I used Yelp and Google Reviews to help fix my Porsche 911.(This is me giving back!) Jonathan was the man! He helped me fix my front right bumper on my Posrche 911. A week later I brought it back to him to fix a scratch on my roof. He was SUPER professional and accurate with pricing and timeframe. This is a very trustworthy establishment! Thank you Jonathan!

Brent Quon provided exemplary customer support, advocating for new (vs reconditioned) parts and ensuring top-notch repairs. The team's attention to detail made the accident seem like a distant memory. Highly recommend!

Carlos was fantastic to work with. He was great at communicating and was always very responsive.He was attentive to the details, explained everything, and was a pleasure to work with.They did a very good job on the repair their cost estimates and repair time estimate were both excellent.I d happily go back again.

I just picked up my car from Howard brown and son s and let me tell you I honestly am lost for words. It was not just on time but excellent execution of the repair and at a fantastic price. ALSO, they gave it an incredibly thorough detail before I picked it up. This was all done within a week. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I have been to shops before that consider themselves professionals but save your time and go here. There is nobody doing better high-end automotive repair out there.

I appreciate the entire team for having great communication and friendly customer service. They really have a good thing going. Brad kept me in the loop, and for being such a busy place, the service is still top notch. I fell back in love with my car after the body work was all done. Thank you! I've been bringing my BMWs to Howard Brown for over 20 years now (5 series, 7 series, X5 and most recently my M3).The service has always been exceptional and my latest experience was no different. Brent, my service advisor, was upfront and communicative with me throughout the whole process. The bill even came out $2,000 less than they originally quoted since they were able to blend the paint without having to remove extra pieces of the car. They even fixed two other pieces of my car that they did not charge me for!Car looks amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other body shop. I ve gone to Howard and Sons twice and have had exceptional experiences both times. Carlos is professional, honest, efficient, easy-going, and communicative. He didn t nickel and dime me like dealerships/other auto body shops and didn t try to upsell me. No gimmicks.This time around they not only fixed my car up, but corrected the prior body shops mistakes at no extra charge. They get the work done quickly and worked around my schedule.

My car looks brand new , these guys are amazing , but cudos to Brent Quon who handled my insurance and all the bits in betweenthank you so much . I highly recommend them for auto repairs . 10 stars

Really great service with Brent. Had a minor issue with a damaged BMW side view mirror - and he provided great advice and a quick turnaround on a piece I needed painted. In short - they are pros - and will take care of you.

Brent gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate on some body damage on my BMW M2 that s in a very unique color. I know my car is in great hands with these professionals. I m so glad I have such a good shop just a couple miles down the road.

My car looks brand new. The damage don't to my car by a random homeless man was so extensive that I thought it would total my car. Howard and Browns brought my car back to life. It's truly show room quality. Don't take your car anyway else. Thank you so much

Incredibly honest, competent, and well priced - I dinged the flare on my Audi Q7; the dealer certified body shop gave me an estimate of 5k and 4 week time frame. My guy at Howard Brown fixed it for $500 in an afternoon and saved me from a nightmare.

This place was recommended by our trusted mechanic. Carlos went above and beyond, helping me deal with 2 insurance companies. He also gave me a very good discount, a very welcome help to my pocketbook. They did a wonderful job with my car, looked like new when i picked it up and they even cleaned inside and out. I would give them more stars if I could. It was hands down the best stress free experience I ve ever had at an automotive repair shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and that I was happy at the end of the service. I give them A s across the board for communication, time it took to complete repair, the repair itself and delivery. They were extremely kind and even clean up a scratch on the car that wasn t part of the repair. I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome body shop that gives you the old-timey feel when people cared about their customers and appreciated their business. Their entire crew from customer facing individuals to painters, body workers are legitimately happy to be at Howard Brown and happy to provide A+ services.

The rear of my car had a dent from a shopping cart and a scratch on the bumper. Another place quoted me 2-3 weeks, which would be very hard on me. Brent was very understanding of the situation. I dropped off my BMW Monday early morning and got it back Wednesday afternoon. It was amazing! Brent was very thorough and kept me informed of my car's situation. The car looked brand new again. I never write reviews for businesses (good or bad), but had to take a minute to applaud Brad and the team at Howard Brown & Sons. After I accidentally sideswiped a pole in our parking garage I was more worried about the hassle of getting it fixed than I was about the car itself. Brad and his team quickly alleviated those fears. They were prompt, communicative, took the reins with my insurance company, worked hard to get the repair done before my family came to town, and ultimately did a great job with the repair.I truly can not recommend them enough.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Working with Brent at Howard Brown & Sons was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend him and the team to anyone!At times it felt like Brent was working faster than the Insurance company to have our car repaired and back in our hands for use.Brent always kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle and incoming parts required. The team did an amazing job sourcing the parts from an authorized dealer that had them in stock versus waiting for long shipping delays which further expedited the repairs on my vehicle.The quality of the work completed is truly perfect. The vehicle looks as it did when it was new from the factory and the paint is excellent even after close inspection from various angles.This is the second time we had to use a body shop (we found Brent and Howard Brown the first time around from their amazing Yelp reviews and they did an excellent job back then too) and am glad we decided to drive 40 miles to Brent and the name we trusted versus other more local shops.A BIG THANK YOU to Brent and everyone else at Howard Brown & Sons behind the scenes for their attention to detail and excellent work!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

After calling many body shops to get my car fixed, I called the guys at Howard Brown and they got me in right away. They were true to their word. They fixed my car in a timely matter. They called me frequently with updates. AND they helped me get more out of my insurance claim. These guys provide top notch service. When my car was ready for pickup, it was washed thoroughly and the repairs were sound. My car has never looked better! I brought my Jeep in with nasty damage to the rear door and quarter panel, and Howard Brown & Sons gave me a very reasonable estimate. After agreeing to move forward, they ordered the replacement trim and got me on the schedule as soon as it arrived. The car looks brand new, thanks to Brad and everyone there. Great shop. The guys are friendly, know their stuff, and genuinely try to help in the best interest of you. I came in after a cement parking block ripped my front bumper out of alignment. Other auto-body shops took a quick look and said they would need to take the whole bumper off, replace a part, and MAYBE it could save from replacing the entire bumper. Howard Brown & Sons took a look and said "Oh you just need a screw" - the screw wasn't in an easy spot to place but they made it work and now my bumper looks as good as new. Thank you guys so much.

Brought my bmw coupe in for dents in the back. They did a great job, very reliable service, charged exactly what was on the estimate, finished a few days early, and the job looks great! Very happy with my service and will go back if I need them!

from the moment I arrived Brent at howard browns assured me he would do his utmost to achieve the quality workmanship that they are known for. He arranged for a rental car and took charge of negotiating with the insurance company so that I would get quality manufacturer parts. Brent called me at each step to inform me of the progress. When I picked up my car I was amazed to see that he had not only returned the damaged areas to original condition but returned my car to brand new sparkling condition!! So grateful for the extra care attention and expertise of this company and especially to Brent for going over and above. The expert workmanship is why bmw refers their customers here but the exceptional customer service from Brent was icing on the cake

Julio provided excellent, friendly customer service. Provided a bid quickly, completed the work in half the time as quoted by other body shops. And he went above and beyond what he promised to do. I'm new to the area so was very cautious of where I took my BMW. The best decision was Howard Brown and Sons , the dent my neighbor put in the passenger side door was like a bad dream by the time the car was ready.it looked like it came off the showroom floor. Carlos had amazing customer service and was straight forward. I will take all my cars to this location in the future!

Brad did an unbelievable job here. He gave me a quick and hassle free estimate for a scratch and some further advice. No pressure and left coming back up to me. Additionally he helped me get some rusty screws out of my trunk so I could put new plates on my car.He regularly checked on me and was able to get guys to help out with things he didn't have. The guy is a wealth of knowledge and knows color and part numbers off the top of his head.I didn't need any major work done but I am looking to come here when I do need something done in the future.

Brent took the BEST care of us! Im pretty new to the area and have been weary of mechanics in the past but was immediately put at ease. Brent did a great job in a timely manner, saved me $$ and even gave me a little paint to take home if my car gets any little scratches! Would highly recommend this service to anybody
