Cannot thank Stephanie enough for her never-ending customer service.Sammy - thanks for keeping me updated along the way. I truly appreciate your transparency...even if the news wasn't always what I wanted to hear.These people are ON THE BALL.I wouldn't fail to use them again if ever the situation arose. They also gave my car a very nice cleaning (which I really appreciated)They took care of my car very well after the incident and based on the work they did I would consider them extremely reasonable. I had a wonderful experience at Fix Auto. Stephanie in the business office made it really easy. And, they worked with the insurance! Luis was very responsive. I received frequent updates on the status on my vehicle. They even detailed my vehicle prior to pick up.

I took my Tesla Model 3 to Fix because the Tesla collision center was booked out, Fix was an authorized shop, and they were highly rated. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were professional and courteous, always responsive (even available via text!) and went above and beyond. All the repair and paint was done with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto Beverly Hills, and I couldn t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Steven was friendly and welcoming. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle and explained the repair process in detail. I received regular updates on the progress of the repairs, keeping me informed and assured that my vehicle was in good hands! The quality of the work performed on my car was superb! The repairs were done with precision, my car was ready ahead of schedule and the entire process was seamless! Fix Auto is amazing! Honestly, above and beyond service from the very first step into the office to receiving my keys back at the end of the service. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful, and the office has wonderful amenities while you wait. They help get you settled with Enterprise for car rental needs, and even return the car for you once your car is ready! Not only was the customer service amazing, but the actual body shop services they performed on my car were top notch. On top of that, they gave my car a complimentary wash and detail, and it looks better than it ever has! I cannot say enough great things about Fix Auto and will definitely recommend to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

The staff undoubtedly proved to provide superb customer service, and the shop did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. In fact, I almost didn't recognize my vehicle when it was presented to me, because I have rarely seen it shine so brilliantly! I wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts of everyone involved with the repair of my vehicle, and I'll recommend Fix Auto Beverly Hills to every person I know!

Look no further for excellent service, you ve come to the right place! Ronald, Stephanie, Steve, and Zuly made the process so smooth, I couldn t ask for more. If you care about integrity, punctuality, thoroughness, I m sure Fix will have your back like they had mine. They re genuine people and they treated me the same. 1. I was told to drop off my car before they would order parts needed to fix my vehicle!!! WHO? does that!!?? 2. They kept my car for a week with NO REPAIR DONE, as you will see from this review! I took my car in on 1/9/23 to have my driver door key fixed. They have the worst customer service I ve ever experienced! No communication all week! They finally call me the following Monday 1/16/23 and say oh come pick up your car we don t have the part!!! Are you kidding me!!! Ridiculous! A total clown show at this place of business! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone not even an enemy! Again, they have ZERO communication and leave you hanging!!! Plus I believe my car has new scratches while being in their care all week!!!

I felt completely taken care of at Fix Auto Beverly Hills. The team was transparent from the beginning and I knew what to expect because of their excellent communication. They finished my car before the anticipated completion date something that made my experience even better. When I picked up my fixed car, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see that my car was washed and vacuumed. Fix Auto takes care of their clients and goes above and beyond. I would most definitely come back and recommend the shop to friends and family!

They fixed my car in no time and it was as good as new! The lady at the front desk kept me updated and informed on the progress of my car over the past few weeks. Took in my car here because it was the body shop recommended by my insurance (and the insurance person mentioned that the warranty on the work they do is good).Overall had a great experience. Sam was the estimator and the main point of contact, who kept me up to date about the status of the repairs (arrival of parts, estimate of when the job will be done, daily updates on those estimates, etc). I got almost daily automated texts after the parts arrived, throughout the week. The car was ready when they told me that it would be ready by (during drop off).And honestly the car looked better than before the accident. They cleaned and vacuumed the entire car. I had left some stuff inside the car (including loose change) which was all still there (the change was in a zip lock bag, which I thought was nice).I had the option to both pick up and drop off the Enterprise rental at Fix Auto if needed (I used the drop off option when I was picking up my car).Overall, would recommend based on my experience. Oh they also have a Nespresso machine in the waiting area if you're into coffee.

Really good people everything very professional. Only thing was the initial quote was a great price and final cost was more . 1100 est. vs 1800 final. Insurance took care of it but it this was out of pocket I would have been upset.

I highly recommend this business. It was by far the best experience I have ever had in repairing my car. The customer service is above and beyond. They handled everything and kept me updated through the process. Stephanie, in particular was an absolute delight to work with. She took all the stress out of car repairs. As a small business owner, I hate to write negative reviews, but the customer service I received at fix auto was so unacceptable that I have to share my experience. They had multiple opportunities to remedy my situation with simple communication; I feel completely scammed.TL;DR - Dishonest. Poor quality of work. No communication. Stay away.I brought my car here on Tuesday, 12/6, through insurance after getting rear-ended and decided to pay out of pocket for a scratch on the left rear door.After having my car for ten days with no substantial update, I received a text on Friday, 12/16, in the morning that the work on my car was nearing completion, so at around 11:45, I called and asked for specifics on timing. They said that the car was ready for pick-up but that they would be closing at noon that day because of their holiday party; however, somebody would meet me at the shop on Saturday at 10, so I could get the car. Yes, they re usually closed on weekends, but they assured me that somebody would be there on Saturday to give me my car because of the holiday party and closing early on Friday.I rearranged my Saturday morning so that I could pick up my car. I returned my rental car to Enterprise at 9:30 and arrived at Fix Auto at 9:50. Nobody was there; I called, no answer. I continued to wait, calling and leaving multiple voicemails until finally giving up at 10:30 because I had to open my own business at 11. So now I was without transportation and had no communication from fix auto. I called a few more times throughout the weekend and never heard back.Fast forward to Monday at 8 AM when I showed up. I walked into them telling me how sorry they were and that the individual who said he would be there didn t show up. So they knew about their mistake, and instead of proactively contacting me, they did nothing. As a courtesy, they d offer me 15% off the portion I was paying for out of pocket, which didn t even cover half of my Uber expenses for the last 48 hours.They finally brought me my car, and the car was not acceptable. They hadn t completed the work on the rear left door, and the paint on the trunk had dried with clear drip marks. The car was also dirty. They immediately took it behind the shop and said they d have it done in 10 minutes. Roughly 30 minutes later, they brought the car out, and it s now looking correct, but somehow they completed the $700 and 8 hours of work I was paying for in 30 minutes? Explain that to me. I even brought this up as I was paying. The gentleman who checked me out couldn t answer or look me in the eye.Finally, to add insult to injury, I dropped my car off with 165 miles of battery and picked it up with less than 20 miles, so I immediately had to find a charger before getting on with my day. My mobile charger was in the trunk, and they could have easily plugged it in.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a great experience bringing my car to Ronald's. They were very welcoming and professional. They talked me through all the available options to fix a big dent in my car bumper and helped make sure I was getting the best value. They also cleaned my car on both the inside and outside free of charge, my car has not looked this clean and shiny in forever. Overall fantastic service, and I will definitely be coming back for any future auto body needs and recommend anyone in the area to come to Ronald's as well.

There's a million auto body shops in LA, but Ronald's is by far the best! I took my car in after someone rear-ended me while I was at a full stop -- something that you definitely don't want to happen to you when you're a few weeks out from your wedding... From the get-go, Stephanie at the front desk was so kind, personable, extremely knowledgable, and efficient. She made me feel calm -- my car was in good hands. The staff so kindly squeezed me in a little earlier despite them being super busy and they made the whole process painless. As for the quality of work, I can honestly say my car looks better now than the day it was even leased to me! When I went to pick up my car and I asked about a previous scratch in my side door unrelated to the accident, Armond so kindly came out with a little touch up paint (free of charge) to help me out -- something he definitely did not have to do. Overall, the staff and the work is amazing and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond!Service: Body & Trim

By far the greatest auto body service my car or I have received. The team here is incredibly kind, honest, and excellent with their work. The owner spent extra time to personally meet me, explore creative options to get me the best value, and took great care of my car. The staff is extremely helpful and timely. Being in Los Angeles, it can be hard to find a car repair place you can trust, well look no further. Recommend 100/10.Service: Body & Trim

This place does great work! Their customer service is awesome! Zuly kept me informed and updated with every step. Even when I had questions about the repaired pieces, she dropped everything to walk the car with me, thoroughly explaining and answering my questions. I had repairs done to my front driver side (piece of metal hit my new car while I was driving). They repaired my car in 3 days (during the holidays!) which was super fast. The quality of work is definitely up to standards and beyond. They totally detailed my car inside and out. I was able to pick up my car clean and fresh on Christmas Eve! The office is clean and comfortable. Hopefully I don t have to get my car repaired again but if I do I ll definitely only go back to Ronald s auto body shop!

Great staff, fantastic service, and above and beyond quality workmanship. They repaired it expertly and then detailed it so well that it looked like a new car again.
