Would give 10 stars if I could. This is a family-owned business with craftsmanship and professionalism at different levels. I had two Rolls Royces dropped off for repairs and not only did it come out perfectly but it looked like it rolled out of the factory from day 1. Highly recommend Innovative Auto Craft. Thank you Nelson and Emil and of course papa Abramyan!

Don t look anywhere else!Fantastic family run business. They went above and beyond to make me feel reassured, do a thorough job and within a quick turnaround. I have a brand new Audi. That I was nervous about taking somewhere I didn t know to get fixed, but I couldn t be happier that I chose innovative auto craft to fix my car. They made sure new parts were ordered directly from Europe and they handled everything with my insurance company so I didn t have to worry. Being from another country, it ads a layer of uncertainty to situations like this, but now I know I have found my repair shop for life.

They did a great repair job on our car, you wouldn't know that pillar had leapt out of nowhere and hit me. They were good at communicating and always very friendly, also went out of their way to get the car back to me when I needed it,

Brought in my Privia to get a modified front lip kit installed, and the work done was beyond excellent. I've taken this beauty to multiple shows across LA. She has been my ride for the past 10 years, handed down from my grandmother who passed away. Modifications to the suspension, body, and rims have been arranged to perfection. For those curious, I have a photo of her.

Wow, what a pleasure! Not only did they do a PERFECT job with my car, but it also came in at nearly half the price that I was going to pay elsewhere. On top of everything else, the guys that run the place couldn't be nicer, and treated me like absolute royalty.Thank you so much to Emil, and the rest of the Innovative Auto Craft staff.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Genuinely some of the best in the business. Everyone I've worked with there has been so easy and nice to deal with. They are very personal and will keep you updated every step of the way if you'd like as well. Flawless chrome delete and tinting on windows and tail lights. I once had a flat tire, and one of the guys working there let me drop off my car late at night on a weekend and the next day took care of my car no problems or questions asked. Outstanding auto shop! I ve been coming here for 15 years. It s a family operation and they treat you like a member of the family. They re quick, well priced, and trustworthy. Overall an amazing experience at Innovative Auto Craft! I worked with Nelson from start to finish. He was pleasant to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and I couldn t be more thrilled with how my Porsche turned out! It looks and drives like new! My experience encompassed everything I looked for - knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend IAC to anyone looking to get quality work on their car! Ours was an old Prius, and we did not have collision insurance. The guys at Innovative understood immediately, and were realistic about what they could do while still re-using our old rear bumper. We have scratches and a dent, but they worked in our budget and were able to get the broken bumper reattached solidly and us up and out the door in record time -- a few hours. I'm used them before, and love the fact they are respectful and listen to what we need for the situation. I highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Getting my car repaired at this shop was the best decision I could have made. I was in an accident and had to get much work done. They kept in contact with me through the whole process- always updated me on the progress. Truly the best experience. Each person I spoke to was beyond helpful... Amazing family business. Very professional and flawless work for luxury vehicles. They'll never let your car sit there. I've had two body repairs done on a lease and they finish exactly on time or early while not sacrificing quality. My car looked brand new both times I picked it up. They go the extra mile to contact you instead of chasing them down like most body shops and I trust their estimates because of the ethical treatment I've received. They clean the car no matter how big the job and treat you like you're part of the family. They have so many connections to high end dealerships in Beverly Hills, LA etc. so they do just about anything and know just about everyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There are a lot of body shops in the Beverly Hills are, but I always put my trust in Innovative Auto Craft. Convenient location, great service and unbeatable prices. I honestly can t imagine going anywhere else. They ve worked on about three of my cars already for anything from repairs to customization. I like how everything was done even quicker than I expected which is never a problem for me. Their work isn t rushed, they ve just mastered the process and know how to get things done efficiently - I definitely give them props for that.

Emil and Nelson are great people to work with. I'm quite picky about who I let work on my car, but I've grown to really trust them. They stick to the timeline, are great communicators, and most importantly, always do a clean job. Prior to Innovative I took my car to a few different places in the greater LA area to get work done, but this is my exclusive spot now.

Innovative Auto Craft is the most legit mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. They stay away from cheap parts, recognize issues you didn't know you had, and will be honest with you to keep your car alive and in top form. I can't thank them enough after the money I spent on my other mechanics, and if you don't trust the mechanic you've been dealing with anymore, call these guys instead. Five Stars. Give them a heads up though! They are really busy, and for good reason. I hope they can help you, and you drive away feeling as good as I do now.

For the first time in a long time, my car started giving me problems and because things like that don t usually happen to me, I had no idea where I could go to get my car checked out. I remembered that one of my friends had recommended Innovative Auto Craft because they are her go to mechanics so I thought I would give them a try. I went in and I was greeted very nicely and I was assured that they could get the problem fixed in no time. Within two days my car was fixed and I couldn t be happier with the service they provided me! Innovative Auto will definitely be my go to place if I ever need anything done or fixed on my car. Thank you Innovative team!

Brought my lease into Innovative shortly before I had to return the car and needed a lot of help fast - and these guys were awesome. They were honest, fair, and did a great job in a timely fashion. I dealt mostly with Amil who is the man - super helpful and professional and great to work with and his brother Nelson was fantastic too. Couldn t be happier with these guys.

This is the body shop with the most exceptional customer service, workmanship, skills and talent. I have been to many other body shops with mechanics who want to say that everything is wrong with your vehicle.... but these guys are honest, trustworthy and truly care about their work and customers. They do everything in their body shop and always their lot is always packed with high end cars.... that speaks for itself! Price is also very reasonable for the type of work they do. Here's my experience:I got into an auto collision a few months back that caused a LOT of body damage to my car-- close to totaling it. The friendly experts that did the collision work here made my car brand new! So happy with the outcome! Not only that, I had auto customization here that turned my diamond white Lexus IS 250 into a true car lover beauty

My in-laws have been coming here for 20 years and I've brought my cars and referred these guys to friends many times over the past 12 years I've lived in LA. Edward is THE BEST. Honest guys and great work. No cut corners. Everyone I've ever referred has been happy too! Most recently, they fixed up my car that had been stolen. When the car was found it was a wreck. The insurance company underestimated what needed to be done and these guys made sure everything was fixed up perfectly. Got it back today and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

So earlier in the morning I had called another body shop on Beverly BLVD and got an estimated price and was told they could get the part and have it installed today. Upon arriving they told me it would be $100 and possibly several days. Well I needed my window to close. So I saw Innovative listed and only a few blocks away. I called them on the phone and they said "yes we can do it today and use a factory part." I brought the car in and was treated well. They were friendly and helpful. They said they would have the part by noon (it was already 11am) and have car ready by 3 or so. Sure enough they did!! And they called and when I picked it up the part worked great! Very pleased with the service. These guys know what they're doing and how to treat people fairly!! I highly recommend them!!!

Innovative Auto is reliable, trustworthy, and prices are fair. It s very difficult to find a body shop that helps clients choose what s best for them. With the help of Nelson and Emil, I was able to get my car wrapped for a great price. The work done was top-notch and I m looking forward to future customizations with Innovative Auto Craft.

Innovative Auto Craft is amazing. They're very professional and knowledgeable about any and all auto related issues. I highly recommend their services to all friends and anyone who's looking for a shop to fit their body work and repair needs. A few of my friends were raving about this place (and they re huge car guys) so I decided to check it out to see how they could improve my ride. Innovative Auto Craft has a ton of options for customization and I was getting excited! I decided to start small and upgrade my wheels and tires. The gold finish really pops and I see people turn their heads to check it out anytime I m driving. I m looking forward to going back for more improvements but I just had to tell you all so you can check them out as well!

Edward and the gang are just a great bunch of guys. Edward is up front, no nonsense, tells it like it is. You can count on his opinion and his expertise. My car got banged up from a hit and run and had extensive damage. The car was done ahead of time and on budget and was just perfect! Is it possible that it is better than when I originally bought it? What a great experience I had with Edward and Innovative Auto Craft. What a relief to find a car body shop you can trust! Those are hard to come by, that's for sure. Edward is stuck with having to fix all of my cars in the future!

RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, HELPFUL & KIND. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been getting my current car and previous car serviced there for over 15 years. My mother, husband, and friends have all taken their cars as well over the years and the service is superior to all others.
