Gone twice to repair a nail on my tire and been told "machine not working" or "Too busy come back later" what a disappointment. Careful with the owner too he's a salesman better prices and service elsewhere.

I went to program my TPMS sensors because another tire shop I had them installed on were to lazy to do it. They are fast and great price, $25 to program all 4 sensors

I love this place!! I got new rims for me and my husbands car and wow I'm so happy with the outcome. Also Michael is the best at what he does, customer service 10/10. Also they are so sweet I went in with my daughter and they made her feel just like home. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know.

THESE GUYS ARE DEAD BEATS, THEY BOUNCE CHECKS TO SUPPLIERS AND DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS FOR TIRES. IF THEY DON'T PAY SUPPLIERS, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER WITH A PROBLEM.

This place hooked it up big time!! I took my car in with some old beat up rims. I was able to pick out new rims to my liking. The new set up was exactly how I wanted. This place is does it all! Great staff, honest mechanics, and one awesome owner!!

Horrible service. Took my car for an alignment they told me to buy 2 parts that were old and required replacement. Bought the parts, installed them no problem. 1 day later I was driving stuck in traffic when my my whole wheel pops out and I was stuck in traffic for 4 hours. I had damage to my car panels and they were not responsible for it. The new part I took for them to install wasn't even installed. They simply put in my old part and returned my car to me. Horrible service 1/10 I would not reccomend this place to nobody.

Had a flat tire and this place helped me out right before closing time! And before Labor Day weekend! Thank you so much In and Out highly recommend good prices but even better customer service

Great services! First business ive seen in years take care of their customers coffee/donuts, informational, helpful, most important to me they treated and acknowledge my daughter like i would! Sales Rep Michael i hope i spelled it right lol VERY helpful gives you the cons in regards to sizes and so forth. I will come here again and do recomend! My cars looking STEALTHY now

In and out tires are the best !!! .. I drove all the way from West LA it was definitely worth the drive, I got the BEST!!! Service and price for my car on New tires and Alignment, I received excellent!! customer service from Manuel and Steve nobodys got better prices on everything you need nice comfortable air cond waiting room I highly recommend In and out tire full service shop, brakes too awesome..ask for Manuel or Steve for the best service!!! Youri in sales is excellant too..save tons of money visit or call the store today..Robert West LA

I love this shop and have been getting my tires changed and rotated here for years!!!! The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful plus when they say In and Out its Fact when I came in a few times even busy and got out in 1 hour for new tires and rotations even less. Sometimes I have to wait but it's worth it with the good prices and quality to me.

Terrible attitude with there management team I'm not sure if they do good work Because I didnt make it that far ith them I waited 3 days to get a estimate took my truck to them and they gave me nothing but unprofessional attitude and chased me away with there negative and hostile vibes I should not feel bully to get something I don't want

This is the best place to come for tires!! They have great customer service all the staff is very polite. The shop looks immaculate. I was very satisfied with my services. The mechanic tells you exactly what's wrong with your car and what I liked was that he also showed me what was wrong with my car before doing anything to it. Prices are also low I recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanical services or tires. I won't be going anywhere else anymore. PS the coffee is delicious here.

Always wanted to come check In and Out Tire , Michael worked with me , not only through the paperwork which he was very thorough and a good customer service rep but also showed me the type of rim and tires I was really looking forward to buying. Honestly it was worth the wait, They re we re many rims that caught my attention , the styles they have here are really good, the tires are great as well. I also got my brakes replace for a great price. Got everything done in a reasonable time , came out with some clean 24 inch rims which made my Chevy Tahoe look one hundred aka the way I wanted it. Highly satisfied and Really recommend In and out Tire

I have taken two cars here and they don t feel like resetting the check engine light their excuse is they need to go in to check the problem.I came in for only a simple oil change . These people seems to help you out with one thing but then try to get more money out from you by exaggerating what s really going on

First I will admit they stand for what they say In N Out fast! The two reasons why they didn t receive 5 stars was because of 1 persons attitude & no receipt for the labor that was given. I didn t get the name of the person but he was the only one that had a long beard. He did not show customer service at all. Whenever we asked him a question he answered in a defensive & rude manner. Every place that I ve gone I have received a receipt for the labor/maintenance I have gotten. All in all everyone else there were friendly and professional.

Decided to try this place out and never been so impressed in my life!I needed tires for my daughters car and was a bit worried at first because New tires get pricey. Not at In N Out Tires!I got the best deal ever! Steve took very good care of me, sold me New tires and gave me a free alignment. The Staff was amazing, they got me on my own within 15 minutes.I Highly recommend this place! (:

AMAZING Prices!!I needed 4 new tires and In and Out was on the way into my office in downtown. I stopped by for a quote and the prices were absolutely unbelievable!! I got all 4 tires changed in 20 minutes and was on my way to the office with a fresh new look. If you are looking for quality tires for a good price then this is the place to go.

Outstanding service and affordable prices. Ask for manny the manager he is a great guy and will give you BEST price. I have been there 3 times and every time I had outstanding service and price. Very professional place and there lobby is very clean and organized.

This is by far the most efficient and dependable tires and mechanical business in the city of Los Angeles. The lead mechanic, Miguel, is definitely the most honorable mechanic I have ever trusted any car in the hands of. The owner is so customer service concerned, if the least thing goes wrong with your service provided, he is compensating you beyond fairly!!!GREGORY YOUNG

Best local tire service, if you aren't looking to spend all day only to get new tires. These guys provided a much needed alignment service and new tires in no time, very nice & clean waiting area. Can't beat hygiene now in days, (Covid-19) keep up the good work and great customer service!

I have been going there now for about 5yrs, and I absolutely love the people there. Miguel and Judy are wonderful to work with. I recommend them to as many people as I can. It's located on the corner of 60th and Central.

Every time that i ve gone to In N Out tires it s always been a good experience. From the guys working on the cars to the people inside and even the owner are always helpful. Prices are very affordable, i ve been going for a couple years now and will continue.
