After initial hiccups with the service center, I lost trust in them. There was a lack of communication and coordination related to my service contract.Eventually, they took all necessary steps and patiently helped me with a resolution. Also offered me a discount for the non covered part of my service contract.Thank you for being patient with me Ricky and Oscar.
