I screwed up and lost my receipt and lost my core deposit. Bummer. Bought a second alt for my other car cause the first one was so good. Good shop. Good products. Learn from me keep your receipt.

These guys are a lifesaver! Apparently the alternator in my Toyota Corolla had gone bad and on my way back from work I was nearly stranded in the middle of a residential street. AAA towed me to their business and their staff were able to seamlessly replace it in a timely manner.I found the staff to be quite proficient and kind. I greatly appreciate the service and the gracious consideration from the manager as if I had had to wait until the following day, I would have missed work. 5/5, I highly recommend!

I came here for a starter for my 2008 Chevy Monte carlo. I spoke to Don Humberto who was friendly and knowledgeable about the part i needed. The best thing about it was that he had it in stock and they were able to install it too. So I was in and out in about 30 minutes and the price I paid was very reasonable. So I am a happy customer all around.

These guys are great they stand behind their services and are ready to work when you have cash in hand. Don't bother and try paying by card. Cash only and great mechanics. Bring it here they are trust worthy.

Great service! I was referred here by a business owner in Hacienda Heights. I needed a battery for my very large, power- hungry Infiniti. Although they did not have the battery in stock, they went out of their way to recommend a place that I could get a battery for a great price.I highly recommend these folks as they seem honest and are very friendly. Definitely knowledgeable about cars.

Great prices on parts with good warranty. I got an alternator for my Corolla without any hassle the attendant recognized for what car it was for immediately.Parking is limited and the warranty is only a few times not as good as autozone but hey you get what you pay for!

I purchased a alternator for NPR on 10-19-19 it come defected I took the truck to then have it inspected one of the so call Mechanic he told me that has no experience in this type of trucks a lest he told the true but also say it was something else wrong with the truck he told me to take it to a mechanic to check it out turn out that it was the alternator was defective the vacuum pump was not working the way it suppose to work so I when back to them to exchange it no problem they give another one turn out it was worst it leak oil so call them again told them the problem they say that don t have one need to order one it take almost three weed to get it son when to pick it up know they want me to paid another $70.00 for it on top of the $180.00 that I ve paid original so ask to get refund my money so I ll go some where else but they want to keep the two alternators or they wouldn t refund the money I think I ll take them to court refund and damages I use my truck for work this place is a rep off be ware don t do business here I waste more than four day dealing with them

Call First and call again. It looks like they do install the starter in that location. I did called if they have a starter and could install it on my Nissan Armada. And was told yes they can. And here comes the one-star rate it. got cash in my hand and was told they cannot install it that type SUV. Too hard and need to take it to my mechanic. WTF . I do not live near by this area and the only reason I went over there I was told they can install it. One of their employees f up gave me the wrong information. the business is street parking only cash only no credit cards. A starter for Nissan Armada was $80. I did not bought it because of that incident.

I was informed of this business through a friend of mine saying it was reasonably priced and had good customer service. Recently, my wife's car's alternator no longer worked anymore so I went there to see if what my friend said is true. The owner of the shop, Humberto, was super friendly to me and inspected my car before I bought anything to make sure that was the problem. I ended up buying the part there and they also installed it for an extra fee. They were really quick and accommodating. I have not had any problems with the part so far and the price I paid for it compared to the Autozone price was huge. I will definitely be returning here for all my future car problems. Definitely recommend it.

Great prices looked all over for alternator for my C320 Mercedes everyone either had to order which would take a week or the prices were outrages I recommend everyone if you need a part you want good prices and parts are great quality parts East LA Alternators is where to go.

Changed my alternator 3 times with them, and didn't seemed to work. I asked for my refund and they didn't want to give it to my at first. They also didn't want to give me back a core(which you need for used parts to exchange). Wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all !!!

Called a day in advance for alternator change was told to come by and the repairs would be done. I arrived and was told they could not perform the repairs because it would take too long! My car stopped in front of the shop because of this wasted trip. You can't specialize in alternators when you don't want to do the repairs or was it racial discrimination?
