They work fast, efficient and are reasonably priced. The lady at the office is very nice. I was really stressed and upset to be acure l this unexpected expense but her friendly welcoming demeanor helped calm me. They have free coffee and a space heater for waiting customers. 10/10 would recommend this place although I would hope you never need it.

If I could give them more than 5, I would! My car window got broken into, and I was calling around to every auto glass repair shop. Unfortunately, no one had my window, but they cleaned up the glass and gave me an alternative temp glass until my part arrives. Do yourself a favor and get your windshield replaced here! Super fast service, I was in and out in just a little over an hour. I got a quote from their website, which they upheld. Very reasonably prices.

I called over the phone, and very nice lady answered. Answered all my questions over the phone and they have affordable prices to replace the window to the company van. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

They don't deserve the one star either, bunch of unprofessional layers/crooks. be aware of bait and switch.Called and spoke to Nadia, she told me be here before 10 am, drove one hour in traffic to get to this dump, guess what Nadia wasn't there, another .... telling me oops we maid a mistake, the price is $100 more and we have to order the windshield and you have to come back. Right!

My issue is not with workmanship, but with the fact that their website says they do mobile glass repair. I called to schedule having a windshield done only to find out they no longer do mobile. I was told I would have to come to their shop. I didn't have time and ultimately had to go to another vendor.

What an excellent service GTO auto glass is, more people should be coming to this place to make business with this shop. It's prices are excellent and their employees are excellent. This is what costumers want. Today my mom and I were looking for a auto glass shop for cars, and Google helped so much. We left satisfied with the service given today. May this shop thrive with success forever. You guys won some loyal new costumers. My rate 50/50

The 5 stars have to do with the complete package that the Auto Glass, GTO, offers. I was quite surprised when I arrived, later realizing that GTO is a family-run affair. As soon as I arrived, the father, who is bilingual, attended me with respect, with grace, and with good manners -- very considerate. He instructed me to park my CROWN VIC in one of the stalls, and then politely told me that I could wait in their lobby. Almost immediately, a young muscular fellow of good height began replacing my windshield that was broken. What really sold me was that the fellow called me out to see the rust that had built up on the edge of the frame where the glass would sit. He told me he would add some glue and polymer to help the situation. I returned to the lobby, and what do you know? They offer free coffee, and I mean good coffee with powdered creamer or liquid creamer and sugar, with stirring sticks and napkins. What? I was blown away. That convinced me that these people have their act together, and that they care about their business and their customers. They treat people like me -- their customers and potential customers -- with respect and appreciation, as though you mean something to them. Before I knew -- and had not yet finished my coffee -- the windshield was installed in the most delicate manner.I know, I know that other auto glass installers abound on Mission Road and nearby, on Alameda Avenue too. BUT!!! If you want politeness, effectiveness, professionalism, a very good price, and service that will last in your memory -- plus a great cup of free coffee -- look no further. Go!! as a matter of fact tell one of your neighbor's kid to break the windshield for you, LOL!! It's worth it because you will enjoy your time at GTO. I will miss them.

Went in to drop off a Honda CRV that was broken into over the weekend. Called on Sunday and the shop had the exact glass for my passenger window ready within 2 days. Can t beat the price, service, and quality of customer service. Hope you don t need to call for a broken window, but if you do, they are it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Of all the shops on Mission Rd. to choose from, I'm so glad I went with GTO Auto Glass. They have a great system going here. I could hear the customers at the pay window commenting about their great service and prices so I knew I was in good hands. They provided me excellent customer service. From my initial phone call inquiries to the technician James's service, all my questions were answered and needs met. The waiting area has coffee, water and A/C. Fast and super friendly. Everyone working there was moving around quick. You can see they work hard. They also helped us fix our driver side window motor after I asked if they recommended anyone. Definitely recommend.

I walked into this place after reading the reviews...I was very impressed.Pulled into a full house, everyone was busy. I spoke with Amanda at the front desk; she gave me a quote in 3 minutes that was below what I was expecting. Although they were obviously busy, they promised to be finished within 1.5hrs.After an hour, they were done. They really did a great job. It was priced well, they located the glass I needed very easily and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this spot for a cracked windshield. Thanks guys!

Called about and hour before closing they were able to fit me in on short notice. Got the quote over the phone and it was the cheapest I've heard after calling around to other spots.
