Came into golden auto today to have some work done on my jeep and let me tell you this is the place to go! I ve been to a lot of shops in the surrounding areas and have never been treated so nicely, given great affordable pricing and have top notch work all in one shop! If you re debating on going here let this be your sign. From the start the receptionist at the front (Joyce and Evelyn) were so nice with my questions and then Bruno took care of all my needs from there in a very professional way. We agreed on what I wanted for my jeep in under ten minutes! No haggle or anything. My turn around time was a lot faster then what other shops quoted me, let s just put it like this by the time I had left to go home the car was already finished! Thanks again guys I really recommend this shop for any work you might need! 5 stars!

These are the guys if you need your car repaired. I came in with an insurance claim for unfortunate circumstances. I was shot at 5x on the freeway, and they took fantastic care of me and even went above and beyond to include additional work that wasn't included in the scope of the work provided by the initial claim. These guys were terrific to work with. They were swamped, all be it, but the wait was worth it. They would be my go-to body shop if I ever lived in So-Cal again. I'm a little late with my review (this happened three years ago), but I want to thank the team for the help. It did not go unnoticed! Me writing a review three years later should speak for itself!

Excellent place to get a touch up or any major repair. This shop offers very competitive prices far lower than the quotes I got at other body shops. Highly recommend if you need a place to get some work down in west LA!I got rear ended and they helped me put the bumper back in place and repaint the scratches for a very low price while other places wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars. Highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys if you re in an accident.

This business is absolutely amazing. Bruno is SO kind and such an amazing customer service provider. He is so helpful, flexible, compassionate, and his work is flawless. I would 100% recommend coming here if you need auto repair assistance, especially if you are looking to avoid steep mark up fees that other shops may rip you off on. Incredible-- I will never look anywhere else for my auto repair needs again.

Excellent Service! Highly recommend it! It is a bit hard to find fair people that you can trust and that won t try to up sell you in this city, but golden auto body & paint was trust worthy, high quality and fast service! Bruno was especially helpful and took his time to understand the issues and help me with my car!

This company just repair some paint damage on my Porsche Macan.Bruno was very helpful and available to answer all my questions. His staff, including Joyce and Guillermo, were profession and accommodating.The team did an excellent repair to my car.I highly recommend this company for auto body repair.Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

My wife s car was towed to Golden Auto Body and Paint after an accident. Shortly after, she remembered that she left a gift bag containing money in the car. However due to New Year Holidays she was not able to call the repair shop. After a week, she called and spoke to Abraham and told him her story, he did not hesitate to offer to look for the bag. He called her an hour later to tell her he found the bag with the wallet and money still in the car. I drove with her the next day to pick up everything. She and I are so thankful to Abraham for his honesty and integrity and professionalism in handling her case. Honesty and integrity is so rare these days and Abraham has it in spades. I would definitely put trust in a company that hires honest people like him.

Absolutely fabulous Brenda was very professional helpful and very informative to help with the accident of my Mercedes. Top shelf definitely have to go see five stars wouldn t be enough for the amount of help since I lived out of state and a drunk driver hit my vehicle.

All I can say is wow! This place is super amazing! I know you think Autobody shop and that never sounds fun but this place went above and beyond to make sure things ended up perfect! Not only where they on time either their estimated time of delivery but the car literally looked perfect! Bruno was fantastic and I felt like he was family and was 100% on my side! Could not recommend this place more! If you need any sort of body work I highly recommend this place! You will be happy you did for sure!!!

Thank you Abraham Gezalyan, for making what was a stressful situation, a little less stressful and manageable.. We first took our car to Beverly Coach Craft, which was extremely over priced & not that friendly. When we met with Abraham, at G.A.B, we knew we were dealing with a professional in his field. He was respectful & professional. Abraham promised to have our car ready within 2 weeks, & did just that! When I went to pick it up my (Mercedes Benz S-63 AMG), I couldn't believe how nice it looked! It was like it was brand-new! Abraham had it polished and ready to go! My hubby and I were both very pleased. Thank you Abraham/Golden Auto Body. You exceeded our expectations! Well done!!!!!

Golden Auto Body Shop does amazing work. Bruno and Peter were extremely helpful. I took my 4Runner in for some modifications and it delivered beyond expectations, not to mention a fast turn around. Will def be going back.

This place is spectacular. They are real craftsmen. My 2022 Cadillac Blackwing is a beautiful car but suffered extreme damage. I brought it to Golden Auto body and I am happy to say that it looks like nothing ever happened. On top of their craftsmanship, their customer service is remarkable. Thanks a lot to Joyce Bolanos and the whole team!

Bruno Vazquez really helped me out. I brought in my son's 14 year old car( his baby). It was in dire need of a paint job. The roof's metal was bare. Bruno took care of it and now it looks like a brand new car. A superb job and a great price! Thank you Bruno! This was my son's birthday present. This is my 3rd trip to Golden for body work during the past 4 years.Always, great work and great prices. 100% I recommend Golden Auto!Service: Painting

This place fixed my bumper perfectly! I went to a few different body shops before this one and they all said my car would be in the shop for 5 days and it would be about $2,000 to repair. They also said my Audi sensors would turn off during the process and I would need to take it to Audi for another $500 to get them recalibrated. Then I found this place. I stopped by without an appointment for an estimation, Bruno helped me and he was so friendly and also gave me a great price!! I picked up my car that same day and not only was it well repaired, my sensors weren't interrupted and my car looked cleaner and shiner than when I dropped off!! Thank you!!

When I got into a car accident it was the worst week of my life and somehow Golden Auto Body & Paint made things feel like they were going to be okay. They were so incredibly kind to me, gracious, responsive, professional, and made everything so much better. I worked and spoke directly with Joey and Evelyn and I can t express how nice they were to me. On top of the amazing staff that works there, my car looks amazing! You can tell they really value what they do and treat every customer and care with the same level of respect and care. Obviously no one wants to get into a wreck or have car troubles but if you do I promise this place will make it better! Thank you Evelyn and Joey!!!

This is my first time Using This auto body shop. I originally was going to my shop of choice but Mercury ins suggested them. After going there and deaking with the amazing Robert....and looking up their yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did go with them. The service was terrific and they kept me up to speed with what was happening with my car. I got my car in a week. Super fast. Super friendly and all around helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

My car was rear-ended, and the other person's insurance AAA recommended Golden Auto Body & Paint. Estimate was quick, and the actual repair, which required bumper replacement and paint, took 2 days. Bruno kept me updated on the progress, and the car was done much earlier than the original estimate. Bruno is really wonderful to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is the best. It sucks to see people leave fake bad reviews for this place but smart people can tell that those are not legit reviews. My girlfriend got her white Mercedes fixed here this morning and it looks awesome. They did such a great job and they re honest people. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. This is a great spot and they absolutely deserve 5 stars.

I was hit head on and my Mercedes CLS 450 had over $10,000 IN DAMAGE. Golden Auto Body repaired the vehicle and it ran better and looked better than when it came from the dealer only one year ago.They were very professional, their work with Geico insurance was exceptional in getting everything covered promptly. They repaired the vehicle in half the time that others estimated and their work was immaculate. Very communicative and very responsive. Thought out the years, my family, friends and my self have been using Golden Auto-body shop for several unfortunate accident we. Their service always been excellent, caring and above and beyond expectations. The management team kept us informed of the repair progress. The insurance ladies did their best to maximize our insurance benefits. We always took in a very badly damaged car and they called us in a short relative time to pick up a well repaired car, washed, shiny and just like a new car.At the last accident recently we took our Volkswagen which was very badly damaged and in a very unexpected short time we received back almost a new car.One of the managers, Mr. Sam provided outstanding service throughout the repair process. Also, Mr. Aryan the owner was in touch with us and updating of the progress.Despite of COVID-19 pandemic with the shortage of part from manufacturers ,shortages of labor and manpower the result is way above expectations.We would like to thank the Golden Auto body shop for all their excellent and wonderful service that have provide to us.Service: Painting

Unbelievably wonderful service team and reception desk at Golden Auto Body! Abraham the mechanic is incredible and he truly went above and beyond for me when fixing my bumper after being rear ended. My car looks even better than before! Also, Joyce at the reception desk is a pleasure to be around.I have used this auto body shop twice now, and both times they were efficient, kind, great at communicating with me, and I seriously can t emphasize enough how they really will go above and beyond for your repairs!
