What can I sincerely say that portrays my satisfaction with my experience at Crown Coachworks that hasn't already been expressed by all the other satisfied customers. Simply put, I couldn't have had an easier time dealing with what is usually a situation full of headaches for all of us.After the initial estimate, I literally just dropped off my car, and then picked her up as good as new. That was it...Eyal and Lisa took care everything else. Both were extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even handled coordinating with my insurance for having some damage repaired that happened on a previous claim I had. I genuinely felt my car was in good hands and the finished work definitely showed it was.Enough good things cannot be said when you truly find essential businesses that are run and owned by people you can trust. I honestly would not have any problems recommending this place to anybody. And if there is ever a time I am in need of such services again, I already know where I will be returning.Thank you to all of you at Crown Coachworks!

Without a doubt the best car repair and auto body shop in Los Angeles, and flat out best auto experience I have ever had. Accidents, scratches, and bumps may be an unfortunate fact of life in a motor filled city, but Eyal, Lisa, and the Crown Coachworks team are there to deliver the absolute best. Definitely insist on taking your car here for any need you may have, you ll receive A+ service from a team of friendly professionals who take the utmost pride in their work. I was referred to Crown Coachwork from the insurance, and everything and everyone were on point.From the communication of how we were to proceed to minimize the time I needed to be away from my car, to when they opened it up and needed extra time to order part, and promptly put me in a rental. They even called me and told me they didn't match the color right and would redo it, so my car has a very nice a$$ Thanks a lot to everyone!!

I am beyond satisfied with Crown Coachworks and their amazing repair job, detailing, patience and care they did for my little red car, otherwise nicknamed by the shop as the mascot . Not only did they house my car long term while waiting for pesky manufacturer parts, they kept in contact with me throughout the process. When it came time to take my car home, I saw it looking like it just came off the assembly line. They even detailed the interior, gave it a polished wash and I felt like I was driving a brand new car again. A+++, I cannot recommend this shop enough!! They will take care of you 1000%. Thank you!

Was declined from initial drop off without any prior notice. When I was picking up my car they forgot to change the tail light that they were suppose to fix. Overall unprofessional.

It was my good fortune that Crown Coachworks was one of three shops recommended by my insurance company. Repair work was completed on time estimated and the 2016 Ford Escape looked almost new upon delivery. I was kept informed the entire time which made me feel confident I had made the best choice. The team at Crown Coachworks was a joy to work with. Eyal answered my questions promptly and kept me informed over the two months my EV was being repaired. He went back and forth with my insurance company, the third-party claims adjuster and the dealership EV department to handle the repairs. This is a trusted, efficient and transparent body shop and I hope don't need to return again, but if I ever do I know I'd be in good hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The REAL DEAL. I initially took my f150 to CCW because they were the only shop that would work on a lifted truck. I gotta tell you, I'm from Texas - i love my truck and I'm picky as hell and they did not disappoint! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The paint job was average, but after a quick discussion they were quick to make touch-ups and went over and above to make it excellent (the only reason for not giving the full 5 stars).Lisa and the crew were amazing. I'm new to the LA area and was worried about finding a good place when I needed to get my bumper replaced. A friend recommended Crown Coachworks and it was a great experience! Eyal was so helpful and really worked around my busy schedule to get my car in and out of the shop in one day! They had the best price in town too! Quality place overall.Service: Body & Trim

Pros:+ Eyal is a friendly, good general manager+ The shop is clean+ Artwork inside is very pleasant+ Final product finish is solidCons:- Three separate visits required due to shop finishing mistakes- Customer service (yelled at by office manager for parking in wrong driveway on my third visit)- Communication within the shop is middlingMy experience:Brought a 2018 Tesla Model 3 for rear left quarter panel repair. Initial repair time was 1.5 weeks from drop-off to pickup.I received the vehicle back and noted that the gravel guard finish was a rough, unmatched finish. I pointed this out to the owner, who initially said it was fine, and eventually got a technician and the office manager to agree that this finish was incorrect.Fast forward to September, and I return the car for 9 days to redo the finish. I was told the car would be immediately ready upon my return from travel on Tuesday, Sept 6 (the shop was closed on Sat and Mon due to Labor Day). Eyal specifically mentioned the car's battery charge (mid 30%) would be the same and that they have a charger on site.I pick up the car this morning dirty, unwashed, with 9% battery. I had to charge the car (unplanned) and was late to a meeting. The finishing compound used was still present during this second repair.To end the story, I return the car later in the afternoon for a wash (mainly to remove the wax-like substance), park in one of the narrow drives, and am then disrespectfully yelled at by Lisa to vacate the drive because I was holding up traffic. Notable that the drive was the only available legal spot to park. I didn't want to be there as much as she did not want me there - this was my third return to restore the car to what should have been completed on my first visit.No rental car or other consolation offered to bridge my transportation while they repaired their error.Would I use again? Probably not. I'm likely an anomaly; the shop's history + reviews are solid. And the one-off customer service negative experiences are probably infrequent as well. Hence the four stars and not fewer: probably just a one-off for this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My friend recommended Crown Coachworks Auto Body & Paint when I was looking for a good place to fix my car. As a girl, I am always concerned that someone will take advantage of me. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I came into their office and Eyal and Lisa were very helpful. Eyal immediately put me at ease by taking the time to explain start to finish process my car was going to go through. I found out that this was a family-owned business, which was started by Jacob many years ago. Lisa, one of the estimators, kept me posted through the process and the shop was able to finish the work early. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and repair.If you ever get into an accident and need a auto body shop that you can trust to do a good job with a lifetime warranty, I highly recommend Crown Coachworks Auto Body & Paint. This place gets my 5-stars for sure!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unprofessional staff with a rude, dismissive attitude. Abundantly lacking in customer service. I went there solely due to their good reviews, but it was quickly apparent many of the reviews are written by their family due to how awful the experience with them is in reality.

My family and I have been going to Crown Coachworks Auto Body & Paint, a family-owned business with Jacob and Eyal, a father and son, for years now. They have always made sure my car is handled like it is�their own! Throughout the years, all my family slowly became customers of theirs, and we all really appreciate their service and great work. A Ford Expedition head on hit my 22 year old Japanese SUV, requiring replacement front bumper, fender, headlights, and radiator support as well as more readily available other parts. Several highly recommended body shops turned down my job without even seeing the car. Crown Coach said they would be happy to repair it. What a relief!Lisa was very kind and knowledgeable in leading me through the process. They gave me a very professional, detailed 3 page estimate which was spot on the final cost. Plus the parts, labor, and paint have warranties. Crown Coach did an amazing job in restoring my vehicle, even down to the touch of lining the cup holder with a foam base. With their attention to detail, they even cleaned the engine and detailed the entire vehicle.Since Crown Coach restored my 22 year old SUV, several people have asked about buying it from me. It looks that good, even under the hood. My mechanic was really impressed with the clean engine. Thank you Crown Coach and your amazing staff.

I have been coming to Crown for years and trust me - Eyal and his team are some of the best people around. The work that they do is second to none and the way that they treat customers is A++. Whether this is your first time needing body work for your personal car or you're looking for a trustworthy shop for your entire fleet - this team is the best. They are a family-owned business that isn't in the business of ripping you off. They gave me the best quote for a quick repair of my tail light and front bumper. Where at one body shop I was quoted over $500, Crown did the same work in 10 minutes at half the price. I cannot emphasize this enough: get your car checked out at this place. Forget your dealership. They'll overprice you and charge you just for looking at the car. Crown Coachworks is my favorite place to go get my car fixed now. Check them out!

I called this store. They answered my call.The lady behind the phone was transparent about their rates and she was nice.I got to the store. My car door was making sound and they fixed it free.I am happy with the service I received.The good thing about this store is they have free estimates.

My wife and I have been driving for over 30 years. She is the one who gets into accidents (it's never me), and always with her brand new Mercedes. Unfortunately, that means we've had experience with several body shops. Crown Coachworks is by far the best! We've used them exclusively for the past 12 years. First and foremost, they are honest, and do the highest quality work. Eyal is great, and while you never want to be in a body shop, he actually makes going in there a pleasant experience. Eyal and the staff make you feel comfortable, walk you through everything that needs to be done, provide a detailed quote, and patiently answer every question. In addition, they always hook me up with a rental car at discounted prices. I recently had some bodywork done on my Mini Cooper at Crown Coach Auto Body; it was my second positive experience with them. This is a quality business with quality human beings working there. Their work was excellent, affordable and timely! They adhered to all the Covid Protocols in that they were masked and physically distanced during our discussions, which were held outside. The office manager, Lisa, was a kind and consummate professional. She kept me updated on the progress of their work; furthermore, she arranged a rental car for me at an extremely affordable rate. After getting into a "minor" car accident, only to realize that the entire front end of my car was totaled, Eyal and his team did a great job of assessing the damage, providing me with a reasonable estimate, and working especially hard to ensure I got the best deal. I needed to have my entire front bumper replaced, along with my radiator, and condenser, as well as getting the frame realigned, and the paint touched up. Everyone at Crown Coachworks was prompt, professional, friendly, and - most importantly - gave it to me straight. I could not have asked for better customer service, as well as the amazing job they did on my car, for it really looks better than ever. They really pride themselves on doing a quality job, and they have good reason for it. Although I don't wish you to have to be at the shop anytime soon, if that is ever the case, I would strongly recommend Crown Coachworks for the best service and a good deal!

I'm very happy with the workmanship on my Porsche 911 and Range Rover. They are very honest and the prices are competitive with other shops alike. I went with Crown Coachworks because of their outstanding customer service. Eyal and Lisa are an amazing team. Nothing but great things to say about this shop! Not only was the repair work impeccable, but I felt like a part of the family. Eyal was my contact there and he was a pleasure to deal with. It really felt like they appreciated my business and they bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure my car was back to 100%.
