What a great job golden hammer has done on my 2014 jaguar, they removed my after market carbon bumper after a teenager backed into it. Everything from the woman who helped me at the front desk to Shane who took care of me the entire way through the claims and fixing the vehicles process. It was smooth easy and golden hammers attention to detail is unmatched and second to none. Again Shane was excellent with customer service and on a timely auto repair. I ve taken my car here twice and it was done in 10 business days the first time around and only 6 hours the second time! My dads friend recommended me to golden hammer after he said he s been taking his cars there since the 1990s and we both only have positive feedback about golden hammer! Thanks so much!

Horrible experience . Car took 3 weeks . Check engine light came on while driving the car there from the accident . He simply turned it off and it came on a hour later the next day went back they turned it off again and it came on again. 3 hours later the car turned off while driving it !! They took it to Land Rover .landrover said because the oil was low ?? !! Golden hammer Took it to west coast tires which I thought was another car mechanic they said it was a vacuum pump !! Finally had my own mechanic pick the car up paid out of pocket to fix the hose for the vacuum pump and perfect car again!!! A absolute nightmare !! Now they lost my engine cover and battery cover and none of the mechanical shops Will take accountability for it !! Seriously had known all this I would have taken to my mechanic from the beginning . I would go somewhere else if you have a landrover !!! Car looks beautiful but the body shop did had to remove the battery cover to disconnect the battery to repair the doors. ! Won t take accountability!!! Just wrong !!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got rear ended. Person ran. Repairs took a month. When I got my car back none of the repaired back panels lined up with each other, contacted progressive and was asked to pay a second deductible for "vandalism" another two months for golden hammer to complete repairs. Lookswise, much better now. Problems, theres a new sticker that says they're not responsible for anything that happens if I use the towing capabilities that used to be working on my vehicle.

Super small business that charges way too much for garbage cars. Like how many times do you range rovers and land rovers end up on the worst cars list? Every time you see it. I don't know how they keep selling them

Really appreciated their help and professionalism throughout the process of getting my car fixed (had a fender bender and got it fixed through Progressive Insurance). Alex called me every step of the way and provided prompt and timely updates about the status of my car. When I got the car it was sparkling clean inside and out! A really nice touch. Highly recommend

Had a hit and run incident causing a damage to my front bumper. My car is my baby, and the team here at Golden Hammer Inc. took that sentiment seriously, treating my car like their baby while in their possession. In fact, my car looked better than it did before it was damaged. Color matched perfectly on the first try (unlike other auto-body shops in my past), front headlamps were polished, and car was washed. They went the extra mile, pun intended. From Moe kindly fielding all my calls, Alex providing me with comprehensive support through the entire insurance and repair process, and Shane offering cool, calm, and collected over-site and advise, Golden Hammer Inc. has earned my loyalty as a customer. Just took our Range Rover Sport in for right rear door and quarter panel damage. Sean and Rick were the two guys we dealt with and they were both very professional informative and courteous. I had concerns after having bad experiences at other repair facilities over the years. After dropping the vehicle off they kept me informed and were very nice every time I called and never acted like I was an annoying customer. I picked the car up about 10 days later and to my amazement you could not tell at all that it had ever been damaged!!! Paint matched, body panels were straight, perfect paint, no clear coat blending lines, the car was absolutely Beautiful!!!!!!!!!! Thank you So much to everyone involved with getting our Rover back in beautiful shape!!!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone who actually cares about their car and wants to see it perfect again after a mishap!!!! Thanks Again Golden Hammer!!!!!Edward and Lori Hall

Body work repair detail and color matching are the forte of Golden Hammer. The car looks showroom new and there is absolutely no sign of where the repairs were made. Rich and the staff are extremely accommodating and most certainly Golden Hammer is the go to place if you want perfection at a very fair price.

Find the guy named Alex. He is the best! He is not trying to sell you anything. He takes care of your car like his own and this is the most important thing, we are expecting from techinician as car owner.

I have been there twice to get my daughter and husband's car fixed and they have done an awesome job on the cars. Plus, they are very customer service friendly. I recommend this place!

Bumper doesnt quite match perfect, but ive never known any body shop to match better. Had to go back for a minor detail, but they fixed it fast.

They did a great job straightening out my side panels and repainting the car. You wouldnt even be able to tell the car was involved in a fender bender

They always go above and beyond my expectations. I will travel 45 minutes each way every time my car gets hit. I wont allow any other body shop to touch my vehicles.
