Great costumer service. The best attention I have received at a dealer ever. Chris Segura was the best salesman. Diligent, explicit, and caring about a mature person shopping a car by herself. I loved the way he took care of the deal. In regards of Dan, the financial gay, he is knowledgeable and fast with all the details of the financial paperwork.In general, great experience. Highly recommended this car dealer.

Honda of Downtown was a great experience as far as customer service, even though they were extremely busy, attitude was kind, generous, people service! Service was painless! Left my car there and picked it up after I got out of work. Very convenient for me! I will be back!

Happy to say that I am the owner of a new Crv Sport L the experience was great hassle free the best experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. Special thanks to Chris Segura that got me in to the exact vehicle I wanted exact color and at the exact price that I needed!! And all in under 4 hrs from arrival to drive off the lot in my new car. 10stars

I came for an oil change and waited 3 hours. Carlos Rosales was responsible for calling me and lied to my face saying he did call me but my voicemail was full. I have an empty voicemail and I had service ,so he was clearly lying and laughing about the fact he made me wait in the waiting area for 3 hours. Inconsiderate and rude he was. I asked what time my car was finished and he said, 30 minutes ago. But on the paper it said 1 hour ago!! What a waste of time.

Quality service from Alex. I had brought my car in for annoying rattle. But techs say they couldn t reproduce the noise after a 17 mile drive. Yet 10 minutes with Alex she was able to confirm that I wasn t crazy. Super helpful and recommend her to everyone.

One of the worst dealership ever this dealer doesnt even deserve 1 start i had so much problems and had to make so many calls i hope and wish i never have to go there ever. Chris diaz in finance screwed me up, ralph in finance doesnt answer the phone sales manager doesnt pick up or return phone call and raul in service doesnt know what he is talking about, reply to recent message the only people answers the phone is sales they want to make mo ey and the managers doesnt even bother at all i bought a 2017pilot and had no Choice i end up buying a 2024 new car. The car i never wanted to buy i have my price range what i wanted to spend it on

Went to sell my car and everything was great and the people were helpful until they lost my paperwork and almost a month later, still no check for the car I sold. The only explanation I got: once it s submitted we don t track it, but we don t know where your paperwork is

I was advertised a certain term before my 1st payment and then it turned out that they didn t honor it. Super shady and after speaking to a representative all I was told was that it was a misunderstanding . Sergio and Anthony in finance assured the terms to me and now my first payment is late. Thanks guys

The young lady who used to work there Hieke (sp); you should bring her back. She was great. Also, the young lady who helped check in the cars was great as well. The rest; well, I will not be back - I would rather go deal with Goudy instead.

Service is the only thing that I was not, happy with, and abjact manner in which a warning light that led me to return the car, for farther service of and oil change and filter, this should have been done when the car was brought in the first time, for a bad battery, in which I didn't like the policy on this out of pocket expense 389$ after my 802.50 car payment, my income is not substantial but obviously I make enough to cover expenses, and not surprised like I was, however atmosphere is pleasant and professional.
