After reading all of the 5 star reviews for Eli's on line, I had no choice to but find out why so many companies and individuals rave about their before and after success stories. As of 09/15/2023, I've picked up my Porsche 992 that's been with Eli's for the past 3 weeks. Not only was the level of bi-weekly communication from their operations and management teams consistent, but the work performed on the car was best in class and impeccable. So, carry on with your 5 stars Eli, I'll pass the good word forward!

Eli s is the absolute best. I had my car fixed there twice. Not only is their work impeccable the service is just as amazing! Rosie has been my go to contact each time my car has been there. She keeps me in the loop and is always just a phone call away to answer any of my hundreds of questions lol. Love Eli s. My experience with Eli s Collision was absolutely excellent. A special shout-out to Georgina for keeping me appraised of the progress of the repairs and overseeing that my car was ready exactly when I asked it to be and when I needed it. That s saved me from having to rent a car. I ve had past experiences over the years and they have always and continue to do superior work. They are my first and truly only go to collision repair facility to use. Why go elsewhere, when they are the best. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier The Auto Club of Southern California.

It's hard to find good customer service but that is just what I got from Eli's. My emails were answered in a timely manner, great communication. My car was ready a week earlier than they had expected. My car painted beautifully. They took really good care of the car and the work done.

The entire staff was super helpful and informative. My representative Georgina was beyond amazing! I had a hard time with Mercury Insurance but everyone at Eli s kept me hopeful and clam throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond and completely had my back. They are honest and good hearted people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The place has really good energy too. I went to the Beverly Hills location!

I have a wonderful experience with Eli s Auto center because of Mike Johnson.He is the most sincere and professional person I have ever met for car repair.I felt he worked at customer s side with his heart to take care of my car and deal with insurance company.The quality of collision repair is excellent! I am so graceful and happy to get my car back in perfect condition.Thank you again.

They've fixed my Audi twice now; front bumper and rear bumper, and have done excellent work both times. They're not fast and they'll tell you that up front - but they're good. If you have a month to get your car fixed, they're your shop! Great customer service too.

I had a fender bender and needed some repair on my car. Eli's collision helped me get my car back in order. They were professional...a bit of a wait but maybe that is to be expected

My 2018 Audi Q5 was hit by another car from rear, located Eli's from Audi Authorized Repair Shops page and sent my car there. They did a good job and kept me updated through out the repair status and process. The damages to me were just some scratches, but they really did a detailed repair. All replacing parts were ordered through Audi dealer and I would say they returned me a brand new car. They also sent my car back to the dealer for computer reset and alignment, I was glad to see how clean my car was when they returned it. Although the final bill turns out to be high for the damages and the time for repairing was long (took a month), the final results worth it.

I had a nightmare experience taking my car to this horrendous shop. First of all, I had a minor side swipe to the side of my car just behind the driver side door. My car was in their shop for FOUR MONTHS! The insurance company told me that they didn't even touch my car for the first month.So four months go by (and 10 thousand dollars later) and I pick up my once beautiful Mustang that was in excellent condition other than the side swipe damage. Well the paint match was totally off and looked horrible!! The paint was peeling off around the back window and the new bumper wasn't properly put on. I was furious.Needless to say I took my car back to them and the manager Danny tried to convince me that it the paint match will never be the same for rubber when it is matched with metal. INCORRECT!! This paint match looked like a colorblind person did the paint job, they ruined my once beautiful car.Well he agreed to re-shoot the car for me and I waited two more weeks to find that they hadn't even touched it, the car looked exactly the same, horrid!!Then once they realized that I was not accepting this BOTCHED repair job they started sending the car rental charges to my checking account when THEY were suppose to cover obviously.I have never in my life and I am 55 years old had such an awful experience with any sort of business like I have with Eli's. I read the scathing reviews on their other page for their westside location and I was shocked, you should research and read the reviews. You will definitely change your mind I can assure you. So many people burned by this shady auto body shop. I just wished I had Yelped them before trusting them with my beloved car.PLEASE BE WARNED.Thank you for listening . . . .

the only people involved in fixing my car that gave it to me straight even when the conversation was difficult. all other shops I spoke to as well as my insurance company tried to do cheap work arounds to try and save money and take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Eli's wasn't afraid to give me the real answers knowing even if I went somewhere else for a cheaper price id still end up coming back to them to finish the job correctly. A+ service, A+ finished product. Georgina is great to deal with.

I took my 6 mo old 2016 Audi A4 here since it is an Audi preferred shop. I had two scratches on the back bumper and a little alignment of the bumper. They milked State Farm for almost $2300 and took 4 weeks to fix two scratches. They were rude and ignorant during the 4 weeks. Once I did get my car back, I noticed that they had hit the front bumper skirt and tried to cover it up with touch up paint and clay putty or something (probably another $2500 damage if I brought it to them). When I sent them pictures of the damage they stopped taking my calls or replying to my emails. Elise is her little crew are a bunch of liars and do not care about you or your vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they will charge you a ton, and do the worst job, taking all the time in the world. If you are lucky they will not damage your vehicle more than it already was. If Audi dealership wants to take their cars here, then don't go to that dealership either. Worst experience ever!!

From the initial contact with Eli's Auto Center, I knew this was the place to take my car for repairs. They offered to send their driver to pickup my car and take it in for me. I thought to myself yes how convenient is that? Every step of the way they were polite and professional. If you want quality service go to Eli's you won't regret it.

I was referred to Eli's Auto Center by my Porche dealership on Feb 11, 2019. My first impression of Eli's Auto Center was good. Place was clean, employees were friendly. My car was inspected and I was given an estimate and was asked to place a $1000 cash deposit to begin work right away. I was told the job would take an average of 4-5 business days. After paying the $1000 cash deposit, I received a call from Eli's saying the part had come in. So I took the car to the body shop thinking it would be done in 4-5days. After 3-4days, I get a call again from Eli's. The worker said they found additional parts that needed repair. The add ons would cost me as much as my original estimate. Please bear in mind, I have a Porche Cayenne SUV. Parts are not cheap! The fact that Eli's Auto Center had the audacity to basically double the estimate was outrageous. As professionals, how these mechanics missed that many repairs was beyond me. I was taken back, but kindly disagreed with their charges. I gave them my 2 cents on how I felt about the way they carried their business. In the end, Eli's still charged me a small portion of their add on charges. I paid for the bill, get this, 17 days later! That's Feb 28! I brought my car in Feb 11. Yes, they said it would take 4-5days before they found the additional repairs, but come on. 12 extra days for whatever it was they found. Not acceptable. My experience was far from great and would not recommend Eli's Auto Center. If you do plan on going, please. Shop around first!

I had one repair (an emblem fell off) they ordered it and put it on next morning. Quick and easy and VERY reasonable! They went above and took off a couple of minor scratches and wiped out my car w/ leather smelling cleaner. Everyone was super nice ...Chris and Georgina and the guys that did the work. I d use them again without a minutes thought about it. Highly recommend.

The last time something happened to my Porsche I took it to a shop that my insurance company recommended, aka MICKEY MOUSE SHOP. Since then, I've come to my senses and asked my Porsche dealership whom they recommend. Eli's will bring your car, your baby back to FACTORY condition. Do you know what this means? N E W P A R T S, quality training, certifications. Yes, the car took a little longer to get fixed but at the end of the day the quality and precision is untouchable. Eric and Danny even took their time to explain proper protocol developed by Porsche to fix the vehicles. Great information!! Will be a returning and referring customer!! The staff is great, facility is clean! Thank you Eli's!!!

One of the worst auto shops I've ever dealt with. Someone said they used them once and messed up their paint job the first time and the shop had to redo the paint job, in turn they needed to keep the car another week. I decided to use them anyways and told them to make sure the paint was correct before I even gave them my car. Alas, they messed my paint job up and I have now been without my car for more than two weeks. That's only one issue. They decided to order parts I needed a week into them having my car, instead of the first couple days. As my frustration grew, I called the shop asking when I could have my car. They said Tuesday, it wasn't ready Tuesday, then they said Wednesday, it still isn't ready...... all in all, if you bring your car to this shop expect to not have a car for 2-3 weeks, even if you have minor Damage. And don't expect them to have the car ready when they tell you it'll be ready, and don't believe them the second time you ask either.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my car I felt confident that I was being taken care of. I was advised to go a cheaper costing route to see how my car would look like. They were honest and saved me over $1000 dollars because of their honesty. My car came out pristine and looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Been using Eli's for years. Always great work and customer service. They are a go to for audia nd Porsche. Georgina treated me and my VW R32 like I was a Porsche owner driving one of the GT3s they are working on. They have several locations throughout LA.ElisE will go to bat for you with insurance companies that are always trying to nickle and dime on parts and repair. Eli's will make sure you get what you been paying for and get it done right. Also, they will warranty their work and they have been in the same location for many years. I have sent friends here as well.

We took are car to Eli's in Santa Monica for repairs. We thought we were getting an estimate but as it turned out my wife who was going though a hard time signed to have work done before I personally approved it.They had to take the car apart to check for damages and the charges added up since they needed to do extra work to find other problems. The manager Danny, after a few conversations with me comped all the work and I can tell you I can not be happier. I highly recommend Eli's Body shop.

Elis collision is easily the best body shop in Los Angeles. Their repairs are world class, and their customers service is second to none. It is no surprise that the shop is both Audi and Porsche certified. They did an amazing job on my vehicle!

It was a cold, grey, dark morning. It was the day that my car would get smashed into by a non-insured driver. I'm not from California so this whole collision process was a bit scary. I phoned the dealership in DTLA and they recommended Eli's. I went to visit the shop and was impressed by the professional appearance of the office and staff. I was a little worried about how my car would drive being that its a hybrid after an accident like that but I was assured by Eli's staff they would bring it back to tip top shape and that I wouldn't even notice anything happened to it! Let me tell you, THEY WERE RIGHT! I think I like it even a little more now! Thank you for such a great first time experience in a very hectic situation! PS: If you get a chance steal (or nicely ask) for one of their pens, they have a cool stylus tip that works on all cell phones ;)

Very professional and thorough with regular communication throughout. Had my Audi A4 repaired and though the quote was high they did a great job and are Audi certified. I would trust them to do the best job.

Reality is if you want your Porsche coming back in mint condition Eli s are the best.Eric Brown for me is the reason for the 5 stars. He holds to a very high standard, has incredible customer service and makes sure your car is returned in immaculate condition.

Elis is a shop that has been open for 40 yrs. The people who work there are smart, loyal, and always looking our for the customer. They care about the people that go to they. The work they completed on my car was perfect. The paint match was top notch, I could not even tell they had worked on my baby

Stay away from this company at all costs. If i could give zero stars I would. This organization is arguably criminal if at best a scam. They will take your car, prevent insurance adjusters to come on site for review, quote 3x market price to fix, delay resolution and then if you don't (or your insurance company won't) pay for the fixes they will charge you a storage fee for every day they took delaying you (they tried to charge me $5000 to get my car back with 0 work done) and force you to tow your working car off their lot for safety reasons. They have done this to multiple people including myself.
