonymous with reckless driving.If you are a Jaguar owner or wanting to use their service, please go elsewhere in support of our community being safe.ETA: I checked the LA City websites and find no current permits on file for this location. I've filed a complaint for an illegal sidewalk closure. I understand you want to renovate the property, but you need to do so in a way that is safe for community members. You are blocking the sidewalk at an intersection with no signage at the opposing corners in any direction to let people know the sidewalk is closed and they need to cross. In fact, there is no signage ANYWHERE that the sidewalk is closed. The only thing you have is cones that you arbitrarily have placed. Furthermore, allowing your contractor to argue with a community member that has been put in danger by your business and his behavior? You should have told him to move along. As I walk by at least once a day, I will be taking pictures daily of the illegal closure and submitting them to the city until the issue is resolved.

Excellent customer service! Kevin, Dino, and Jason made it an easy and fun experience. Kevin went above and beyond to have three different F-Types ready for me to test drive. They even provided a trainer to explain all the features of the car before I drove away. Outstanding!

It cannot be understated how fabulous the shopping buying, leasing experience at Hornburg Jaguar Los Angeles was for us.Martin, Hamid, Daniel and team provided what a luxury showroom and customer service should be.It was so pleasant and workable within our competitive set of vehicles we looked at that we now have 2 beautiful Jaguars in our driveway, an I-Pace and F-Pace. We LOVE them.Run to them and look no further, it s a great time to own a Jaguar.

Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. I'm a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.

I'd like to think of myself as a savvy car buyer and in 2018, bought my first Jaguar (F-Type) from this wonderful dealer. The entire experience was just a class act that made buying a Jaguar feel even more special!The car has just been brilliantly impressive!! So much so, that my wife loved driving it and wanted a Jag SUV to replace her BMW X5 35D. We went down to the dealership the other week to meet up with Hamid Ali (Sales Manager) and Kevin (Sales), who are both just truly excellent people. They took the time to listen to her needs (F-Pace or Range Rover Velar) and made sure that she got the SUV that she really wanted. She decided on the F-Pace R-Sport at an unbeatable price. I can't say enough about our 2 experiences and we'll be keeping our eye out for for the Land Rover Defender! Thank you Jaguar Los Angeles for making car buying fun again :)

I have been going to Hornburg for service on my Jaguar since 2010. I have been fortunate to have had Mike Colavitti as my Service Advisor. Mike helps prioritize my service needs, explains them to me and treats me not just as a customer but a person. I also greatly appreciate the technicians who do the work on my car. My car always runs better after a Hornburg service. I would like to thank the technicians who work on my my car but I forget to get a name. A technician comment option would be nice. The only think I could ask for is more Jaguar merchandise to choose from in the gift area or maybe a catalog. I'm not an over the top brand person but I see things like Jaguar eye glass frames, wallets and so on online and wonder it there authentic.Thank you for your time!

I have had my Range Rover for the past 6 years. I have continually had to bring it into the Wilcox location - as it is really the only option - there are no other service centers near me.I don't think in the 6 years I have been there that I have ever had a good experience.The service team started off ok - but have progressively gotten worse and worse over the years.It is actually time for me to get a new car. I would love another Range Rover - but absolutely will not get one to avoid dealing with the team at this service center.Poor communication. Poor work quality. Poor experience all around.What happened to the days where a premium brand treated their customers with a premium experience. Now we just pay for the premium experience - and get sub par quality all around.

I am highly disappointed at the service that is provided here at this location. Land Rover is a prestige brand so i expect somewhat a great service but it is NOT. I constantly have to call to get updates on my car and there is never a true answer when it will be done or whats the status update. The loaner rental I've acquired had a check tire pressure light when I picked it up. Obviously, they have their own cars to fix. Save this location as a last resort.

Jay made the leasing process so easy and I didn't feel the regular car salesman pressure. I got a great deal on my E-Pace, I never thought I'd drive a Jag but Hornburg made it happen. I'd highly recommend Hornburg, especially Jay!

People were great. Kind of a weird location. There are not too many cars actually on site, the cars are parked all over the city so we did not get to see all of the cars they had available side by side. But overall we were very happy with the service and our purchase. We bought a 2017 Jaguar XF.

This past November 1, was the first time I have ever visited the Hornburg Jaguar Dealership in Los Angeles, on Sunset, and the first time looking at a Jaguar in a very long time. I had noticed an incredibly good value on the lease of a Jaguar F-type S on the Dealer s Internet Website, and decided to check it out. I was greeted by a sales associate as I entered the Showroom; he was courteous and friendly and confident and knowledgable about the product he sells (Jaguar/Range Rover). Upon telling the associate why I was there, he immediately pulled up on his computer the Dealer s inventory on the special lease vehicle I was there to see, and located exactly what I was interested in. The vehicle was not then at the Dealership, so while I left for luncheon, he had the car brought to the Dealership. There was no pressure (which I absolutely abhor when shopping for cars), no attempt to upsale or have me look at a different vehicle or lease deal. The vehicle and lease price remained the same as advertised; no bait and switch here. Consummating the lease transaction was easy and was completed in a relatively short time. I was able to take the car home that afternoon. I love the car, maybe more than I thought I would. My only complaint is the test drive . When you are making that kind of investment in an automobile, you need to be able to drive it longer than a few blocks. I would definitely return to the Dealership in the future, and work with the same associate, assuming he was still there, of course.

The transaction was fast and efficient. Ronald Servidio was helpful and knowledgeable. He and Dino Jaltrossian went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information needed to made a decision and to make sure I was happy. Everything was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. Excellent dealership!
