Went there for a scheduled maintenance and waited about three hours. When I got my car back, they didn't do anything to it, they just returned it as is. I know this because the tire pressure on one of my tires was really low and when I got it back it was still low. That made me realize they didn't even look at it. When I told them, they took another half hour for them to put air in my tires, then realized later there was a nail in it and they didn't even patch it. Only saving grace might be the shuttle service. Also, take note they don't have a car wash either. Not coming back. Would rather drive to another one farther away, which would have better service and take less time.

Great experience at the dealership. Bought a 2013 Tucson plugin hybrid. Javier our salesman was courteous and patient throughout the process. His manager Luigi was also courteous and as well patient. Great experience and would recommend for anyone in the market for a Hyundai.

If I could I would give 0 stars, because it's the worst place I've ever taken my car to get fixed, plus it took them two weeks or more to get it fixed, they did the job wrong and had to do it all over again. They probably left the windows open, because the inside of the car was wet when I finally got my car back.The worst thing is that they take the car to another place to have the service done and they don't provide a courtesy car, even though they know that the service will be expensive and that it would take a week to fix it.
