I have had work done at Harper's on several occasions! I am very pleased with the work done. I have had breaks & rotors done, tune up. Bryan (owner) does great work and is very honest and reasonable! The dealer wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for work that Bryan pointed out was not even necessary to do. He found a part under my hood that the dealership left just sitting there. I would highly recommend Harper's Automotive. A family member recommended them and our family and friends get our cars serviced with Bryan!

My experience has always been good. The work has always been completed professionally and in a timely manner. Brian is always polite and more than accommodating, financially, and in providing rides when necessary.

Bryan is a wonderful mechanic and I especially loves that he will walk you through a problem and show you the parts replaced. I appreciate it as someone who wrenches myself, but I don't always have the time or tools to do it myself. I send all my cars there and I tell everyone in my family that that this is the best shop in LA.

Needed front and back brakes and took my car in, he gave me a quote that was 1/2 of what Valvoline was trying to scam me for.Brian called me the next afternoon to let me know that car was ready and my final cost was less than the original quote. This is my third time getting my car serviced with him and I always feel that I can trust him and his work. Some shops prey on female customers, but here is one shop that gives consistent service to every customer.

After reading the favorable online reviews, I brought in my 2005 Scion for a much needed once over and tune up. Brian met me for my 9am appointment and was courteous and responsive to my questions. He called me an hour later advising a basic tune up (oil, air filter, etc.). The work was completed and I pickup up my car at noon. I can't say that I've had a more efficient and pleasant car repair experience. The price was honest (far below dealerships) and my expectations were exceeded. I think it's been 8 years since a friend recommended Harper's to us. I don't regret it. We are very satisfied. He is very honest. He does excellent troubleshooting. Prioritizes the repairs. He put my vehicles on a maintenance schedule. Which we really appreciate. He makes every effort to give the best price. His work speaks for itself. My water pump was replaced, and the oil line was also replaced. The transmission had to be removed to fix the oil line and then replaced. This was a very intricate series of procedures. The car runs and operates smoothly. I feel confident in the skill, knowledge and experience of the team at Harper's. Brian, the owner, made sure that everything was done efficiently.The garage is clean and spotless. It's neat and there are only a specific number of cars there for repairs each day. Harper s is the place to go with any of your car needs! I first brought my Honda CRV here for an all around check as I was buying the car and wanted to make sure everything was good in shape. They definitely made me feel good about this purchase as they found no issues.Last week I brought it back for a oil change and also asked if they could install my front license plate hardware, I was unsure if this is something in their realm or something that is often asked for, but they gladly said yes. Brian has been taking great care of my mothers cars for 30+ years, my entire life. And he does the same for mine. Not enough stars to say how amazing he is. I've been going to Harper's since I had my first car at 16. I trust Brian with all of my automotive needs. It's hard to find a trustworthy and honest mechanic, but Brian is it! He's serviced all of my cars (Ford Escort, Honda Accord, Infiniti, and now my Jeep Grand Cherokee). Had my car towed to Harpers after it overheated on the freeway. Brian called within the hour with diagnostic results and repair suggestions.My car was ready for pickup shortly thereafter.
