They short circuit my lights and too stupid to fix anything. Go somewhere else, rip off prices and ex cons working on your ride. They don't know jack. Edit: they also stained my seats with grease. I just noticed this morning.

Always good prices, Always courteous. Been going here 9 yrs . Never felt got over on & always take good care of me. I'm a car flipper so every dollar counts... Plus they are good people. I love spending my money here because I know it's going to good people . Thanks again .

WORSE experience in my adult hood life. We will never be a returning custo. They ripped my mother off. They are indirect rude with indirect rude comments. They said come at 9am the windshield didn't get they're till 11something mind you I'm waiting. They state that the complaints will not effect them or they're business. So they don't care...

LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS FIRST!!I made the epic mistake of doing business with them without looking at their ratings. This place has a bit of a track record for being unprofessional, inconsistent, unorganized, and some of the worst customer service (look at their comments). You might say, Well they also have some 5 star reviews.. and you are right, But why risk it!? I'm sure they are capable of doing a good job every now and then, but I REPEAT they have history of very unsatisfied clients. Like other reviews will say, do yourself the favor and just go to another window&tint shop down the street (Alameda).I paid in full for window, window gaskets, and window tints to be installed. Everything was set up (appointment) and I showed up. No one was there, they didn't open shop, and my phone calls weren't answered. I went to complain and found out that my parts weren't even in yet for that day so I would have went in vain even if they were there. I should have just asked for my refund but decided to give them a second chance. Same thing happened AGAIN and two more times, always giving excuses. Complete waste of time: completely irresponsible, unorganized, and incompetent management! I managed to get my refund only after two lengthy and heated arguments with the employees in charge and the owner.

This place is amazing and the lady is the sweetest most approachable person there.. anyone who gave them bad reviews is crazy.. we all have our off days but I ve brought every car I ve owned here for tint and they re complete gems.. who cares if they re not all giddy and happy to see u ? They do good fast work at a good price and that s all I look for.

Bill took care of my car, all the way around. Safe light had been giving me the run-around and on recommendation, I went to National Auto Glass. They are open only 8 - 5, which my original challenge, yet, after organizing a ride to and from my office, these guys replaced my smashed windshield with a beautiful, clean fresh new one in one morning. Looks all new. Their price quote on the phone included tax. No hassle. No haggle. Honest and good job.

I apologize for anyone who feels we dont do good work... thank God... were blessed and we try our hardest to keep it 100% with our customers we've been here too long to play games... if theres any problem its probably the customer having a bad day.. or they just probably want the job for free.. I needed a passenger side window I had to come back and forth for four days. The first glass that they installed in my car what's covered with a sticky substance that made it impossible to see the actual glass and when I, not them, cleaned the goo off I found scratches and gouges in the glass.They fused to take the glass back and refund my $75, but instead offered to give me a brand new glass for $45 more; I regrettedly agreed.Four mornings wasted and $45 more, I won't be going back there then.

As soon as you show up you will notice the workers are not happy to see you and they make it seem like you bother them by showing up. Had to go to this place twice to do my window tint first they saw they are busy come back tomorrow then I go tomorrow and then they are not open at 8 like they say they are suppose to owner gives you an attitude like a take it or leave it type of deal. Don't be fooled they don't use the real Johnson window tint film they have the box which is old with cheap China film that fades over time inside of the Johnson box. I saw the China film getting delivered which was in just white boxes what a scam. You may have to drive here a few times so they can actually finish your car save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Totally not going back would not take my personal truck here at all I had to take my company vehicle and all I got we're lies and a long wait they keep telling you your parts are coming and only get delivery's at 12:00 so if your there before get ready to wait also very lousy customer service hard for thesepeople to even get off their chair much less give you a straight answer

"LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE" customer service is horrible. the guy who changed my car window had a horrible face expression, like if he was bother to do his job.i sat down by their waiting area so he can do his job, first of all he didn't even let me know when he was done replacing the window. he just sat back down and continued to play with his phone. "really dude" when i put my window down there was pieces of glass on the edges. i ended up fixing that myself.

THEY BS ABOUT EVERYTHING I WENT THERE YESTERDAY TO SEE IF THEY CAN FIX MY DADS BACK TINT I STILL HAVE THE 5 year warranty AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY DADS FAULT AND WANTED TO CHARGE MY DAD 50 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE TINT THAT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY POZ DONT CONE HERE THERE NOTHING BUT LIARS

They're way over price on their window tint . the guy that does the window tint is rude , impolite and Reckless when working on your car ... He's just mad because he's losing his hair and going bald .. best thing is to just go down the street ..you'll get a better job for half the price $$..

This place is the worst place no respect towards costumers they do a really bad job on electrical work they mess up other things in your car and refuse to fix it with or without receipt I don't recommend this place to anybody save your money and pay a little extra to get a job done right stay away from this place if you want your vehicle to work I really don't recommend this place to anybody
