Exceptional service at Elite Audio Hollywood! I recently had a dash cam installed in my Range Rover, and the team did a fantastic job. The installation was completed efficiently within a few hours, and they skillfully hid every cord, leaving my car looking sleek and clean. Highly recommend their expertise! Mark was super helpful! Found Elite Audio through an online search and took my car there to get an upgraded stereo unit with CD player and modern display, complete speaker overhaul, security alarm for the car, a rear camera when in reverse and window tinting.Mark was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in unannounced, helping me with my choices on the spot and completing my order in minutes. Payment was required up front but that's understandable to avoid any potential customers not following through on their end.No one need worry because not only does Mark and his team make sure to complete the work meticulously but there work also comes with a warranty. And if you have any issue, Mark will make it right and solve it.Elite Audio are so good at what they do that there is no reason for me to ever look anywhere else for my car audio, alarms, tinting or camera needs. Everything was done perfectly and in great turnaround time. I recommend Mark and his team 100%. Their work is spot on and perfect.

I recently got my car's rear window tinted at Elite Audio Hollywood, and the whole experience was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions patiently. They used top-quality film, and the installation is flawless - no bubbles or unevenness in sight. Plus, the price was very competitive compared to other places I checked. I brought my 2007 Lexus in for a full stereo system upgrade. They did great work, and the pricing was on point for the quality of the job abd parts. I love the new stereo system and it looks seemless. Had my car done in a day. Highly recommend!

Walked in with no appointment for an impromptu window tinting and Apple AirPlay system installation with back up camera on my 09 Honda Civic. Super friendly staff squeezed me in last minute and even gave me $40 discount for bundling up both services. Mark (I think his name was). Humble dude, went above and behind. The camera that came with my set was faulty (cheap Podofo I bought of amazon) and he replaced it with even better one free of charge. Honest service. Good people. 100% recommend

I have an F150 that needed a rearview camera. I went to Elite Audio, what an excellent choice, in no time I had a new sound system/radio/blue tooth and resolved my issues when I'm backing up with a camera on the rear license plate area. Highly recommend them!! Very professional and they definitely can handle any situation, they know what they are doing!!!

Mark is amazing!! Lost my car key and needed a way to lock my car, Mark was able to install and alarm system with a key fob to lock and unlock as well as start the vehicle! Made an appointment for next day and was done within a couple hours! 5 stars!!!

Based on the reviews, you should be careful when dealing with this company.Also, when a company requires you to pay the entire amount up front before installing anything is a sign to be careful.Based on the payment requirements I would suggest looking into other options. There are plenty of well known options that do not require the full payment up front.

Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Los Angeles area. Took my truck today to have new alarm system installed with a remote start feature. I dropped off my truck this morning around 1030am and it was ready by 2pm. I actually called a few shops for a quote beforehand and this shop beat them all by a mile!

They installed an alarm system and backup camera in my Kia Forte. They were quick, efficient, and responsive through phone. Everything works as expected and the price seemed reasonable to me.

Mark & Fred were absolutely awesome. They work fast too. Super professional. They installed a Swann security system that consisted of 8 outdoor cameras and 2 interior cameras. Mark had good communication skills too; answered every question I had about camera placement, existing and new wiring, logging into the app, etc. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I would definitely use them again.

I recommend Elite Autosound. Their website was easy to navigate and the rsvp system was speedy.Appreciate the added human support on making scheduling changes.The techs at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable.The service delivery is on point, they removed my old tinting, installed new tinting and upgraded my stereo speakers in one afternoon.

This was the worst car stereo install and furthermore experience I have ever had. I'm 44-years old and have been a stereo hobbyist for about 30 years, so when I say this was the worst experience, consider I've had more than 20 in that time. 'Elite' hacked up (with a hacksaw) the interior of my car, and the stereo resets constantly at 5-10-minute intervals when the subwoofer is on. They forgot to install multiple parts by their own admission, but that was weeks ago - they clearly have no intention of making this right. I gave them (them = Mark Rivera, the 'manager' who lacks even the most basic business sense) another chance with another car, only to have them back out of the agreement the day after buying the equipment, leaving the car in disarray. Stay away if you care about your car or it's sound.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE AT ELITE AUTO HOLLYWOOD FOR THEIR WONDERFUL SERVICE !!!!ON THE 18TH OF THIS MONTH, ON THE ADVICE OF MY MECHANIC I WENT TO ELITE AUDIO FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A CAR ALARM TO MY 2020 HONDA CIVIC. I AM SO GLAD I TOOK HIS ADVICE!!!THE KIND YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK QUOTED ME THE PRICES FOR THE BRANDS THAT WOULD GO WELL WITH MY CAR. I WENT WITH THE BRAND AVITAL. SHE INFORMED ME OF THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO INSTALL, 4 -5 HOURS YIKES!! BUT THAT TIME IS STANDARD. THE YOUNG LADY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAYBUT THE CREW WAS ABLE TO GET IT DONE BEFORE THE 4-HOUR MARK. AND THEY WERE ABLE TO UPGRADE MY ALARM TO A VIPER AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!..... HOLY UNSOLICITED KINDNESS BATMAN!!!! HEY GOOGLE!!!!...HOW CAN I GIVE THEM 6 STARS?THANK YOU ELITE AUDIO FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EXCELLENT QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP YOU PROVIDED!!!!
