Pong & Woody worked on my 84 Porsche. Very very disappointed with Pong owner/mechanic? Paid them cash in advance ( lots of money, with verbal & written agreement. )Pong & Woody did not finish the job.Pong was always aggressive toward me, harassing me shouting at me. Won t take phone calls rejecting my texts, Pong wouldn t finish, tension problems with cables ,belts for the unfinished job of water pump, timing belt, tensioner, power steering system,alternator,radiator, radiator belt,ac belt, alternator belt, car running smoking , you can hear belt hitting fan,fuel filter, fuel pump, Pong said it was difficult yet he got paid in full and in advance. I go see him he won t rework or finish the job on my car. I talked to him 3 times Pong sent me off. He claims he had a lot of cars to work on. Towing cost a lot of money , every time I pay for towing Pong rejects me & refused to work & finished a job he started with Woody .He tells me to come back, Wednesday then Thursday only to be rejected over & over mechanical problems of my car he got paid he did not finished. I am in touch with the Better Business Bureau to complain about the problems I have with Pongs Eagle Rock import car service (pictured) He refused to correct & finish my mechanical problems he got paid for. Please comment your bad experiences with him to correct him. This will expose him & benefit paying clients of him in future . Pong needs to realize the pain and waste of time & money emotional stress he puts on a car owner .

Pong and his son Pete are the best. Me and my family have been going to these mechanics for more than 15 years. I bought a new car 2006 and now has over 200,000 miles. I owe it all to these guys for keeping the car running. Very trustworthy people. They will tell you whether or not you need things repaired in your car or if the issue is not urgent. These guys live and breathe cars. You can' beat their prices and most of all very trustworthy. Mr. Pong is an awesome mechanic! Very nice & good prices. I trust him, been going there for 15 years. He is very busy, so make sure you make time. He does a great job.

Pong and his son are honest guys, their service is competent, fast, and price is always very fair. Truth is, Pong's been my trusted go-to Eagle Rock mechanic for nearly 25 years, that was long before he was working out of this location. If you live in the area and you have an older import car Pong and his son are the mechanics you need to build a relationship with.

Pong is the man! He helped my roomie pass smog when no one else could. My fuel sensor was acting up and I ran outa gas. AAA dropped me off at a dishonest place called Vince's in Reseda. They told me it'd be $1100 to replace my fuel pump. After checking prices, I declined and went to ERI. They figured out right away that the tank was empty and saved me a ton of $$$! Going here for anything my car needs from now on.

Took my 2007 Boxster there for service. Pong is very friendly and very honest guy. Gave me a fair and reasonable price. Pong, you have a new customer.

My bf recently came to this place because his check engine light came on. The code was P0171. Pong told him it may be the mass air flow sensor and told him he'll order the part and to call back later to see if the part arrived. He calls back later and turns out he didnt order the part and said he'll order it and fix it some other day and hangs up. In spite of his bad people skills, my bf calls him up yesterday to see if he had ordered the part. Pong said he has the part and to come in today. My bf goes in and turns out he didnt have the part....he lost it. So he orders another one and makes my bf wait more than an hour. He finally gets the part and changes it, then charges him $70 for the part and $130 for the labor when it's such an easy thing to change out. 10 mins tops. Then pong clears the code and runs another diagnostic and says the engine is still not getting enough fuel to the engine. The sensor was not the issue. He tells him to come again so he can spend more time with his car trying to figure out the issue. I looked online and found out he should've replaced the intake manifold gasket because it's a common issue in 2007 toyota Corollas. That part only costs $8. This guy overcharges, has bad people skills, and wastes your time and money because he doesn't fix the issue. Really disappointed because my family has been going to him for years and I was hoping for better service. Not going to him again! I do not reccomend.

Colorado Boulevard and College view in Eaglerock found Pong owner and operator great reputation from AAA and all the locals available always to answer any questions and fixed the problem and very reasonable price just very pleased with Eaglerock import If you re looking for a mechanic he s your guy
