It's always nice being able to leave a good review for a worthy business. From my first phone call to the shop, until I picked up my restored vehicle, the experience has been exceptional. Gabriel was so professional and went above and beyond getting everything taken care of very quickly with a very high quality of work. Manny was also very professional and I felt that both of them made me feel at ease and that they would take care of me and my car. Highly recommend!

I got rear-ended and had to find a body shop again within the same year.BUT this time, I knew exactly where to go because of my last stellar experience with Manny at Custom Auto Craft. He makes everything easy, communicates well, and ensures the job is done right. He also stays in touch and gives me regular updates.He went above and beyond once again to make sure I was happy with the final result. I am so glad to have found this shop. It's quite a drive for me, and there are many shops in my immediate area. But I would rather make this 45 minute drive than give my car to another shop. Really grateful to you, Manny. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, I ve had to visit Custom Auto Craft more than once. Everyone is nice. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure you get everything repaired and covered by the insurance. Five stars.

Beware, they may waste your time. I brought my car by before repairs began and told Manny my situation. The other driver s insurance company accepted liability, so I was going through them. I made an appointment for drop off and booked a rental car, but once I brought it in they didn t want to work with the insurance company. I ended up leaving with my car.

From my first call to this shop about getting my car repaired, I could tell the people here are warm and accommodating, especially Manny. He is the only repair person I came across in my search who took a moment to say he was sorry to hear I'd been in a collision. He also offered to wait after hours for me to drop off my car after work, helped to coordinate my car rental, and even referred me to someone who can install my dash cam while my car is in their shop. I am waiting for the repairs to be completed at the moment without any worries. Thank you to Custom Auto Craft for all your help with my car troubles!

I recently had my car repaired at Custom Auto Craft Bodyshop and I must say, they did an exceptional job! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed and kept me informed throughout the process.The quality of their work is outstanding. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They paid attention to every detail, and it's evident that they take pride in their craftsmanship.The service was prompt and efficient, and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. Be aware if you're not a Mercury insurance customer.I went in to get an estimate on a minor fender bender. First of all, they didn't recognize that I had an appointment, even though I made the appointment through their website and getting text messages for reminders.The guy take a glance at the damage and told me that it's beyond what they can repair and the entire bumper needs to be replaced. Doubting their decision, I went to a different repair shop to get an estimate on the same damage. The estimate I got from the other shop was half of what CAC quoted me (and it was a repairable damage so no need to replace the entire bumper). I don't think they treat all customers equally. I don't recommend the shop.

Excellent shop! They did some mechanical work on my car, and they nailed it on the actual noise issue I was having. Great customer service.

I had an unwell woman smash the back of my Mercedes CLA 250 with a baseball bat, cracking the spoiler in 2 places. Custom Auto Craft did an amazing job replacing the broken part. I had to rush out of there upon picking up my car, and when I got home, I noticed a scratch that hadn't been there, and a small area where the paint hadn't taken(?) JUST under the spoiler...something you'd only really notice when you open the trunk and have the spoiler at eye level. I emailed the pictures to them after placing a call. They immediately called back, offering to fix the issue same day.I needed to return the following day, and they had it fixed and ready for pickup by 3pm, freshly washed and looking wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thank so much for a great job, guys!Service: Auto detailing

Friendly employees but terribly unorganized and wasted weeks of my time.I had come here to get a quote to fix some damage from getting rear ended, where they told me that the usual course of action is to get the whole bumper repainted. I asked them how much it would cost to just repaint the affected part and said that he would have to check when the painters are there on Monday and that he would call me back then and also promised me a written estimate through my email.A week passes and no call so I call the shop, they tell me they'll call me back right away. They don't call. I called them 2 more times over the next week and got the same result.Finally a week and a half later I speak to someone who wants to help and he tells me the photos are corrupted and that I would have to go into the shop again. They apologized and did offer me a rough estimate but after wasting two weeks of my time because of terrible organization and communication, I do not recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Vehicle Inspection

Custom Auto Craft may not look like a fancy 5-star body shop from the outside, but they absolutely are 5-star! The service is outstanding from the estimating portion all the way to the delivery. Eric is great at what he does and communicates every step of the way. I was happy to return to the body shop with a car in perfect condition! Thanks for a great experience! I will be recommending everyone I know to this spot!

My car was returned to me better than new! It s as if nothing happened! The owner and the tech whohelped me were extremely professional and my car was returned to me sooner than promised! I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for exceptional work!

These guys ruined my life- they caused my wife to leave me- I hate them with all my soul. They deserve the worst luck, I trust karma will exacerbate their constipationNever use this company- here s the deal these guys are terrible really bad dudes- they are unattractive- I would hate to be them on a dating site -

After my windshield cracked I researched options. Weird thing is that repairing a windshield repair costs almost as much as replacing it. Ed was very helpful in explaining the various grades and prices. Price was right it line for what I needed and he turn around time was fast. Called it in and the next day it was done in an hour.I've used them in the past and there work is always top notch. Highly recommended!

I had an AWESOME experience with Custom Auto Craft!!! From the moment I walked into the Shop,I was treated with Respect & everyone was so HONEST & Caring!They helped me meet my budget,explaining the Insurance Company assessment ,finished the job a day early,washed my car & even did Extra!!!!Sergio,Ed,Jazmin,Lucy,,Clive & Everyone @ Custom Auto ROCK!!!They even helped me with the Rental Car Agency!!!My 350 Super Black ZX LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!!!Like "BRAND NEW"!!!!Everyone came to greet me when I picked up my car to make sure I was HAPPY with the AMAZING CUSTOM job they did 4 me!!!!I HIGHLY recommend Custom Auto Craft to ALL!!!!They give OUTSTANDING Customer Service,take gr8 pride in their work& treat u like a friend!!!!I LOVE them & will never go any place else!!!Thanx from the bottom of my heart!!!
