I have seen Harry s staff put back together what you would think could never be completely repaired. Not only do these fellas put it back like it was, you couldn t tell where one original part begins and the new parts are joined together. Welders, body men, and paint shop magicians. That s what I call them. Amazing team under one awesome roof! 60,000 sq/ft!I hear James Bond gets his car fixed here! And I m not talking the actor but the actual Aston Martin packing bad mammo jammo! 007 your vehicle is ready! Q probably knows the owner. . Seriously!U2 s Dr Dave had something to do with the system Harry has for computers and telephone. No wonder the place is hopping!? State of the Art baseline!

Paid out of pocket to get the car repaired. Replaced the side panel and they can't even get them aligned. They also replaced the broken side repeater camera with a defective and cracked one. 100% do NOT recommend.

I took my Subaru to Harry's after a car hit it parked.The bumper was sticking out on the driver side. Harry's had my SUV for five days.I sent my brother to pick it up because I was in the hospital.The bumper was not a lined properly.I called back to Harry's and voiced my complaint.I didn't feel comfortable taking it back.Harrys should've replaced my fender and bumper so the bumper could have fitted properly. I have good full coverage car Insurance so I don't understand why Harrys did such a slo0y job. Perhaps because it wasn't a Ferrari or a Jaguar I just got pushed through and didn't get that that excellent service that they say they give!!After paying a $500 deductible I still need to get my bumper fixed Be aware and get a second opion after Harry's touch your whdisapointeels. I'm not satisfied

One of the best auto repair service providers in LA County. Complimentary coffee and water while you wait. Polite, friendly staff. Expert mechanics. And complimentary tire/hubcap cleaning, too.

If you want to save money and time don t go to this place ,my car was 260 miles on gas and when I pick it up was 166 means they drive car outise the business also they take a month to fix it

Horrible service. They will keep your vehicle for months and not contact you. I ve reached out several times and am only told you will receive a call or email but it never arrives. They will avoid you as I ve called only to get hung up on. Called again and they answered the call to end it.

Got my vehicle fixed thru insurance. At first, I thought the place looked nice, and the location was convenient to my work. Took a while to get minor repairs done-not sure if it was due to their schedule or parts to come in. I noticed some issues on my rear bumper and trunk area that needed their attention since it was still under warranty, thru them or insurance. No call back, no response to email, talked to them directly, and they never got back to me. Repairs were ok

This was my second time at this place and I will never return.Harry quoted me $612.45 for parts and labor a couple hours after I dropped off my truck . His breakdown was $378.64 for the air fuel sensor (Desno 234-9002) and $195 for labor.I found the part at Autozone for $99-$200 and called my old mechanic to ask what his price would be for labor and he quoted me $75 so I ended up going back to Harry's to pick up my car and deny further service and he charged me $120 for troubleshooting" and all of a sudden it's CASH ONLY and his cc machine is broken.I was upset and told him I didn't appreciate being overcharged and taken advantage of and his reaction was to treat me rudely and condescendingly tell me he's "done with me" and he's "sorry I feel that way."Harry should be ashamed of himself for price gauging returning customers and I will never give them my business again. Even without doing business here I will end up spending $395 for a job that could have cost me $275. Disappointing and frustrating.I'd also like to add that I signed paperwork before dropping off my truck and should have taken a picture of the signed paperwork before I left because when I returned, the "amount due" what whited-out and the hand-written amount due was $120. I'm pretty sure he changed the price when he figured out I wasn't giving him my business, so I suggest you take a picture of anything you sign with him so he can't pull these SLEAZY moves again.

Harry s Auto Collision is the only auto body shop I trust in Los Angeles to take care of my SUV. The entire team at Harry s Auto Collision will not only make sure that your vehicle looks exactly the way it was before your accident, they will take good care of you as a customer. I worked with David Gasparyan, and he is amazing! His customer service skills are the best. He made me feel like family and speaking with him made me feel like we were long time friends. I always felt that David had my best interest. He communicated everything with me, made me feel extremely comfortable, and went above and beyond to help me through my difficult time even with the parts for my vehicle being on back order. This is my second time bringing a vehicle to Harry s Auto Collision in 6 years, and both experiences have made my accidents less stressful and less difficult. One of the worst body shops I have had to deal with in my 17 years of driving. I was asked to bring my car a month after my accident because they were backed up. I was told it would be a month to get completedWe are going On 2 months.On three separate occasions I was told that the only mechanic working on my car called off sick so my car wouldn t be worked on. Not one single time did they call me for any follow up. I had to call and that alone was a hassle. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Give me my car back and forget to add this . Thanks guys

Harry has been great. He did bodywork on my car and also buffed it, detailed it, and steamed the engine. I ve gotten multiple compliments from strangers about how good my car looks and asking me what year it is (it s 10 yrs old).Shortly after that was done, my car was having some issues starting. I brought it to Harry and he checked the battery which was almost dead and changed it for me on the spot without an appointment. I was so grateful he was able to do it right away even though they were really busy because I knew my car wasn t going to start for much longer.

Took my car in for an initial look and asked them when I could drop it off. They assured me I could bring it in later that day, that they would call me. After no call, I called the next day and they said that I need to bring it in next week and didn't anyone tell me that? Uh, no but whatever.Bring it in the next week and was told the repairs would be way more than they initially said. Why didn't you tell me that when you first looked at it? Was also told some random stuff about insurance that wasn't correct, but they were acting like they were confident and definitely knew. Oh, and they lost the paper with all my info on it that I filled out the first day, so they asked me to fill it out again.Left after that. Had a wonderful, easy experience at a different place.

HACC makes bad situations easy to deal with. Just pull up to Harry's and leave your vehicle and stress there. Then get back to your day. They'll handle everything. Thank you Harry!

My claim was handled with no problems, very easy. Norik worked with my insurance, kept me posted throughout, the repair work looked fantastic, and was completed one day earlier than projected. I'd owned this car for two weeks before someone crunched my bumper, which totally sucked. But my experience at Harry's was a positive outcome.

The whole staff is wonderful. The valet walked me to where I needed to be. The receptionist is lovely. David and George took the time to listen to my concern and took care of everything. My car looks just how I thought it would couldn't be happier. Harry is a family man and a wonderful person. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. They team does an awesome job repairing and painting. I am so happy with my car. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. They refused to let me schedule an appointment for just an estimate unless I agreed to pay $1,200. For an estimate for bumpers! Very slightly bent bumpers! They even tried to tell me it s because checking for additional damage under the very very slightly bent bumpers would take 25 hours! 25!They gave me the impression they were brushing me off and didn t want to work with me the whole time. I did not feel welcome. They were dismissive.

Unfortunately, a very bad place to repair your car, I do not recommend it on two occasions when they called me to tell me that my car was ready, I had to leave them because they had done a very bad job, it seems that they are Disneyland workers, pure Mickey Mouse, it is unfortunate If you don't have a Mercedes Benz or BMW or a Ferrari, they treat you very badly, lousy place, the work was disgusting

Best auto body shop I've dealt with, worked on my and my wife's car, they stand behind the work and have a great warranty, decent paint and body work, lines are almost factory and the paint is good , but what makes this place awesome is the service , from the friendly and totally on it ladies at the front desk, to Luis who handled our claim and really just got the ball rolling, or the tech who fixed a door lock that wasn't working on a new door in 2 minutes and then washed my car just because , I think his name was Ray . Also my car was done ahead of schedule, over 11k worth of repairs, finished 2 weeks earlier. And they even set us up with a rental car and have an enterprise upstairs.

Above and beyond! Such great service and so polite and considerate. The team put in a new headlight bulb, and took us immediately without a reservation and even buffed the headlight itself, which had gotten oxidized from previous use. Would definitely come again. Thank you for making this such a nice experience!

This is one of the busiest and probably the most professional looking Body Shop in the area. I was very impressed when I first came. Their estimate prices were not cheap compared to other shops in the area. However, being such a big company gave the piece of mind. I have raised a concern about them being able to repaint a bumper without replacing it. The guy Robert, said Harry's can replicate any type of paint even if it means grainy surface finish. Again, I trusted Robert because us their nice facility.The problem started after they received the car. The estimator (Robert) called me and wanted double the price as the original estimate. All of my concerns about having to replace the bumper during estimation process came true. He said that he needs to replace the bumper or the finish will be different than the original. I questioned his professionalism with his statement, and said "that is why it is called an estimate or a quote, not a contract". I told him that an estimate off by +/- 5% is acceptable, but not double the price.Having already wasted 1/2 a day bringing my car there, I had no choice but to go with his black mail.I think the worse a business can do is to charge double than what they estimated for after they are awarded a contract.Please beware of Harry's !!!

After someone hit my Maserati SUV and ran, I contacted the Maserati dealership in Santa Monica (They are awesome, BTW) and they referred me to Harry's Auto Collision on South Lebrea. They are the only fully licensed Maserati body shop in the area. I met with David Bagdzhyan (there are two different Davids) who was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure every question was answered and gave me a realistic timeline which also included how the timeline was estimated which was very helpful. The facility is clean and all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like a hometown doctor's office where everyone knew you but only for cars.They even have a dedicated office upstairs to facilitate an easy breezy loaner car from Enterprise. My driver's side doors were smashed inward and the driver's door was fused shut so they had to replace them entirely using hand crafted parts in Italy. David kept me fully informed at every step and it felt very similar to having a personal concierge at a high end hotel. He always responded the same day to every call. When the work was complete, they detailed the car and everything was perfect. They had to repaint the vehicle so that everything matched meticulously. David and the owner went well above and beyond and repaired a factory issue with the windshield which was so super amazing. Very happy! Also, they worked with my insurance company directly and efficiently so I didn't have to deal with any of it. It is not easy to restore any vehicle to factory quality and given that fact, the quality is impeccable. If ten stars were possible I would have awarded all ten! Appraiser David was rude, condescending and commented on every answer with a sarcastic " hmm, really...interesting " after 72 hours, several of my phone calls, which either was not returned, passed on or excused by another staff, he did not even have the smallest of accountability nor courage to say they were not going to take any new repairs or drop offs. THE DEPLORABLE level of customer service by this individual should not reflect on the auto shop, but...hmmm, I question who hired and supervises him..???

The check-in was fantastic. From there the customer service when down hill. All follow-up for status was initiated by me. I was told by email that my car would be ready for pickup at 3:00 PM on Friday (10/20th). I arrived at 2:55 PM, an hour later I was still waiting for my car. Two customers came in, picked up their cars and I'm still waiting. Finally I'm told by the receptionist my car was being washed. Washed is good, but that should have been done before I arrived. Lastly all of my change was missing from the slot. I give Harry's Auto Collision 3-stars, because the body work is very good. Customer service need lots of work.

The good:- AAA discount- Courteous receptionistsThe bad:- Took 8 weeks to fix the car, and even then it wasn't because it came out perfect- Outright LIED about the repairs done. I had to go through all the invoices and find out for myself that the suspension (which clearly needed repairs due to the alignment specs not within factory specs) was not repaired. The only reason I didn't give one star was because the repairs to correct this was done free of charge and within one week- Passenger side doors (front and rear) locks and windows no longer working. I will not even drive past this shop, much less take it in for any kind of follow up repairs. Who knows how many weeks this time?- "ECU Reset" done at a reputable VW dealership, which have confided in me that even if there was a special account setup with Harry's, there would be a record of my car having been serviced at that shop. Charged me $95 for the ECU reset, which done properly, would have not resulted in my windows and locks not working- Battery cover mangled, scruffs all over front side sills, dirt on the carpet, and fuel tank nearly empty (was half full when car was turned in)Do not listen to your insurance and take it here. Their service and craftmanship is far below average, and several incidents have led me to believe that not only this business is incompetent, but borderline fraudulent.

My experience with Harry's auto has been nothing but terrible. For a meagre bumper issue - they kept the car for 6 weeks (cars get made in less days than a bumper fix). They raked in the money from the insurance. And assured us that the rental company (enterprise) should not charge you. Because the insurance company only pays for a month - rental company still billed us because Harry failed to pay the rental company. I has been almost a month, their manager Fred has been all but deceiving. I will be calling Honda financial services, Geico, BBB about my experiences. I waited long enough to give them time to fix the mess they have created.... All I can do is curse myself in picking these guys up, what a mistake on my end. Should have just gone to Honda dealer and that's it.

10.29.15 - This is the fourth week in a row I was told my vehicle would be done on Friday that it is not done. This simply illustrates to me a poorly managed body shop that is unable to maintain the expectations of their clients and the demand of vehicles coming in. Good for them for being busy but bad for them for not knowing how to operate efficiently. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car once my insurance (30 days of coverage) ran out on a rental car; however, it's 10 plus years old, 123k miles on it and wouldn't pay 1500 for this loaner yet they have a 30k car of mine that I'm paying 10k worth of repairs on and they can't simply manage their own expectations. To add insult to injury I was blamed for taking 6 days to approve the estimate as one of the reasons they aren't done yet. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your vehicle to be ready Harrys may be an ok place to take it but if not I'd stead clear.UPDATE - 11.14.15 still no car and same excuses given why the car isn't done, it's been a full 60 days of unprofessionalism, poor communication and clear poor management.. STAY CLEAR.
