Damaged the side of my car badly in a garage and visited Grand Prix based on the reviews. Definitely held up to what great experiences previous customers have had. Timely and easy communication and Scott worked w me to adjust the plan as I wanted certain things completely fixed and others patched for now. Car was returned washed and interior cleaned as well, which was greatly appreciated.

Great experience with Jake who was very receptive with my performance parts install request for my Tesla Model S. He and the tech made sure the rear spoiler was well supported, sent update photos and also did the body kit. Highly recommend this auto body shop if you have aftermarket parts for professional installation

You can tell they are very knowledgeable and hard working straight off the bat. I ve never seen a body repair shop that pays lots of attention to detail and has very technical software that explains the issues and costs. Owner is very friendly and most importantly experienced and trustworthy. This is by far the best repair shop I ve been to in all of LA.

The paint on the roof of my Prius was all pealing off so I took it to Grand Prix because a friend referred me there. Scott and Jake were amazing. They finished my car in 3 days, and even did a few extra things for no charge. The price is better than anywhere else I checked. But the quality is insane. So glad I found this spot and will definitely go back.Service: Paint repair

If i could rate this place >5 stars, I would. I had bumped a strangers car while backing up and the clips of the grill and the grill needed to be replaced. They quoted half the price another place did. A couple months ago I had also changed my hubcaps and they had fallen off and they put it back on as just an extra service with no cost. Truly appreciated my service here

Grand Prix Auto Body is one of the most honest car shops I ve been to in my life and possibly one of the best experiences I ve had with car shops i general. I have a bad history of getting scammed with marking up car parts or fixing parts of my car that doesn t need to get fixed. These guys co formed my assessments of my needs and fixed my car without upselling. Not only was the ordering of parts (in my case my car visors) and labor much cheaper than other places I ve gotten quotes for, but they also provided a complimentary service of fixing my trunk latch. I appreciate the honest service and over-the-top customer service.

I had a great experience at Grand Auto Prix.I was involved in a car accident and I got so stressed with dealing insurance company.Jake who is the owner of this body shop, handled everything with the insurance and car rental.He is very professional, honest, kind and on time!I would recommend this body shop! I visited a mechanic I know, and I was highly impressed. They were incredibly friendly, showed great enthusiasm for their work, paid meticulous attention to every little detail, explained the repair process thoroughly after an accident, and provided a top-notch estimate. I definitely plan to revisit in the future and will be recommending them to my friends.

Where do I start:Jake and Samantha are amazing. They were super easy to communicate, always kept me up to date on the gross of the repair. They even gave me a ride back home from the shop! They also even installed one of my carbon fiber pieces for free. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Honest, skilled, and trust worthy hard to find at times with auto body shops.

Jake at Grand Prix Auto is amazing! Awesome customer service, knowledgeable and warm. I will definitely be back if I have any issues with my car and have already referred them to a couple of friends :)11/4/2022 update:After originally going in for a quote, I ended up allowing Jake and the team to work on my car.They were a pleasure to do business with. Jake was easy to reach if there were any questions and my car was ready on time. They even threw in a few added services and informed me that they re available for things like oil changes. I m happy to recommend Grand Prix Auto Body!

I had a great experience with Grand Prix today. The splash guard on my Prius came loose and was scraping against the ground. They were able to get me in immediately, explain my options, and make the necessary repair. Scott was incredibly patient, kind, and honest and answered a few other questions I had about my car. I am beyond pleased with the service I received at Grand Prix. I was in a car accident earlier this month and Jake helped reduce the stress of dealing with my insurance after they poorly evaluated the actual damage done to my car. He handled everything from communicating with my insurance and adjusters, making sure I had a ride to and from the rental car company to taking care of all paperwork all while taking my schedule into consideration. Very professional and attentive to every detail! They make sure you leave their shop satisfied with their services.Thank you Jake & thank you to the Grand Prix team!

Got side swiped in a hit and run and had to use my own insurance to get the car fixed. Heard some good reviews about this place, so we went in to ask for a general estimate. Jake made the whole ordeal as smooth as possible for us. He worked with our insurance company to make sure we got the proper amount of money for the necessary repairs and kept us updated throughout the whole process. When we got the car back, it practically looked brand new. They even cleaned the car and gave us a bottle of hand sanitizer. All in all, very communicative, friendly, and good at what they do. Jake (who runs this family business along with his brother) compiled my estimate and coordinated everything for me. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. This shop is literally the best shop I've ever been to. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. After wrecking a S Class Mercedes Benz, I was referred to two previous shops in which they quoted me 4 months. However, when I went to Grand Prix Auto - they were able to fix it in less than a month and cheaper than most people!! They were so nice to provide a low cost rental car, which was actually a S-Class Benz! Super nice. These guys are really amazing, and do a great job. They pay attention to detail, are honest, and really appreciate their customers. Jake and Scott were able to help me, and informed me with daily updated each day of what they had did. When releasing the car, it was perfect condition. Literally looked like I never got in a accident. Thank you guys so much! You guys are the best!

I have had a great experience with Jake here, and I believe he s the owner. Great guy, excellent service, no extra back and forth, just came in for work to be done. They did a fantastic job for my little car at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend if something unfortunate happens to your vehicle, this body shop is an excellent option to consider.

Samantha and team took car of my 2019 Mazda cx5 right away and had it back to me earlier than expected with perfect repair of a panel I dented and scratched in a run in with a stationary object in my garage doh! Gave me a better deal than the other guy and returned the car washed and in pristine condition. Also absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Why can't I leave 6 stars! I want to shout from the rooftops how incredible this place is. I am not easily impressed, and in fact usually VERY skeptical, and I almost never leave reviews. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Grand Prix Auto Body. Jake is the most kind and honest person with so much integrity and not only goes the extra mile, goes an extra 100 miles with the effort he puts in. He just earned customers for life, and we will tell everyone we know to come to him. Not only are his prices SUPER fair, he does great work, and it shows that he is such a great person. Please make this your forever autobody shop and tell your friends. I forgot to mention why I ended up here... someone t-boned my car so I needed a new door and paint and some other things done to the car. Turned out great, and he threw in extra things without charge. Without giving too much away, the entire experience (including the hassle of us all having to deal with the insurance of the guy who hit me) was super impressive. He even offered to help with my rental car situation. Definitely go to them! 11/10 !

I am so pleased with the service I received at Grand Prix Auto. I was recently involved in a car accident and I was so overwhelmed with the process of dealing with insurance companies and getting my car fixed. Sarah was so helpful in mediating with the insurance companies. She made it hassle-free for me. Sarah also provided me with such a comprehensive explanation of all the damages that my car received. I really thought I only needed my bumper fixed but she walked me through the process, showing me details of damages. She knew it was important for me to be aware and informed. Jake was also so very helpful in making sure that my car was taken care of. He made sure everything (regarding damages) was attended to and that it got taken care of on-time. Since I dropped my car off, I knew my car was in good hands. Now that I've received it, I am so impressed with the results of their work. It almost feels like my car is new again!Thank you Grand Prix Auto. Thank you Sarah and Jake!

I was looking to get my older model sedan painted because of oxidation. I was recommended by a friend. I didn't know much about paint aside from stage 1 stage 2 etc and they explained their system and showed some very good results from other cars.They gave me a reasonable estimate and advice on how to get good value and which spots I could avoid or postpone. Anyway the car came out looking brand new (the painted parts anyway) and a lot of dents and other minor things were fixed. I get a lot of compliments and almost shock at the quality. Will go to again for sure!Services: Painting, Headlight polishing, Body & Trim, Paint repair

Like all of us do when we have a project is to shop around and look who is best. I a crossed a lot of shop first I read the review of the previous customer. And one thing I guarantee with Grand Prix is they treated you as a family. Scott walk me with our project suggested give me idea on what to do. He even let me use one of his car for the duration of the job. I highly recommend this shop they are one of the best in this business. Thanks Scott and Jake for taking care of my car.. for sure I will be your life time customer and recommend you to my friends and family..

This is my go-to spot for anything related to my BMW 440i. This place was recommended by my girlfriend for having very reasonable price and being honest. I've gotten my car fixed here three times and every time Jake has done a spectacular job. He is very responsive and goes beyond than just fixing my car. Whenever I have questions, he will kindly respond with best recommendations. At Grand Prix, I know I will get the best price in town from an owner who makes sure everything is taken care of. I would recommend stopping here for all your car troubles!
