Low life gangsters with no respect for customers. Was blown away with the lack of professionalism from two staff members. This place is a joke that gives the Latino community a bad name. They deserve - stars but had to leave 1 to review.

When taking your car to an accident, the first thing is to be sure that it was not your fault, and if you have full coverage it will be faster, you can repair it with your insurer and then your insurer will settle with the culprit's insurance, this is to avoid having delays or confusion, but if it was your fault and you have full coverage, you will only pay the deductible, and if you do not have full coverage, then you will pay everything. My advice is to drive with caution and use a dash cam, because in these situations it is really stressful to think about who is at fault, many times without proof even if it was not your fault you end up paying everything.

Great service. Initially was given an estimated wait time of 2-3 weeks on missing part but they went beyond to get it done. Car was ready within days of dropping it off and runs better than before. Excellent communication with my insurance as well.

They're taking too long to fix my car. I used to have so much faith in them. And now all they're doing is hiking up different several estimates to my poor Car Insurance

Definitely a positive experience! Has a very friendly staff as well as a very comfortable setting making one feel like they've been there many times before. On the two occasions that we had to bring our car in, the people there were really easy to converse with and everything went on smoothly. Also, very satisfactory repairs to our car on both accounts. Will definitely be going there again (hopefully not anytime soon) no offense :)

I went to this place because AAA insurance sent me for an estimate. The guy named Richard did the estimate and told me to make an appointment for the repairs once I get my check but when I tried to take my van he said he couldn't repaired it because he wasnt sure if it had more damage, after He had inspected it. Now the insurance doesn't want to pay me and I don't have a place to take it.Service: Body & Trim

Longtime customer Read this!Where do I even start? Things have changed here and not for the better. On top of the place being completely empty, something that never happened before, the layout, people and overall vibe of the place has gotten a makeover. Almost feels like the place got sold or the owner is no longer around. The Jose you read about in most of the comments has been replaced the New Jose is NOTHING like what you are reading below. You have been warned!I (unfortunately) have had the pleasure of doing business with this body shop for many years. My parents, siblings, extended family, friends and even my neighbors were constantly being reminded by us how good this place was. How the core value was to treat people with a sense of appreciation. Where yea, you were here for a service you were going to pay . But a little friendliness never hurt. Overall dozens of referrals which yield thousands and thousands of dollars in business were sent over.That all ended today.The staff that had kept this place running has all been dismissed. The attitude of self-entitlement the new Jose has is going to make this place go upside down. There is a reason he is listed below so many times and why he should be nowhere on site. Everything from demeaner to attitude is way off for someone that is trying to build a long-time relationship with the client.A way a person treats his employees tell you a lot about a person. Standing at the door yelling out names through the shop is no way to treat people, not even animals are treated that way. Stuffing your face with a snickers bar before asking you if you want a real price quote or an estimate , and on top of that talking bad about previous staff. Now add all of those together. That s what new Jose is.Pricing may seem fair, I went to two other body shops and got remarkably similar pricing for the same work. Unfortunately for Duran s (and its owner) the fact that I must talk to that guy again has made me take my business elsewhere.To sum it up, there are a lot of incredibly good body shops in a city like Los Angeles (do some research, I m not here to recommend or push any). As long as Jose (and maybe the new management) is around . Me and my family (as well as everyone I can recommend) will not be going back to this place.Service: Painting

I wanted to speak to the owner..The lady in the front, kept asking me questions, like if I was in some sort of interrogation..She was very rude, and was no help at all..She made things difficult for me..I do not recommend this place.

This is the very best place to take your automobiles. They are professional, work very easily with your insurance company and do a fantastic job on your car. They are friendly and explain to you exactly what needs to be done. If you live and drive in LA, this is the place to get your car repaired.

So i yook my 2006 mustang in 2012 and they did a great job but this yime i took my 2015 camaro which seems to be to big for them they did a horrible job like a beginner leave a half an inch gap in the front ind mr arturo told me when went to picck it up to come back and the will fix it but what a surprise when i went back to gix it he strted to blame the insurance for the parts he buy to put in the car. He put a million excuses not to fix it a$8000 toushand dollas job and all i jet was disapointing

I took my old car in to have the doors adjusted. They welded the doors at the hinges.....without asking....and doubled the price. Nope I can't recommend this place.

I definitely recommend this body shop. I recently took my 2017 Tahoe for repair.100% satisfied with the work done by the Duran's body shop staff. And very good customer service by Don Arturo thank you very much
