This place took amazing care of me and my car. Allen was fantastic, so knowledgeable and detail oriented. He made sure I knew what was happening every day so I didn t have to keep my rental car any longer than needed. The whole process was just so fast, easy, and organized. They made sure my car was not only fixed from the accident, but gave it a good clean - it looks the best it s ever looked. I feel like I left with a beautiful new car. Incredible work. Repairs done 5 days ahead of schedule. Communication was great throughout, from the front desk helping take care of my rental to Allen the estimator giving me updates through each step of the process. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends!

From the first day I stopped by to inquire about fixing my car until the last day when I received it Allen from Fix Auto in Highland park was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and my car came back looking brand new again.

I took my Hyundai SUV here after my sideview mirror broke off and my rear brake lights were acting up. Fix Auto was excellent to work with! Extremely professional, communicative, and knowledgable. I appreciated Eduardo's advice, service, and communication at every step. It took about a week to order the part and repair. This is my spot! I had to get repairs for my car after a minor accident and they were GREAT at Fix Auto. The team was very friendly and they remembered me (and my daughter) every time we spoke. State Farm recommended this shop to repair some body damage to my car after a fender bender. From the start, communication was tough. When I dropped it off, the woman was super nice and said she'd call "frequently with updates during the repair process" so I felt pretty good. Days turned into weeks and no one ever called. I would call them every three-four days to check in, and every time I did, they told me it'd be "ready tomorrow" and it never was. Gary eventually told me that they'd ordered/received the incorrect parts three times in a row, which was causing the delay. I have a Toyota RAV 4. It's not a unique vehicle, parts shouldn't be that hard to find. They had my car for over 30 days. They had it so long I ran out of rental coverage. I eventually told State Farm about the hard time I was having with this shop, so they started calling them for updates and had the exact same experience. I dropped my car off on May 2nd, 2023 and just got it back yesterday, June 9th. I have had my car back for a day, and they forgot to replace the shift lock cover, so now I have a hole in my center console. I am nervous now about what else was overlooked and rushed. I don't feel confident in this repair and I would not recommend this shop to others. All I can do is hope my car is safe to drive at this point.Service: Body & Trim
