Mark and the crew at European Motors are great!Every time I bring my car in it s done in a timely manner. I m never upsold on things my car doesn t need. I highly recommend you bring your car to these guys. I ve been using their shop to care for my Audi A4 for the past 3 years.

Honest and fair family business. I came last summer with a couple junkers because I wanted to get a vintage convertible and Mark was straight up with me about them.When I finally brought one that was up-to-par, he told me exactly what I needed to do immediately vs what I could hold off on. He quickly replaced both struts, even showing me the parts after that were taken out. I drove my car out to another city and they even commented how well those were replaced!

Terrible customer service! Called to get prices on a simple oil change and break fluid and when trying to confirm if prices were including all labor, disposal fees and taxes I got the rudest response. Mind yourself this lady said oh my goodness I just told you the prices and I don t want to repeat myself. If you add this and that the total comes at this I wanted to try this place as it has some good reviews but imagine asking any questions in person I d risk getting slapped

I bought a used 2014 Audi Q5 which had some issues and I was recommended European motors by a family member. I didn't want to take this car just to any mechanic off the street as these cars are a little more complicated. To make a long story short they got it running great. Since then I had my transmission serviced with them and a few questions answered by Mark. This is my first Audi and coming from an old Mitsubishi these cars are more complicated. I highly recommend European Motors and ask for Mark. They are honest and trustworthy.

European Motors has been my trusted Los Angeles mechanic shop for about eight years now and they've kept my older, high-mileage vehicles in great working condition during that time. Mark is hands down the best mechanic I ve ever worked with. He diagnosed my 2008 Audi RS4 perfectly, explained to me what he was going to do like a great surgeon, then executed like a pro. Wonderful experience, very honest guy. I ll drive the extra 1 hour to Euro Motors for any and all future repair needs

This is a family-owned and run business with humble and caring values that show. Marc was super nice, honest, humble, and transparent. I really appreciated that he messaged me with multiple videos, visually walking me through the issues. One repair request happened to be a known issue with a class-action lawsuit against Audi. Marc kindly suggested I take it to the dealer to see if they would cover the repairs and sure enough they did. Thinking back, they could have easily taken me for a ride as I was unaware of this lawsuit but they didn't. For that reason along with the many others listed, I would highly recommend this business and will be visiting them again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I visited the store this morning to check the engine on my Porsche Panamera and Mark was very professional and welcoming. He did a quick check and I will go back for some work to be done next Wednesday. I can tell already that he knows his cars. The family were very hospitable as well. Great family and I am lucky I found them.I had the best services on my Pourche Panamaera at European Motors.Mark is the owner and he is the best. Great energy, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My car drive like a new vehicle. They are very reasonable. I am so satisfy with the services and recommended to everyone. I wish all services in our life are as good as European Motors. I am keeping the Porsche because I have the best services for it. If I decide to sell it, I will by only European car so I can maintain their services. *****5 stars!!!!!!

Eurovan Specialists! Vicente and his team of Mechanics are well-versed with working on these beasts. He was able to squeeze me and my 02 Eurovan Otto into their busy Friday schedule to get a same-day well-needed synthetic oil change. There were about half a dozen Eurovans in that day, four of them in this pic. I tried finding a closer Eurovan specialist closer to me in Studio City, but many mechanics don t even want to accept them since it takes a specialized skill-set.Although they have a nice customer waiting patio area, I was able to chill at the picnic tables across the street at the 365 market which also had WIFI. As soon as I saw Otto come down from the lift, I knew he was ready!

Fantastic mom and pop auto shop. Did a Pre Purchase Inspection done on a 08 Porsche Cayman S. Very knowledgeable and honest. Made sure to show me personally what they found "under the hood". Would recommend.

Mark and his team are amazing! I brought my Audi Q5 there after Firestone overfilled it with oil during an oil change which led to a massive leak. They completely inspected it, replaced the damaged oil plug and a faulty oil sensor (which had created the issue in the first place) and cleaned all of the leaked oil off of the undercarriage. He knows his stuff and was friendly to deal with and fairly priced. Will be trusting him with all of my needs in the future.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Mark is a living example of how customer service should not be. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called and asked pricing for replacing the control arms for my BMW. Customer service or billing took my info and said Mark will call me back. Mark called me and his first sentence was he is not interested. I asked for a reason and he said he doesn t have to give me a reason. At that point I was very confused and surprised by his behavior and unprofessionalism. I asked for pricing again and he gave a number which is more than dealership would charge. I asked for a quote and he said he can t give me quote, probably he realized he messed up. Please stay away from this business unless you want to deal with this clown.

I asked Mark to look into a braking issue my car was experiencing. At the end of the day he printed a safety recall for cars similar to mine but not mine and said his mechanics were able to replicate the braking issue once, after reviewing dashcam footage they did not. Instead Mark had them do a general inspection which I did not ask for. Save your money, take your car anywhere else for a more honest shop.Service: Auto brake repair

Mark is the best! I brought my car in for a routine service and repairs, and got it back the same day. Mark was communicative and explained everything to me in detail (he even showed me exactly why a certain part needed to be replaced). If you need a new mechanic, GO TO THIS SHOP. I have an Audi and wanted to find somewhere other than the dealership to take my car to. I m so grateful that I wound up at European motors. Mark not only took notes when I spoke to him, which made so much sense to me but had never happened when going to the mechanic, but he also showed me the parts taken out of my vehicle after the work was done, explained the work better than anyone s explained the work to me as well AND gave me an itemized list of the work done. I was beyond impressed. Amazing service!! Highly recommend going here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Honestly i never write bad reviews but had a horrible experience with mark. Was using foul language while on the phone and wouldn t answer any of my questions. I don t really think he knows much about Audis because he had no idea that these motors also came with a aluminum intake manifold and kept trying to insist that he won t work with me because its aftermarket . Mind you this car is the same as it was when it left the showroom. Avoid at all costs, or at least mark.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Mark is great. Family owned business. His late father and him have been doing this for a long time. He doesn t BS. His team gets the job done and has always been great with my 2015 Audi S3. Recommend if you got a more complicated European car handled with care.

Mark is the man. I was dealing issues with a repair from a different, shoddy, mechanic and Mark and his crew fixed it up proper. He was kind enough to answer all of my questions, give me advice before and after the repair, took my car in on an emergency notice, got the repair done quickly and reasonably priced, and helped me save money for things covered under my warranty. These guys don t just do professional work, they are helpful and sincere beyond the service. He s won my business for life. Thanks again, Mark!
