Car was stolen was found a couple of days later and I ended up taking it to Ruben since a friend recommended me. Once I took it to him great communication with him throughout the time my insurance was dealing with all the hassle. At every turn of the way he let me know and called me what was approved and what needed to be done at a body shop since they don t deal with body work. Would definitely go to this location, great work can t complain about nothing. Anyone looking for reliable conversions on what s going on with your car speak with Ruben.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. For being a rainy day on Saturday, everyone had good energy. Esmeralda was the one helping me get checked in. She was super sweet and helpful. Apparently I was informed that I had an expiration date of getting a free maintenance service. It was like a day or two passed the expiration date. But without me even asking/ just bringing up if it could be extended Esmeralda didnt even wait another second and just took initiative to ask someone else if It was still okay. She came back and said it s on us. I really appreciated it. I would come here again when my car would need some maintenance done, especially those who are working here are actually nice, helpful, get the job done.

I was greeted and acknowledged at arrival. Told that someone would be right with me and although my service rep was busy another service rep took it upon himself to start things off. The pick-up was similar with multiple reminders that my vehicle was ready and a quick wash was offered; huge plus. Looks like my new truck just found a new service dept at FELIX!

The second we arrived to the dealer we were greeted by a beautiful little cat named Felicia. Being cat people we knew this was going to be a great experience! The truck we wanted was already parked in front and our salesman, David, came to meet us. He was thorough with his explanation of the truck and went on a test drive. He is personable, fun to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Once we agreed to terms with the financing manager, which was also very helpful and informative, we went up to sign contracts. Once we got into the office to sign the contract, the process was smooth and quick. It was an overall great experience!

I was very impressed from the moment I drove inside building since it was raining. Irving the sales rep on multiple occasions offered me coffee and soft drinks with a comfortable place to rest. I like the privacy I was exposed to as well as the large selection of vehicles on your enormous lot. Back to Irving, a true gentleman in every facet of sales. Being a professional myself I recognize service is the one thing g you cannot hold in your hand and its often promised but not delivered. Once we struck a deal literally 1 hour later I was driving home. I just couldn't believe how easy things were made for me. I was not even sure I was going to buy a vehicle. His presentation and willingness in the rain to go up and down so I could try different models and engines. Overall I score 10 out of 10 right to the manager and the pleasant young lady in finance in which we signed all documents. I can now understand why Felix Chevrolet has been in business for 102 plus years. Thank you so much to everyone I love my Silverado.

Easy purchase process! Got me the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. I bought a Camaro as a gift for my dad, and they seemed genuinely excited for me. They even wanted to see his reaction when he learned about his surprise! It was nice to buy from people that cared.

About a month ago, I took my car in for a recall service. In about three hours, the vehicle was ready to go and had been inspected for free like a courtesy service.very kind staff, they're very awesome. The reason I decided to leave a review on here is because the staff member said they would be sending me a review form through email. I never got it, but since they were very nice to me, I felt a little obligated to do so, especially because it was my first time getting serviced at a dealership like this. Thank you.

went in for a recall was told over the phone it would be 24 hour hold , i get there and they say 48 hour hold now , asked for a loaner per recall statement and was offered a loaner at $70 a day for a recall no reimbursement afterwards, the adviser Jonathan Acosta was really helpful and has good customer service even offered a lyft back home

Parts department is complete trash. They have young guys that are no help and give you the wrong parts all the time. Then give you attitude and will want to charge you restocking fees or not accept the wrong parts they give you

Was disappointed that I had to wait 24 hours before my car was diagnosed with what was wrong with it and that even though your dealership was on the Costco wholesale website as One of the dealerships to give 15% off for parts and service, it was not granted. Was happy that my car was finished earlier than the time and day given even though I didn t understand why it would take 2 days to fix

Really didn't have a good experience with Felix Chevrolet. Submitted a preapproval on their website and then spoke to David Mendez, Internet Sales Manager, and went back and forth. Was told I'd get a call first thing in the morning and no call came. Ended up calling them around 3 and was told I'd get a call back shortly. Didn't get a call after a couple of hours so I called back and was sent to the voicemail of a manager and still didn't get a call back. Ended up calling and rather than speaking to sales I opted to talk to finance. Just didn't get a good vibe off the conversation and was just overall disappointed. Only helpful person was the manager I spoke to in finance.Obviously was told that if something I was looking for did come in that they'd reach out but I don't think it would make a difference as their service just didn't leave me feeling good.

Agreed on 68,300.80 and was charged 68,600.80. Was made to wait 4 hours for paperwork to even start and vehicle was damaged during its wash. The last time I ever go to Felix Chevrolet. Only positive thing about the dealership was the salesperson Izzy helped me out with the mirror being damaged and was all around helpful and friendly.

He explained what I needed to get done and he given me 2 prices one for basic service and one for the area that needed attention he never push me into any other services he given me a choice to do what fit my budget and what was more important. He definitely wasn't pushy and I appreciate that being pushy let you walk out. My suv run so awesome now with no issues. Thank you for the great service. Ps I love the news service area now it is so comfortable and so professional. By the way they are very respectful #1. Thank you again

Jonathan was so helpful and tried to work as quickly as he could in helping me get parts approved through my car's warranty. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process this very long process. The trouble was with GM in general taking so long to honor these approvals in the middle of their strike which is not a reflection of Jonathan or Felix Chevrolet. I went 3 weeks without a car and was unable to work while waiting for these approvals which was personally very difficult. Jonathan helped make me experience as positive as he could and I commend him for it.

This is my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Felix Chevrolet. I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 11:30am on Saturday, December 9th. I waited for about 15-20-minutes to be greeted because I think they were a little short staffed. Nevertheless, I was greeted by one of the service reps who apologized for the wait. I then went inside to the service desk to begin the process. I forgot the gentleman's name that checked-in my vehicle, but he was professional and also apologized for the wait. It took about an hour 1/2 for the oil change, then I was on my way. I have a few more things that need attention on my vehicle so, I'll be a returning customer to Felix Chevrolet for service in the near future.

I came by last December less than an hour before closing and Jason was still willing to help! That tells you alot! He helped during this whole car buying process! The whole process on purchasing a vehicle was smooth fast and easy! I recommend this place 100%! You won t be disappointed!
